I get error as you see below when i try to import products with image. Please help me solve this ASAP! Error copying image: http://www.mywebsite.com/img/p/import/I5-5658-1.jpg Error copying image: http://www.mywebsite.com/img/p/import/I5-5660-1.jpg I have Prestashop 1.5.5 I write image url as http://www.mywebsite.com/img/p/import/I5-5658-1.jpg in the .csv file. All images are uploaded to the "import" folder via FTP. Folder import and p both have permission 777. I import about 60 products with only 1 image per products. Please is there anything i can do to import the products with images? Help! -
I'm Trying to upload an image to the site but it give an error[1.jpg] Also My product Id's do not recover/reorder after deleting a certain product[2.jpg] I have also provided my server info [3.jpg] Any help would be really grateful.

Hi, i'm a newbie on prestashop. Please lend me your helps and guidance to solve this issue.. I just freshly installed prestashop 1.5.5.0 and i got problem when i want to add pictures to my products. it says : "An error occurred while copying the image" , ( here is the screenshot ) i have also tried to upload from the other place, and it's run smoothly, i only got this problem when adding images on product. For your information, i've also tried to installed prestashop 1.5.5.0 on my localhost but it's run perfectly and there is no issue as stated above. Anybody can help me ? Hello, I am working on my laptop and desktop both, and move files from one to the other so I can continue working. I am using EasyPHP, and developing on the localhost. Each time I switch from laptop/desktop I copy the prestashop root folders and files from "/data/localweb/ps/" and then I also copy phpMyAdmin folder from "/modules/" folder. However, I have just added a minic slider to the home page on my desktop, and it just won't showup in the laptop after I copied the above two folders. Am I missing something? Is there something else I am supposed to be doing? Any help will help. Thanks -
Hi all, I was wondering if it was possible to copy my prestashop settings from one store to a new store i just created. I need to replicate the custom shipping settings, weight incriments, prices and zones that etc i created from my old store to this new one. Copying all the attributes for products would also be a great help and time saver for me. If anyone knows a solution and the method to do so i would be greatly appreciative. Thanks
