Bonjour, J'utilise la dernière version de prestashop 1.5.6 et depuis la mise à jour vers cette version, TOUTES LES NOUVEAUX PRODUITS QUE J'AJOUTE DANS PRESTASHOP SONT CREES EN DOUBLE DANS EBAY ! Je n'arrive pas à comprendre pourquoi. Le gros problème est que ces doubles annonces dans ebay cela viole, comme ils le disent, une règle d'ebay et c'est totalement interdit. J'ai déjà reçu plusieurs mise en garde et j'ai peur de perdre mon statut de TOP FIABILITE ou peut etre celui de power seller. D'ailleurs depuis que le probleme existe je n'ai PLUS AUCUNE VENTE EBAY ! J'ai supprimer tout les produits de ebay, re synchronisé, rien n'y fait. J'ai fait un reset du module et là encore rien n'y fait. Avez vous une idée s'il vous plait ? Hello everyone, Recently eBay has contacted merchants to introduce "eBay intermediates payments". This new method of payment will be available in a few years, so you don’t have to do anything for now. WHAT ABOUT Ebay will develop its own merchant account management system. Today, funds are collected by PayPal, and are paid to merchants through PayPal. With this new service, eBay will collect consumer payments and will send them directly to merchants. On the consumer side, there should be no difference: payment by PayPal will be available alongside other payment solutions such as credit cards. On the merchants side, there will certainly be adjustments, but the general logic will remain the same. WHY? PayPal & eBay are today two independent companies, it seems normal that eBay internalizes these financial flows. WHEN? Here's what eBay tells us: "The transition to full payments intermediation will be a multi-year journey. […] eBay will begin payments intermediation on the Marketplace platform on a small scale in North America starting in the second half of 2018, expanding in 2019 under the terms of the Operating Agreement with PayPal. In 2021, eBay expects to have transitioned a majority of its Marketplace customers to its new payments experience." WHAT SHOULD BE DONE ? No action is required at this time. Ce lancement s’étendra sur quelques années, donc vous n’avez aucune action à entreprendre pour l’instant. DE QUOI S'AGIT-IL ? Ebay va développer son propre système de gestion des encours marchands. Aujourd'hui, les fonds sont collectés par PayPal, et sont versés aux marchands par PayPal. Avec ce nouveau service, eBay collectera les paiements des consommateurs, et les reversera aux marchands. Coté consommateurs, il ne devrait y avoir aucune différence : le paiement par PayPal sera disponible aux coté d'autres solutions de paiement comme la carte de crédit. Coté Marchand, il y aura certainement des ajustements, mais la logique générale va rester identique. POURQUOI ? PayPal & eBay étant aujourd’hui deux sociétés indépendantes, il parait normal qu'eBay internalise, et donc reprenne la main, sur ces flux financiers. QUAND ? Utilisateur du module gratuit Ce chantier considérable n'est qu'un chantier parmi tant d'autres en cours chez eBay. Le module gratuit n'est plus mis à jour, aussi il peut arrêter de fonctionner du jour au lendemain. Hello all, I just started to use this module last week and now it works fine even if it doesn't get all my ebay shop categories (just the first one of the list) but the first time that i tried to sync my products,it ended up loading 45 actions with no pictures or description. Because of that i deleted them all from ebay manually (big mistake i guess) therefore it's now showing a wrong number of listings and i don't understand how to get rid of them from the module since those are no more existing. Does anyone know how to do that? By the way....i am already using the last version of the module

Added log for support in order to know what happens when a technical problem. eBay Shop category Configuration Bug fix: Synchronization is performed on all quantities saved profiles. I updated my Ebay module as prompted and lost both FO and BO, I deleted the module manually and both FO and BO are now working, however when I try to reinstall the Ebay module I get the error: The module ebay that you uploaded is not a valid module This is one of several issues that I am having at the moment - but want to tackle one at a time!! Hi all, PRESTASHOP 1.6 - EBAY I can't list any items where there are variations i.e. I sell darts. I can create a listing with five different weights 21g, 22g, 23g, 24g, 25g. This listing will not work on eBay but works fine on Prestashop. Under "LIST PRODUCTS" when i click on the tab to the left of the item, it is not shown at the bottom where it shows save and list products. If i create FIVE different listings, one for each weight it works fine. Does anyone have any idea how i can list one item with the different weight variations please? Thanks Paul

Hello, I am having some trouble with eBay Module, it cant find my current products and im getting error message file permission has occured, ive checked the files permission for the ebay folder currently set to 775 but still not working. Screenshot attached. Ebay module ver. 1.6.7, prestashop ver 1.6.0.6. Please anyone help me out.

Hello everyone, I configured the module Ebay, use PS 1.5.6.2, gives me this warning: "It is not permitted to use the website photos along with photos of the eBay Picture Services" I was not very clear! Basically when I want to put a product on ebay too, I have to use a different image from the one I have on the card product? Has anyone encountered the same warning? Thanks for any replies.

This module is available for the following countries: France, UK, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Hello! So I've just been adding some of our products to our eBay account (which took quite a while to get working considering the recent problems with the shipping API) but I'm having an issue getting the short description to show up on the eBay page. By default it only pulls the main description text through using the reference tag {DESCRIPTION}. So naturally i assumed the reference tag for the short description would be: {SHORT DESCRIPTION} or {SHORT_DESCRIPTION} but neither of them work. Does anyone know what the reference tag is to get the short description? Any answer would be hugely appreciated as I really don't want to update every product on the main prestashop site by adding the short descripton in the long description.

Hello Guys, I started using ebay module in prestashop. I configured evertything and it works make exception for some products. Hello, I hope someone can help me and I thank all those who will spend time to my issue. I configured the ebay module and I selected the categories to transfer from my prestashop to my ebay shop. All the products are now on my ebay shop, but I have some problems: 1) All the products are in the "Other" category, so no category was created; 2) No pictures have been imported so I have to upload them item by item. There are some options that I have to modify for permit to this module to work better? Thanks again.

Does anyone have the instructions for the Ebay Module in English It states that you need to create a pro account in ebay, ebay says there is no such type of account To export your products on eBay, you have to create a pro account on eBay (see Help) and configure your eBay-Prestashop module. What does it mean by "eBay Identifier :" any help would be appreciated Vinnie

Bonjour, J'utilise Prestashop en version 1.4.8.2 et le module ebay 1.3.5 par Prestashop. Quand j'essaye d'enregistrer mon module aucun problème, voir les captures d'écran Ebay me donne l'autorisation, mais au retour sous Prestashop rien n'a changé comme sur la capture, on me demande de m'enregistrer, j'essaye plusieurs fois rien à faire. Merci si quelqu'un à une idée du problème, j'ai réinstallé, supprimé le module rien ne change, faut-il changer une option sur ebay ? Merci pour votre aide

Bonjour, j'ai installé la dernière version du module eBay, mais je rencontre un pb lors de la configuration : - un premier avertissement s'affiche indiquant que le module ne fonctionne qu'avec eBay.fr. Je clique sur continuer. - le panneau de configuration s'affiche me demandant d'enregistrer le module Je rentre mon ID eBay (compte professionnel) et là j'arrive sur une page en anglais. J'ai validé l'enregistrement et de retour dans le BO de prestashop rien de changé. Si je quitte la page de module et rouvre le panneau de configuration du module, je reviens à la case départ avec les mêmes message : - votre module n'est pas configuré - Enregistrer votre module sur eBay PS : j'ai déjà supprimé et réinstallé le module, mais cela ne chage rien Une idée ?
