Buenas tardes/días a todos, tengo un problema con mi menu que no he podido solucionar. Estoy usando el tema clásico de prestashop 1.7.8.8 y el modulo Responsive Mega Menu (adjunto captura del modulo exacto). El sub menu se abre correctamente cuando coloco el mouse sobre un elemento del menú, el problema es que desaparece muy rápido cuando intento pasar a elegir uno de los items del sub menu. Necesito cambiar el tiempo que tarda en cerrarse la ventana del sub menú, hay un video captura adjunto con el problema exacto. He intentado modificar muchas cosas en los archivos buscando la propiedad que controla el tiempo que tarda en cerrar pero no logro ubicarlo, el modulo tiene muchas clases y archivos. Un segundo problema por si alguno sabe ó lo ha hecho antes, cuando veo la pagina en una tablet, al darle click a un enlace de la barra de categorias, en vez de mostrar las subcategorias, accede directamente al enlace del item del menu. Esto debe ser así en versión web, pero en tablets es molesto, lo ideal es que en tablets o dispositivos tactiles los items del menu que tienen Submenu, no activen el link. Espero se entienda. Hi everybody, I have PS 1.7 and I have a big problem after that I upgrade the modules (with the function "Update All"). After that I make this, all the installed modules were disappeared from the "Installed Modules" section of the Backend and I really don't know what to do. To resolve the issue I tried to upgrade the version of the PS to the last one avaialable, with One Click Upgrade and it creates many errors. Then I try to use the command to rescue back the previous PS version but in the end other errors were created and my site crash without load any page. I had to upload a copy of the site and of the database of a day before the modifications. But also using this old copy not modified of the site, I have seen that all the modules installed were still not visible in the relative panel of the backend. So I have tried to clear the cache of Prestashop inside the backend and the after that I click the "Clean Cache" button the site crash again giving me only blank pages. Then I had to upload again the site and the database from that copy I had, but also in this way all the site work good but all the "installed Modules" are still disappeared from the backend. Have you some tip on how I can get back the visualizzation of the modules in the backend? Thanks in advance

Hello When I enter the order details on the "Orders" page in back end I notice something odd happening. At some point (maybe triggered by some action which I fail to identify) the "Edit"/"Delete" selection button next to the product goes missing. Along with it the "Add new product" button from lower left side disappears too. The problem is that we need to edit our orders in detail even after setting their status to Delivered and then Refund, for example. This did not happen before so it might be something new in recent versions. We use 1.6.0.9 on two stores and BOTH present the same phenomenon independently. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, When i go to Modules and to Theme configurator, i go to Display the social following links. There i can put my Facebook link and Twitter link. Every time when i click on safe, al mij information wil disappear and i see no URL anymore (what i put just a second ago there). That is the problem? And why i can't put my url info there, every time it disappears

Hi I have a Prestashop on http://smokeit.erpbasen.dk. On this webshop I have bought and installed the module from http://addons.prestashop.com/en/social-commerce-facebook-prestashop-modules/8204-facebook-ps-connect-paypal-access-google-twitter.html. The problem is that when customers are logged in via Facebook, the top menu disappears from the webshop. When they log in with email and password, it works just fine. The developer of the module could not help me correcting the problem, but he told me that there was a bug with my alert for customer age.? Someone who can help me with it?

I've been having a problem I don't quite know how to solve, not even how to google it, beacuse I found nothing about this misconfiguration. Maybe I'm the only one this thing happens to? So I'm testing the cart of the store, chosing a payment method, and no matter which payment I chose, the left column of my store always disappears, like this: Then, when I finalize the payment, there it is again, the left column magically appears again, just like Houdini. Why do you think this happens? And what can I do to change it so the left column always stays there?

Sometimes my site logo disappears when searching using v1.5. If I hit search, it just disappears completely and returns again once I come out of the search results. I have noticed this problem happens only sometimes. I only have one language (english) enabled although previously (before the site was upgraded) had 2 other languages. If I enable the languages, the problem never happens on the secondary languages but I've noticed slight differences in the URL for the default language and the extra languagues (if enabled) although for the live site they will not be enabled... This is the web address when searching the term "test" in default language (logo usually, but not always disappears). It doesn't disappear in any other circumstance. I brought the Gadget theme from PrestaCoder and I added some combinations to a product that I added to catalog in the back office in my online store. I've already tried switching the sorting order of the Scent and Quantity attributes; when I do the Add to cart button disappears. If I leave the Quantity and Scent attributes in their original sorting order, the drop-down attribute type for Scent is in the way and hiding the radio-button attribute type for Quantity. How do I fix the issues I've described? Which .tpl files associated with my theme do I look in and which lines of code do I change and what do I change them too? I'm trying to learn CSS and PHP; therefore I'm a bit confused and unsure of what to change.
