Bonjour Je rencontre un problème sérieux qui s'est apparemment produit 2 fois. J'ai migré de la version 1.6.1.23 vers la version 1.7 de Prestashop. Pendant la migration, les groupes clients se sont mystérieusement mélangés. Au départ, j'avais ça: Voir le premier screenshot. Mes 3 groupes sont présents et on voit bien que le groupe défaut contient tous mes clients. A la migration, les groupes sont devenus les suivants: au passage, un groupe client a réapparu. Voir 2ème screenshot. Malheureusement, il semble que Prestashop se soit mélangé les pinceaux: même si les nom des groupes sont les bons, il semble que Prestashop a modifié les fonctions de chaque groupe: ainsi, mon groupe Défaut ne contient plus que les visiteurs identifiés, selon Prestashop. Comme je n'aime pas les situations bancales, j'ai commencé à toucher aux groupes et là: Database corrupted. J'ai gagné le gros lot. Site crashé, 12 heures de boulot pour tout récupérer. C'est mon webmaster qui était content. Mais ça me chagrinait que les visiteurs ne soient pas chez les visiteurs, les invités chez les invités et les clients sur le groupe Défaut. Alors, 1 mois après ce triste épisode, j'ai changé les options en dessous des noms de groupe: voir screenshot 3. Là tout me semble d'équerre, et patatras! Plantage du site. Grave. Est-ce que quelqu'un a déjà eu ce genre de soucis ? Est-ce normal que la base se corrompe à cause d'un changement d'option des groupes ? Comment faire pour réparer ? Hi, I use Prestashop 1.7.4.0 I am looking for a solution that can solve my problem : I sell books edited by different publishers to different groups of customers : I have 3 categories of publishers : X, Y and Z and for example 3 customers from different groups : A, B and C Client 1 must have 40% discount for a book from Publisher X, 30% for Publisher Y, 20% for Publisher Z. Client 2 must have 33% discount for a book from Publisher X, 25% for Publisher Y, 15% for Publisher Z. Client 1 must have 25% discount for a book from Publisher X, 25% for Publisher Y, 20% for Publisher Z. I had two solutions: the first: a - Create a group for each discount rate of each publisher : X 40%; X 33%; X 25%; Y 30%; Y 25%; Z 20%; Z 15% b - Add customer 1 in groups X 40%, Y 30% and Z 20% ; Add customer 2 in groups X 33%, Y 25% and Z 15% ; Add customer 3 in groups X 25%, Y 25% and Z 20%. Except that a customer must be in a single main group and discounts can only be applied to the main group. So I go to the second solution: a - Create a group with each publisher discount: Discount X40-Y30-Z20 (for customer 1) with 40% discount for books in the X editor category, etc. Discount X33-Y25-Z15 (for customer 2) … Discount X25-Y25-Z20 (for customer 3) ... b - Add customer 1 in the group "Discount X40-Y30-Z20" and put it in main group etc. The discounts work directly on the product page but there is no display of the discount rate or the initial price ... I have a store (v.1.6.0.9) with a 2 customer groups: normal and wholesale. I would like to know if there is any way to select in register form if customer is a wholesale. And in case it is a wholesaler customer, cannot log in automatically and I provide the access data. I looking for a solution and I have not found anything for this specific problem. I would appreciate if someone can tell me if there is the possibility of doing so, either via code or through some module. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I need a feature/module to automatically add customers to specific customer's groups. In my shop, during the order check-out (when the customer needs to fill the form related to shipping and invoicing address), I have added a field named "VAT number". Then, I have created a customer's group named "companies". Now, I need to automatically add to the group named "companies" all the customers that specify a VAT number in that form. Hi, How to make cumulative discount for a customer who enjoys two different discounts at the same time due to belonging two different groups? Through group A customer gets 10% discount of all items in the store and through group B customer gets 5% discount of the same items. Hello, I am using PS 1.6, and what I want to achieve basically is to have two customer groups, and I want to be able to set "available for order", visibility, and prices of products independently for the two groups. I tried already a couple of things: - with customer group specific price, it is easy to solve the different price issue, but only that. - I know that I could duplicate each product categories, and then one of them would be available for one customer group, the other to the other one, but as far as I know, in this case what happens only is that a customer will not have direct link to a product, which does not belong to his customer group. But what if he still somehow gets the link? He will be able to order that product, I think. - With PS 1.6, there is multistore, but I have a couple of problems with that too. I declared two shop groups, one shop in each. My first problem is that I do not see, how can I change in back office, to which shop is the customer related. The other problem: each shop has to have its own URL, but I want only one domain for my shop. (When I changed the shop_id of the customer in the database, that customer was not able to log in any more under the original domain.) So, in brief: how to have different availability, visibility (and price) of the same product for different customer groups? Thank you very much,

Is there a way to have an event (such as purchasing a product) automatically change the customer group? Ex: Default customer group upon registration is "Visitor". After completing at least one purchase, can the customer be assigned to another group such as "Customer". Seems like a simple concept.... Hi I'm searching for a solution that makes this wish happens. The webshop owner creates a customer group for some customers. The store owner should now have the ability to place the customers in this customer group, and the define each products price for this group. The standard solution in prestashop is, that you make discount on the whole catalog and not the option of changing the price on each single product for this group. Hello, I have the following situation: Product A: price 100 EUR Product B: price 100 EUR Category A: contains Product A Category B: contains Product B Customer Group A: gives 10% discount on products in Category A, 20% discount on products in Category B Customer Group B: gives 20% discount on products in Category A, 10% discount on products in Category B Client A: member of Customer Group A and member of Customer Group B I would expect that for Client A the prices for both Product A as Product B would be 80 EUR. Because he's a member of both customer groups. Unfortunately, this is not the case, it seems that the rules of only 1 customer group are being applied. If I set the default customer group for this Client on Customer Group A, then Product A is 90 EUR and Product B is 80 EUR. If I set the default to Customer Group B, then Product B is 90 EUR and Product A is 80 EUR. Is there any way on how to always get the cheapest price, depending on which customer groups a client is in ?

Hello, I am creating multiple customer groups for my shop , I would like to show certain products for specific type of customers. Prestashop already has that option to create different customer groups and assign them for a category. That's great however when you log in with a user belonging to a customer group, featured products in the home page as well as the new products show items from other customer groups. The bug comes from the function getProducts in the Products.php class. That's a problem with the sql query and I can't figure out how to fix it! Any help please? Thanks,

Is there a way to select which payment options are available based on the user's assigned shopper group?
