Is there a way to save various configurations of a product by a client part? By a configurator the client choose various colors and patterns combinations of a product, can he saves them to use it in a second moment? Is this possible? For eg. adding a field on the product page which shows these saved configurations (when he is logged)? Thank you.

Hi, In onze webshop willen we klanten een tafel compleet met onderstel etc laten samenstellen. Er zijn best wat variabelen welke ik via de productattributen heb opgevoerd. Totaal aantal combinaties is +- 200.000. Je begrijpt dat de site en beheer dat niet trekt dus heb net het product verwijderd omdat alles traag werd en niet functioneerde of wilde laden. Heeft iemand een suggestie op welke manier of met behulp van welke module ik zo'n configurator kan maken? Bedankt,

Hi everyone, I used to have a default theme for my e commerce and now I've decided to buy a new one. I've installed it from "design -> theme & logo -> add new theme -> import with FTP" (i've copied the new theme zip in "presta -> themes" with filezilla). When i return to "design -> theme & logo" i actually see the picture of my new theme but i can't click "use this template". If anyone knows what to do (the new theme guide only says: "Now to activate theme on your site from admin panel, Go to Design > Theme & Logo. Select our theme "Greylook" by clicking on "Use this theme".) That it's exactly what i can not do! Thanks!

Hi everyone, I have a store selling tyres and wheels and have added thousands of products to it Is there a way to add some sort of configurator, where a customer could select the vehicle brand + model they have and then they get shown which products would be compatible with their vehicle? Example: https://www.beaurepaires.com.au/ My products are using attributes for their sizes Any ideas on how to pull this off? Thanks in advance

Buongiorno a tutti Gestisco uno shop per conto di un cliente Ho necessità di installare un modulo che esegua le stesse funzionalità di quelle presenti in queste pagine esempio https://www.mymuesli.com/mixer/ https://www.iltuomuesli.it/mixer-muesli.html in sostanza, il sito ha prodotti semplici/pacchetti etc.. Mi serve che per un prodotto si possa fare un configurazione ad hoc, su vari steps condizionati, magari sfruttando set di attributi, in modo da far creare un prodotto personalizzato. SON 2 MESI CHE CI SBATTO LA TESTA! Chi conosce il modo per chiedere un RIMBORSo per Addon non funzionante? Chi può indicarmi un modulo simile? Chi può creare un modulo simile? Hello, i'm a Prestashop beginner and here is my first Problem: I've installed a new theme from Presta Add-ons. Now i would like to set up my theme with the help of the "Theme Configurator", but I can't find the Link. I can only see the link called "advanced settings" next to my theme. The "Theme configurator module" is installed and active. When I use the old theme, the link called "Theme Configurator" turns up. What can I do, to use the theme confogurator for my new Theme? Hello, I am looking for any idea or module or custom module. Assume the client having no idea what strength of product he needs. In Prestashop you can add features AND product filter. But on the other hand, you cant have a formula consisting of several features in it. Why the formula is needed? to calculate a function result. And that result should lead into correct product selection. Moreover that result should be set in product filter. I mean - you tell the needs, formula calculates the result, and automatically the product list is shown. I saw the working example on other eCommerce site. See the images attached. From 1-2-3-4. What is needed - a "calculator or configurator or suffler or helper" for product selection for client. Its not simple FILTER. It includes formula of several fields entered. Then calculates new result, and automatically filters the needed product (by setting FILTER values into calculated result). Take a look into example. Thank you for help.

We have been looking into a online virtual configurator like they have in the nike store for there customized shoes. Doogma has a product you can add into all platforms, but they are quite pricy if you want to be able to have more than 5 products. Any one know of a module of any kind that can do the same job ? -
Witam serdecznie, mam problem z konfigurator stylów. Minowicie w standardzie jest o ile się nie mylę 5 obrazków pod sekcją "Nowości", chciałbym na swojej stronie zmienić ilość tych obrazków jak i ich układ. Czy moglibyśce mi pomóc lub wskazać gdzie lub co mogę zmienić żeby uzyskać taki efekt? Pozdrawiam i dziękuję za pomoc.

Hi all, I am running PrestaShop version 1.6.0.9 I enabled multishop and created a group 'test', I then added a new shop and imported all data (all tickboxes) from the main shop and added it to the group test. I then created the url and tested it, which works, however the hooks are not there nor is the menu bar. When I go to modules and theme configurator the hooks are not present under the shop, however they are under the group 'test' which the shop is a member of. Things I have tried: Deleting the secondary shop and group both separately and together. Ensuring everything is up to date, including all modules. What I would like to know: Am I doing this wrong and is there a way of editing all the Hooks under the groups globally within the group. What is the point of editing the group's settings if they don't propagate down to the shops within the groups if this is expected behaviour. If it is broken is there anything I can do to fix it? Thank you!

When I upload an image to any of the hooks, the file uploads but does not have the dot before jpg on the file ext. This causes the images not to display. Example: http://www.aidapt.com.au/modules/themeconfigurator/img/58f0db35c3238cfbb75ba28dea12ebe4c785b7ee_620x3801jpg On Windows Server. -
Hello everyone, I can see the theme configurator has some serious bugs but most of theme have been solved. My problem is this: I am trying to add items under the theme configurator regarding at hook "Top" or "Home" in another language than English but it doesn't work. I am using English and Greek, on my back office I use English as default language, at the localization, I also use English as default language as well. I am configuring "Theme Configurator" I click on Add item I choose el, as for Greek language I then insert all information needed along with the position of the hook. Click save and As you can see nothing is updated as under the Greek language no item is represented under the "top" hook. Do you have any idea what could go wrong? All modules are up to date. I would really appreciate your help. -
There doesn't appear to be a way to arrange or change the order of the images using the Theme Configurator. After adding an image, advertisement or banner to the home hook, the only way to move positions and rearrange is to delete them all and then add them all again, with their unique links, etc. Is that correct or did I miss something? I have updraded to 1.6 mainly because of the new customizable frontoffice. However, I am sure I am not the only one to feel disappointed with the new live Theme Configurator. I just expected more than 8 fixed color combinations (which only affect a very reduced set of elements), and a very short selection of fonts. Of course it is a step in the right direction, but confusing, difficult and frustrating direct CSS editing is still compulsory to customize even the most basic e-shop. Prestashop would multiply its client base with a truly useful Theme Configurator. Color, background and font customization (for most of all elements in the default theme) is easily done with most competitor e-commerce software, especially those emerging click-and-go hosted solutions. I think this basic feature should be addressed before more advanced ones. The idea would be to natively implement something similar to the theme editor of presta-theme-maker.com. As an easier solution to implement, I am sure that a quick, native CSS override module allowing to quickly change a style would work nicely. The only solution I know is CSS Editing module, a super-easy and free module that alas does not work with 1.6.0.5. Thank you! PS It wouldn't hurt to add a short hint in the Theme Configurator module page about how to make it work. It is not intuitive and difficult to figure out. PS2. I have also posted this at forge.prestashop.com as an issue/improvement. -
Dear All I have a pricing-functionality requirement for my new shop 1.5. and wonder if someone can help: I sell different kinds of cake. Each type of cake can: - come in different sizes. (different $ values) - have a different degree of design complexity. (% added to the price of a given size) - have different material/filling. (% added to the price of a given size) I would like to have each cake detail page shown with a cake configurator (pricing calculator) that incorporates these 3 variables. Does anyone know how I can achieve this? Thanks for your help!
