Witam, mam ponownie problem z modułem Customer Loyalty. Od 12 marca przestał działać. Ustawiam status na "Wysłane", aby się aktywował, ale nadal widnieją w panelu punkty, które czekają na walidację. Odinstalowałam moduł, zainstalowałam ponownie. Dalej nie działa. Musiałam wgrać ponownie bazę z punktami klientów, aby widzieli, że nadal je posiadają, ale to również nie pomogło. Miał ktoś z tym problem? PS 1.6.18 Loyalties & rewards wersja: 1.2.9. Dzięki z góry za odpowiedź.

Hello, I have another problem with the Customer Loyalty module. From March 12, he stopped working. I set the status to "Sent" to activate, but there are still points in the panel that are waiting for validation. I uninstalled the module, installed it again. It still does not work. I had to re-load the base with the customer points so that they could see that they still had them, but that did not help either. Did anyone have this problem? Hi I just reinstalled Prestashop 1.6, and just got about finished configuring, but then I realise some modules are missing. Referral program Customer loyalty Customer Follow up Google Analytics Paypal The modules are not in the modules folder in the installation files, I tried to look for them in adds but do not find. Hey folks, I have Prestashop 1.6.0.6 with Customer loyalty and rewards module v 1.15 and noticed that when a customer applied a valid voucher created with the Customer loyalty and rewards module, there were no discount applied to the order. This is the first time that a customer tried to applied a voucher so that may have not been working since the begining. When I go check this customer under "Customers" in backoffice, it shows Loyalty points (0 points) and that the voucher have “Already converted”. Also, this customer belong to a Group that have special pricings on all items because she is a reseller of my products. See attached pics to see what voucher + settings was created by the module. Any ideas why this is happening?

I'm using Prestashop 1.4.4.1 and cannot disable Customer loyalty and rewards v1.8 I enabled this once then went to disable it as well as uninstall. I then see the message "Cannot load module object". Does anyone know how to fix this? Kevin
