Hi, I'm working with Prestashop from a year now and this is the first time that this happen to me with module dash trends. Since this week I'm having problems to see the sales, visitors, benefits and everything from this month, specific since 09-07-2020 until today in two sites that I have allowed in the same VPS, everything is in 0 as you can see: But if I selected from this week, 09-07-2020 until today 09-10-2020 the information is working good as you can see: These are two different sites with two different versions of prestashop (1.7.5.1 and 1.7.6.0) and the only in common is that there are in the same VPS. So my question is if there a problem of the hosting and where or what can be the problem or is a problem with Prestashop and this module specifically? I already delete the module and reinstall again in both sites, reset the module many times, update the PHP Version many times and nothing is change, it still simply not working if I select this week and one or two day from last week or the entire month. BO - tableau de bord - problème avec les modules de vues des activités Bonjour Merci de votre aide Je suis sur prestashop 1.6.1.19 chez l'hébergeur phpnet et depuis 1 mois, le module dashtrends qui est en version 1.0 me fournit des courbes à 0 certain jour alors que j'ai des commandes. Les autres jours où j'ai une courbe, cela ne correspond pas avec le total de mes commandes (Onglet commandes). J'ai ce problème à partir d'une certaine date (26.08.19). Je n'ai pas fait de mise à jour. J'ai fait le total de mes commandes de l'onglet "Commandes" et la vue du tableau de bord. Commandes : 1203 et vue tableau de bord : 957 J'ai regardé certain jour pour voir si toutes les commandes passaient bien dans les différents "États" : Paiement accepté -> En cours de préparation -> Étiquettes imprimées -> Factures et étiquettes imprimées -> Expédié C'est le cas J'ai rajouté les états "Étiquettes imprimées" et "Factures et étiquettes imprimées" pour le service expédition. Peut-être que le problème proviendrait de là mais je ne trouve pas. Quand on regarde les courbes vers la fin, il semblerait que les parties à 0 sont le samedi et le dimanche et le pic correspond au lundi. Cela correspondrait aux différents changement d'états des commandes fait par le service Expédition. Pouvez-vous m'aider pour savoir déjà si le problème provient des "États" et si non de m'aiguiller dans mes recherches? Merci Matthieu

Hi... I´ve been trying EVERYTHING to fix this without luck... Before entering in my problem let me give you all what i´ve done so far.. 1- I have a 1.5.6.1 running good, everything is ok but i want to update my store to use the new 1.6 features 2- I created a mirror site in a different domain so i could start testing... I updated this mirror site to 1.6... it was good, my info, stats, DASHTRENDS MODULE WORKS FINE! But Front end and themes stuff is just a mess... everything is chaos so its not a good enviroment to work.. 3- Because of this i started a new approach.. I copied this already adapted 1.6 database into a new clean PS 1.6 Installation in a third domain... Heres comes problem: Orders, clients, everything looks ok but my DashTrends module just shows "no data available"... I´ve tried reseting the modules, uninstalling them installing them again.. ( this seemed to work in other topics ) but not for me.. I´ve added some new orders and those DO appear in the module but not all my past orders and stats from my site... Any idea of what am i missing with this module? Why does my past info is not shown? Im really going insane about this... Thanks
