Good morning, I've been having this problem since 1.7.2 and now I'm using PS 1.7.4.2. The thing is, sometimes I get around 2-4 entries in Customer page in Backoffice (and consequently in the database) when a user is registered in the store. It's like created 3 or 4 identical users at the same time. Do you have any information on how could I solve this? I can provide some more details but I don't know where the source of the problem could be... Thank you very much!

Hi there, this has been touched on before but any 'solved' topic, to me, doesn't offer a decent solution. My customer has duplicated hundreds of products as they follow a similar pattern, but what's happened is that the Friendly URL has remained the same (reflecting the title of the first product), and doesn't update the URL to reflect the new title. Is there not a way to update these en masse, as opposed to just going to the SEO tab, or through the database and editing one by one as suggested on other forum posts? Thanks

Доброго времени суток. Всплыла проблема при сео-оптимизации сайта - дублированные ссылки. Причина их появления в том что после переноса товара из одной категории в другую, появляется ссылка дубликат содержащая в себе такой текст: site.com/new-category/product-url.html?product_rewrite=product-rewrite-url В данном примере это все что начинается после знака вопроса. Увидеть ее можно если попробовать зайти на страницу товара по старой ссылке, которая есть в индексе поисковика. Данная страница возвращает код 200, а не 301 Автоматического перенаправления не происходит. Что необходимо настроить что бы избавиться от подобных дублей? Может нужен модуль какой? Все модули которые я нашел на примерах работают с ID в ссылке и не понятно будут ли они корректно работать без него. Или это баг версии движка или может такое происходит при использовании модификатора? К слову, на сайте стоит модуль от Happy, который убирает ID из ссылок (http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/204935-override-friendly-urls-without-id-number-for-v15/). Версия PS 1.5.4.0 Буду рад любой помощи. p.s. На версии 1.5.6.2 без модуля скрытия ID из ссылки перенаправление работает корректно, через код 301.

Hello, I am creating products and combinations with csv files, but I have many problems when I import the combinations. Prestashop changes the order and divide the combinacions or duplicate it, so it is impossible to select a correct combinaciones because all of them are mixed. Are there any solutions? Thank you

Hi, I have to import 1500 products from csv (turbo lister from ebay), but I have a problem. When I try to import them, Prestashop doesn't recognize same categories so it creates new ones. How can I resolve it? thanks

I'm finding my shopping carts list quite messy. Sometimes, when a guest (or not) customer creates a shopping cart it appears triplicated or duplicated in the shopping carts list. I say sometimes because this is randomly happening :/ Luckily, when an order is placed it doesn't triplicate, but I'm worried this may cause trouble on the purchasing process or something. Anyone with the same problem? Somebody know what is this caused by? thanks!

I made a clean instalation today, but when I put a new product, this appears duplicated, with the same line number. Please help me.
