Hallo, From one week is not possible add product in chart from my home page (ONLY FROM HOME PAGE and ONLY FOR CLIENT REGISTERED) if you visit my website without registration it's possible add product in chart. Buongiorno a tutti. Premesso che uso 3 tipi di spedizioni: Corriere a pagamento, corriere gratuito e ritiro in magazzino. Quando un cliente acquista un prodotto a spedizione gratuita e ne somma uno con spedizione a pagamento in questo caso vengono applicati i costi. Quando imposto un articolo con consegna gratuita naturalmente dal backoffice disabilito la consegna a pagamento e lascio solo gratuita e ritiro a magazzino. Da un paio di giorni si presentano i seguenti problemi: 1) Se abilito il metodo di spedizione "ritiro a magazzino" questo mi sballa tutte le impostazioni. Nel riepilogo dell'ordine il cliente si trova come metodo di pagamento solo il "ritiro a magazzino" e non compaiono gli altri spedizionieri impostati. Questo accade solo quando nel carrello ci sono 2 articoli con diversa configurazione di consegna (corriere a pagamento e corriere gratuito) 2) Se aggiungo al carrello un articolo con consegna a pagamento e poi ne aggiungo uno con spedizione gratuita nel carrello mi compare un mix. Esce la scritta "corriere gratuito" ed il costo impostato invece per le spedizioni a pagamento. 3) Se inserisco nell'ordine un articolo con "spedizione gratuita" e poi aggiungo un articolo con spedizione a pagamento alla fine dell'ordine viene mostrato solo l'articolo con spedizione gratuita, anche se il totale è corretto. A me nel backoffice arrivano due ordini separati, con stesso numero ma diverso ID Se qualcuno di voi vuole simulare degli ordini per comprendere meglio ciò che ho descritto vi indico il mio sito www.thinksafe.it Grazie anticipatamente per l'aiuto Giovanni

In previous steps, I got all variables required for the order. But I cannot make the code provided by the link work as it must. I am ready to pay to the master who can fix the code, to make it work well. If you can do it, just name the price. ASAP!

Hi all, after upgrade to 1.6.0.9 I have noticed that with I add product/s to my chart and I'm using Chrome, module don't have animation or links don't works. Some has any idea to solve this???

Buongiorno sto provando prestashop l'ultima ver scaricata tre giorni fa. Tutto filava liscio, fin quando oggi non ho deciso di inserire un altro prodotto (ovviamente tutti test nulla in produzione) E tutto va per il meglio, faccio la prova ad aquistare il prodotto quindi aggiungo al carrello e mi ritorna questo errore: Impossible to add the product to the cart. textStatus: 'error' errorThrown: 'Internal Server Error' responseText: Non era mai accaduto, la cosa curiosa è che dopo di questo nel front end mi mostra una pagina bianca e basta. Se elimino il prodotto dal back end tutto torna a funzionare. Qualcuno può aiutarmi per cortesia?

Monsieur, j'ai travaillé avec le thème par défaut sur mon site et mes produits apparaissent horizontalement. Hi all, I have just installed Prestashop 1.5.0.13, and I can't see any charts in the "Stats" tab or in the "Sales" tab of the products. Instead, I have a message saying that the graphics engine selected is not available. I have 4 engines installed (by default): Artichow Google Chart Visifire XML/SWF charts And I have the same error for each engine. Is there something else to configure? Thanks for your help!

Hi, I'm trying to setup an discount by quantity or cart amount, that would look like this: So if I order 23 pcs, I would pay 55.51EUR for one item, but if my chart contains total amount of 11000EUR then price for one item would be 54.32EUR Is there any way to set up some thing like this in PrestaShop?? I know how to setup discount by quantity only, but can you also make discount on cart amount that would then select right price for one item??? I think this is great way to stimulate your customer to buy more Thanks!
