Hello dear community, I have just upgraded from pS 1.4.9.0 to latest version of 1.6, and looks like I lost the field in the back office where to specify the phisical location of the product, in the old version was under the UPC field and now with the new version I see it is missing, any idea how can I recover the old locations and how can I add location details in the new version of PS. Prestashop 1.6.0.8 Hi I have a requirement for one of our websites to take a 10% deposit payment for products. So it should be applied at checkout rather than per product. These products will not be delivered for upto 9 months, so we are allowing pre-orders, but want the customer to have the option to pay in full OR pay a deposit. We are using deposit payments as a guide to how much stock we need to order, so we need to know what products have been part-paid for. For example, the customer pays a 10% deposit of £100, leaving a balance to pay of £90 when the product is in stock. So we have the product on the website advertised at full price but only want to charge 10% if the customer wishes. Our payment method is Sagepay. I've thought about using the voucher system, but the voucher created would need to apply only to the products the customer ordered. I've searched around the forum and none of the answers seem to solve my problem. Are there any modules available, or has someone done this before? Thanks as always for any help.

We have just gone live with our store thereportstore.com. We have Resellers that upload business reports, macros, financials, etc. The problem (or not) is this. We are now getting Companies that are "requesting" Reports be written for them - outside of the reports that are on the store. How should I handle this? We use Agile's Multiple Seller, Shop, Commissions, etc to run the store. First we send the request to a list of "approved" Resellers. (still working on that - must be by type of software they work with). Then once the Reseller agrees on a price, do we send the company a dummy invoice for 1/2 of the quoted price? Guess we could make up an item called "deposit". Then when the Reseller has finished the Report he can upload it, and the customer can pay the balance - in theory. But how do we get a deposit paid on an invoice? So many questions. Has anyone else had to do this? We are running Prestashop 1.5.6.1

Hello is there any module that i can use for local bank deposit payment?

I am looking for a module that would allow a customer to: 1) make a deposit/initial payment on a product 2) that would remind the customer via email that they have an outstanding balance 3) that would allow the customer to pay the remaining balance in full or installments within a given time frame (time frame set by me) 4) upon full payment of the product, that's when the product will be dispatched. This module needs to work for both physical & virtual products. Can anyone help me?

Hi there I would like to set an option for my customers buying pre-order bridal gowns the opportunity to pay a deposit and then the balance when the item is ready. Preferably I would like both the deposit price of £100 as well as the total price of the item on the product page. They should then be able to choose whether to pay the full price or the deposit only. If anyone knows how I am able to do this it would be very much appreciated. Thank you :-)

Hi I'm trying to evaluate if PrestaShop will work for my scenario. I have to set up workshops. But I need to collect a deposit first. And at some later date collect the rest of the money. Is it possible to set up PrestaShop? Thanks in advance :-)

Hi, I'm trying to add a line in my shopping cart for a deposit the customer needs to pay at their first purchase. It's a once-only deposit of $4.00 I've added it as a product that they add to their cart, but I don't think this will work, not everyone is honest. Please help with this problem.
