Comme prévisible, suite à cela l'installation web ne fonctionne pas, le test de connexion à la base de données bloque et le passage à la page suivante aussi Comment outrepasser ce problème ? Bonjour, J'ai 2 problèmes qui sont apparus sur le backoffice : 1. Je n'ai plus accès à la page Catalogue/Produits . Impossible d'accéder aux modules installés, la page ne met pas d'erreur mais me dit que je n'ai aucun module installé... Le mode Débug donne la même chose.... Pourriez vous m'aider à comprendre si les 2 problèmes sont liés ? Est ce que cela vient de l'hebergement ? D'un module prestashop ? Comment résoudre ce problème ? Merci d'avance

Bonjour, quand je met a jour mon stripe de la version 1.5.3 a la version 2.2.3 j'ai un probleme ou la page de configuration est quaziment blanche (j'ai juste les boutons connecter, remboursement et faq), comment pourrais-je régler ça ? merci a vous et bonne journée.

Managed to upgrade using 1-click-upgrade yesterday. Today, I get this from one of my customers - his confirmation mail only shows what he's to pay? Not articles nor anything? Any ideas on how to deal with this? (Nevermind, error in file copy. Fixed it)

Hello, I have question: All employes goes on summer vacation for a period of 1 - 2 weeks and is necessary to disable the possibility of purchases during this period for customers. The shop works at the Prestashop 1.6.14. "Maintenance Mode" doesn't approach since in this mode the shop completely is deactivated and customers will misunderstand it - like shop owner has serious problems (1 - 2 weeks is so long time for fully disabling shop). Maybe is present any function or module which deactivates only possibility of purchase but shop works like show-window (with or without little changes). I think that this question interests many Prestashop users especially before summer. I will be glad to any council or the recommendation. Best regards, SASS

HELP HELP HELP I can't get back into my PrestaShop portion of my shop to be able to edit things. When I go to the page "myprestashop.com/cutiepengu" like your getting started page says to do, I get told OBJECT NOT FOUND. :( I get extremely frustrated very easily. I am extremely new at trying to set up my ecommerce site, and have been following a tutorial on how to set up my store using your software. The problem is, it don't tell me how to get back into it once I created everything. I can go to localhost/store and it will bring up my store front, but I can't get into it to edit anything. I need to redo the PayPal portion of it. I am doing this all on my computer before actually publishing it to my site. Can someone please please please, help me get back into my control panel, or whatever its called so that I can finish the tutorial that I was working on and continue building my store so I can get it up to my site please.
