Hi I'm rather new to prestashop and have an issue with the shopping cart, I'm not allowed to put any product in the cart Please see the attached picture. The button is somehow disabled - I have checked that you are allowed to order just 1 item of each product and the product is available What am I missing

Dear all, From the BO when I disable a category the products belonging it remain activated that means the customer can buy them. This is annoying me a lot To solve that, I was trying to disable products with a specific reference from ps_product table like that: update ps_product set active=0 where reference='PE-001/2'; Such a query works fine and every product with this reference change its active field to 0. I suppose that it means that the product is not available anymore. However, I could not see that change neither in BO nor in FO I suppose that I'm doing something wrong, I mean the active field could not be the only field to modify, but I'm no sure Any help would be very appreciated. In backoffice when you edit a product. Once you disabled the product you can redirect it to another product. But I'm trying to redirect it to a category instead. But I can't seem to find any post or anyone who's done this before? Is it possible to redirect to a url or even just another category? If you have done this before please share some of your ideas?

Hi, I'm in the process of setting up a shop and have added some products to my cart. I've since disabled some of those products with the status toggle and have two issues when I go to the cart summary: The disabled products still have a green 'In stock' indicator. I can edit shopping-cart-product-line.tpl to change this but shouldn't the default behaviour be for these products to show as out of stock or unavailable without me editing templates? Or am I missing something? At the top of the page it says there's 1 error: that Product A is not available and I need to remove it. If I remove Product A it still says there's 1 error: that product B is not available. Should it not tell me that I need to remove *all* out of stock products? Thanks, Martin.

Hi there, my client used to have iDeal as payment method but decided to implement a payment provider that offers multiple services among which iDeal. So obviously I disabled the iDeal plugin. But the plugin is still accessible through: www.clientssite.com/modules/ideal/ And if I call this URL directly in my browser I can still use the plugin to pay for my order! And now I found some weird payments that make me suspect that this old URL is still in some people's browsercache. So disabling a module is not enough? It needs to be completely removed? It's impossible to add a product to the cart without JavaScript enabled. This could be easily fixed by changing the add to cart button from a "button" element to an "a" element with an href that adds the product to the cart in case of no JavaScript. I realize non-JavaScripters are uncommon, but we shouldn't unnecessarily exclude people from using our stores.

Salve a tutti, ho un quesito a cui non ho ancora trovato risposta. Ho un' installazione prestashop 1.5.6 e necessito ( dato che lo shop sarà esclusivamente B2B ) che gli utenti che vi si iscriveranno ( e che finiranno quindi in automatico nel gruppo clienti : customers ) siano di default NON ATTIVI. Questo perchè l'attivazione del singolo utente deve essere effettuata dallo staff del negozio che si preoccuperà di contattare gli iscritti per confermarne l'identità. Adesso credo che la cosa si potrebbe risolvere applicando una modifica alle policy del gruppo customers, ma da BO non ho trovato nulla che mi rimandi a questa cosa. Qualcuno che mi può aiutare !?

A lot of functionnalitys on my Admin like Preferences, tools>CVS IMPORT, TOOLS>DB BACKUP, nd a lot more was disabled. How can i fix this? Thanks!

Hi, In my shop (PS 1.5.2) i have products with attributes lets say Small (S), medium (M), Large (L). When the available quantity of one of these attributes is zero then in product list the button "add to cart" is greyed out even if the other combinations are available. This is distracting as the customer believes that this product is sold out and moves on.. Is it possible to show a greyed - disabled button "add to cart" ONLY when every attribute is zero?

This functionnality has been disabled. x to znamena ze mozem menit nastavenia, uploadovat nove addony alebo menit obrazky produktov, ale system to nereflektuje, nezaznamena zmeny a po ulozeni sa objavia stale defaultne nastavenia. Ked dam preferences objavi sa mi: Vseobecne> This functionnality has been disabled. => Zapnúť obchod - ale funkicia zapnutia obchodu nikde nie je vidtelna.. This functionnality has been disabled. => IP pre správu - ale polozka IP pre sprvu nikde nie je zobrazena... This functionnality has been disabled. => Povoliť SSL - ale polozka Povlit SSl sa nikde nevyskytuje Skusal som aj znova ktivovat vsetky potrebne moduly, su aktivne ale stale ziadna zmena.. Prosim uz to studujem mesiac a borim sa s tymto problemom , mozno som slepy a hladam riesnie uplne inde nez je realne popisane. Prosim stacim ma len naviest na spravny smer alebo help, dalej uz si to prestudujem a nebudem tu zbytocne floodovat forum.. Dakujem a zelam Vesele Vianoce vsetkym! Yury
