Hi, when I create an order from abandoned cart, how can I send an email with payment page link? I sow that before to click to create order button there is a link that send the email to the client with url to pay. If I create an order before click on it? there is another way to send a client the page payment link? from page order? Thanks

Hello, I am trying to create an order using Prestashop webservices. I managed to create a customer, an address for the customer and a cart. The way i see it the next step is to create an order, unfortunately when i create the order using the /api/orders?schema blank i get an error 500 as return. The weird thing is that it creates an order but it does not assign a current state, it leaves it 0, so to make it valid i have to get to the back office every time and select the current state from there. I also noticed that the delivery option is not generated and i guess that is not a field that i have to complete manually. I checked the php_error log and it says: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get() on null in ... classes/Tools.php:801. I tried inserting the delivery option manually to the database before creating the order but I'm still getting that error. When i try to create an order using the Prestashop front end instead of my custom one everything works fine, so I'm 100% sure that there's something I'm doing wrong and it's not a problem in Tools.php file.

I was succeed 1. creating customer; 2. creating address, and; 3. creating cart All can accessed in www.mystore.com/api/ But, when I am create order, I have error status: Bad Parameter Given. Prestashop shows "No carrier can be applied to this order" for some customers. Carrier is set as Default carrier for the shop. Carrier is available in Asia. Some orders for "India" get placed successfully while some show the above mentioned error. Customers also belong to the group to which carrier is enabled. What are the possible reasons for this error ? Thanks.

Hello fellow developers, I'm trying to import orders from a marketplace into Prestashop, since we sell on that site. I got all the information I need from the marketplace via an API, what I need now is to insert the orders into Prestashop and lower the quantity of the product that we sold. I got my module for the marketplace up and running, so I could only apply the function to it. My thoughts goes instantly to the Web Service API, but I'm new to it and I'm not really sure how it works. Anyone who has done this before and could go through the process? I guess I first have to create a customer, a cart, an address and then create the order. How do I sync all the tables together so it will know which table it should gather the information from? Hi, I have this very long list of orders (payed but made elsewhere than my shop) with customer ID, virtual product ID, etc. I would like to wrtie a scrit which read this file and create automatically a corresponding order. I know that manual order from my BO send an email with dowloadable link to the product: i would like my script to do the same. Honnestly, I have no clue where to start. Which files from prestashop are called when an order is created mannually? What are the inputs? Any other way to do that? Thanks a lot evertbody!

Hi i m still looking for a way to get the cart_id when i create an order in the back office. in front, i get it in the context, $this->context->cart->id but in BO, if i print_r($this->context) the cart id doesn t appear to be stored here. does anybody know how i could access this id? it s created as when i look the DB, the cart is here... thanks for your help ^^
