Ok so I am facing an infuriating issue right now. Having been let down by my host and having to reinstall apache / plesk etc, I have finally reinstalled my prestashop. The problem I am facing is when I try to upload products in a spreadsheet. I get no error reports from the csv uploader but all my product images are showing as placeholder question marks. When I try to regenerate thumbnails I get the following error for all of the products ( in roughly the same format ie "p/2/2.jpg" : I have looked in these folders and there are no images there. Original image is missing or empty (/var/www/vhosts/uniqueclothingemporium.co.uk/httpdocs/img/p/1/1.jpg) for product ID 1Maybe this is something to do with /var/www/vhosts/ this part of the path and probably the httpdocs part too, has this been generated and if so when? Here is an example of a working image: http://uniqueclothingemporium.co.uk/img/t-shirts/mens-t-shirts/star-fleet-academy-t-shirt-blue.jpg This is the exact path I am using in my product spreadsheet. I have also tried putting images into the upload folder and just submitting the filename in the spreadsheet, nothing gained.... Please can somebody help me, its driving me crazy,I have been trying to solve this problem for about 5 hours now. In the mean time, my shop has been closed for like 4 days now because of my host. Hi All, I am creating a Prestashop, version: 1.5.4.1, store. Basic installation went well. I am now moving csv data files from a very old e-commerce website. Categories data uploaded via csv import fine. Customer data uploaded via csv import fine. I am now uploading the Address data and having an issue. First I had some error messages after the Address csv file import. I corrected the syntax errors and import again. This time I receive the happy green message “ Your CSV file has been successfully imported into your shop”. I thought great, time to move onto the Products data. But, when I looked under “Customers, Addresses”, I do not see the data I imported. I repeated the process and the same thing happens. The CSV Import module states the “ Your CSV file has been successfully imported into your shop”, not data is found under “Customers, Addresses”. So here is the question, has anyone seen this problem and if so, any recommendation on how to import the Address data via CSV Import? Any help would be appreciated.
