Hi everyone! I have a real problem. I have set up my site and it is practically live now, woohooo! Buzzing. But I have one real problem before I can really get going. Shipping.... By Place. I currently have 1 carrier set up for all areas of the UK to deliver at £ 10. Flat fee on the order total. So £ 10 for anything right? But our carrier charges different rates for where it is going to in the country. How the hec would I set this up for the UK? There are loads of States set up but are all USA states? I had to do this for a client so thought id share here with the forum. Attached a simple CSV containing all recent and up to date counties as of Jan 2015. Note this list includes N.Ireland, Scotland & Highlands and some of the Isles so you may want to filter it if your not using some post code shipping module to calculate extended shipping rates. Hope its of use to you. ** It's not formatted to import to PS I'll let you figure that out it's just a standard csv list. *** Attached a more detailed list containing ISO codes. Bună ziua, Nu mai există această opțiune în meniul BO PS 1.5 sau nu mai văd eu bine!? Am instalat de curând o instanță de test PS 1.5.3 curată și sesizez că nu mai are sub-fila pentru localități, doar Zone, Tări și Județe (Zones, Countries, States), în fila Localizare. Mulțumesc.

Hi, I have a problem here which is :- 1. the Counties section didnt show any country or state. 2. The zip code error when i put zipcode HS1. ( ive already set the custom zipcode, seem it didnt work properly) Thank you

Hi to all, Is there a way to have a selection drop down box like country and state field, in registration form , so new customers after selecting the state can choose the county related to this state ? I think this will solve a lot of trouble to shipping and county table exist in prestashop so it could be easy for someone who knows some code. Thanks...

Salve, sono nuovo della community di PrestaShop e ogni tanto mi capitano problematiche (curiosità) che proprio non riesco a capire. Spero sia la sezione adatta. 1. Nel campo "Movimenti magazzino" (nel BO), sotto al "Motivo", c'è un campo che non riesco a decifrare: "Movimento di merce mancante". Cosa applica? A cosa serve? Incrementa, aumenta il magazzino; decrementa, lo diminuisce; ordina, lo diminuisce dopo un ordine andato a buon fine; e questo? Capisco solo che lo aumenta, ma non capisco il reale significato. 2. Sotto la sezione "Spedizione" (nel BO) c'è un campo "Counties" che tradotto in italiano è Regioni. All'interno, creando una nuova "Regione", trovo un menù a tendina con: Argentina, Canada, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Messimo, Usa. Ecco, vorrei sapere a cosa serve questo campo! Cioè, creando una Regione, poi posso inserire un CAP specifico. Ho notato, però, che questo campo non compare nella creazione dell'indirizzo di spedizione del cliente. Chi può spiegarmi il reale utilizzo/significato? Inoltre, è possibile cancellare i campi dal menù a tendina e tenere solo il campo Italy (magari anche tradurlo in Italia)? Spero di aver scritto in modo chiaro e comprensibile. Grazie!

Pretashop 1.4 > allows for the inclusion of counties and postal codes in the shipping section. I supply only to a very small area which includes a few towns and would like to setup the shipping so that it says there is no carrier for any town outside this area as recognised by the postal codes that I have entered in the counties. In other words I have setup my shipping as: Price Ranges have been setup Zone: South Africa Country: South Africa States: Western Cape Counties: Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Strand all with their appropriate postal codes entered. Now, when checking out the customers address (postal code) must match those postal codes specified in counties or else told that there is no carrier. At present this is not happening, it just includes the carrier for any postal code entered so long as it has South Africa as the country. Is this correct? Can this be done? Am I missing something? Hello, I have no programming or web design experience so please be gentle. Im trying to set up shipping for my site and not getting anywhere. Prestashop is not giving enough information about shipping so im stuck... cant start selling unless this is set up :-( PLEASE HELP! I sell furniture and have 1 -'boxed items' which are delivered by courier and 2- 'sofas' which we deliver ourselves. 1- 'boxed items' have got delivery to UK mainland £9.99 (for most of the items) or £49.99 (for large bedroom sets) 2- 'sofas' are being delivered depending on the county - i have attached a file with our delivery territory below We also offe: 3- free local delivery in out town 4- free collection in person from our store I followed few instructions from the forum of other people who had simmilar problems but im always getting stuck on something and end up pulling my hair out. Any ideas how to set this up anyone? I have got 4 carriers set up for those 4 types of delivery (or collection) I added UK counties in States and created zones acording to map (green zone, blue zone, red zone, etc) and then added prices for each zone. I created 2 weights option for 'boxed items' and priced £9.99 and £49.99 Im doing something wrong and not sure what ...

Hello, I am attempting to set up my Prestashop shipping but am running into many problems doing so. I am trying to setup various counties but am running into trouble with the zip postal code input. Canada's format is LNLNLN (L-letter, N-number). When I input a postal code into my country I get an "error" message. I am following the correct format setup in my country. I also noticed if I simply add in 12345, the zip postal code works fine. Any help?
