Hello. CMS Block in PrestaShop 1.6 displays duplicated menu items in the footer. In CMS section and module configuration all seems ok, all items are single, but on the front the are displayed twice. Any solution?

I want to add an affiliate's logo to the foot of my website. I've tried creating a CMS block and using the Advertising block module, both have proved fruitless. Does anyone have any suggestions? thanks.

¡Hola a todos! Tengo una consulta sobre los enlaces del bloque CMS en un Prestashop 1.6.1.18 en tres idiomas. Para uno de mis clientes he utilizado esta sección para poner el apartado legal y las condiciones de compra del sitio web. Actualizamos el sitio web a la última versión el pasado mes de marzo y en ese momento todos los enlaces funcionaban correctamente. El caso es que ayer, al revisar el contenido de la política de privacidad del web, nos hemos dado cuenta que el bloque CMS no funciona bien. Enlaza al ID del contenido pero en vez de mostrar el contenido aparece el tooltip de "Esta página no existe". Creía que era un problema de reescritura pero... He desactivado las URL amigables, y las he vuelto a reactivar y sucede lo mismo. Por lo tanto, no es un problema de reescritura de las URL. De hecho, el .htacess se genera correctamente He desactivado el modulo Clean URL (lo tenemos activado para eliminar la id del producto) para descartar que haya algún problema de compatibilidad con este modulo. Sigue con el problema. He modificado la estructura de reescritura de las URL especificando la ID de la página al final de ella ({id}-{rewrite} a {rewrite}-{id}). Tampoco aparece la página. He activado la opción del modulo multiview de Apache. Tampoco aparece la página. He activado la desactivación del modulo mod_security de Apache. Tampoco aparece la página. He intentado crear una página nueva con contenido y un título y URL que no existia y tampoco encuentra la página. Los contenidos creados con el CMS block tampoco funcionan sin URL amigables. Se ha desactivado y posteriormente eliminado y reinstalado el modulo CMS Block y se ha vuelto a comprobar todo lo anterior, paso por paso, y sigue pasando lo mismo. En cada una de las pruebas se ha limpiado la caché del Prestashop y del navegador. La única modificación que se ha realizado entre el pasado mes de marzo y ayer ha sido añadir un nuevo producto (no hay copia de seguridad antes de añadir el nuevo producto). Durante este período de tiempo no se ha actualizado nada más. La página en cuestión es https://www.columnamusica.com/es/legal He estado mirando en el foro, y veo que habitualmente se trata de un tema de reescritura de URL, pero en este caso sin las URLs amigables tampoco funciona. ¿Os habíais encontrado con un problema así? ¡Muchas gracias!

Hi, Presta 1.6.1.10 default theme. I've 2 custom cms blocks. The one on the right has an image (.png), but I can't see it correctly on mobiles. Only the upper part is visible. Any suggestion? Thanx

hi, in my eshop I activated the friendlyURL and in the first test site everything worked I finished loading the products and I noticed that the pages of the CMS block can not be reached are indeed strangely reinderizzate to the pages of product categories example: the page http://www.website.it/6-privacy-policy is redirected to: http://www.website.it/6-product-category disabling the function URL friendly everything returns to work but for SEO purposes it is impossible to indexing with the default URL I hope someone can help me with this bug, thanks

CMS block module has a problem i have set up left and right block and checked some pages that need to be in there... it does not display these blocks when i check below these blocks the box "show links and info in footer" it shows the links that are checked below that in 1 column... but that is not what i want ;-) Would it be an option to: - un-install - delete - find again - install

Hi, I am a bit new to Prestashop and I was looking around the forum for answer, but not found the right one. I aim to add a custom footer links, it should be 3 blocks of about 4 links each. In CMS pages I have created the structure: - customer -- how to sign in -- how to... - payments -- how to.. -- ... And so on. Is there any way how to render those data to footer like parent page is start of a column, links will be list. Or do it whole as an list with parent items and childs? <ul> Parent page (category page) <li>Child page... I am looking for a dynamic solution, not permanent link module, thanks. Martin

Hello everybody, in my Prestashop 1.6 version my CMS block was correctly working until yesterday. Then, after having added a new module (Ref. Promo Newsletter Popup - v1.1.6 - not yet configurated) the CMS block stopped working well. Now if you want to click on my CMS pages like Terms and Condition and so on, you cannot click. have a question if it is even possible to add a Google+ badge in CMS block information?, next to facebook plugin. Since the Facebook social plugin is standard on the left side, there should surely be nice with the google+ badge on the right side too. Used the vekia's guide <link> to make a google+ badge via content box which works fine. When I try the same code in CMS block it dosent work. Anybody else besides me pushing more for Google than Facebook, how am I able to put the google code into custom CMS info block?

I would like to add class 'selected' to 'a' and I've noticed this principle for Categories block. I would like to do the same for CMS block, but not sure how. Anyone out there know how to reorder the CMS block without having to go into the coding? I am operating on 1.5.4.1. Going into Preferences - CMS, it shows the positions. However, I am unable to reorder the positions as they are static. Have also tried going into Modules - CMS Block, but the same response. Unable to move the positions. I am NOT a coder, so if anyone has an answer on how to change this without going into the coding, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I'd like to add one more tab to the bottom of my product page. It's going to be Ingredients tab and I'd like to have the ability to edit the text in it from my back office. I was thinking maybe I could use one of the text edit block modules. I tried both Custom CMS information module and Home text editor module, but none worked. They just doesnt show up on the product page even when I copy/paste the whole code as it is to the product.tpl file. I tried to transplant both modules to the product page but back office didn't allow me to do this. Is there a way of doing this thing? Attached is the code, it might be quicker for someone to look into it. V spodnej casti hlavnej stranky je umiestnenty cms informacny blok (viz. priloha), ktory zobrazuje nejake informacie o obchode a pod. Mam s nim problem. Mam vytvorene 2 obchody na sk a na cz domene. Na sk domene sa informacny blok zobrazuje vporiadku a na cz domene sa nezobrazuje vobec. Netusim vobec preco. Hi everyone. I have 3 stores as a multistore (lovethedove.sk, lovethedove.cz, lovethedove.eu) I use default 1.6 theme and I have problem with cms info block module. You can see in pictures that in .sk cms blocks are displayed correctly. but in for example in .cz cms blocks are not displayed. I translated those blocks to every langueage but no effect. I see in admin that this cms blocks have shop id 1. This would be a problem but when I want add another block, new block is not created. Any ideas?

please help! i need to add editable (via backend) content to footer template. (not link manipulation, i need to include content html/text) Hardcoding footer.tpl is not problem but i need to add editable content (via cms block?). Or how i can display/include content of "contact infomations block" in a specific place in footer? I need to display editable contact informations in specific column in footer. So the alternative1 is displaying cms block content and the alternative2 is displaying "contact informations block" content.

Hello, I just wonder how to create a new page with the same page layout as home page. I have tried some guides to do it with the controllers and adding new .php file but nothing seems working. I lose tried through CMS Block module and through CMS categories in Preferences. The actual page is created but i cannot see it myself or link it to the home page as well.. Help would be appreciated!
