Hello, I am new, and i am sorry for my english. I have a question, I want my cart block in to the menu on the right side. I have search on internet and i found this link: https://mypresta.eu/en/art/developer/block-cart-in-top-menu.html I've tried it , but it's not working. is there another way? to get the cart block in the menu? Hello, I am using the default theme of Prestashop (default-bootstrap). I want to remove the search bar (box) and have the CART BLOCK floated to the right instead of being in the center of the header. I tried the solution of accessing "themes/default-bootstrap/modules/blockcart/blockcart.tpl" and changing this <div class="col-sm-4 clearfix {if $PS_CATALOG_MODE} header_user_catalog{/if}"> to this <div class="col-sm-4 clearfix pull-right{if $PS_CATALOG_MODE} header_user_catalog{/if}"> This solution did not work. by the way, I am using PrestaShop 1.6 Thanks for your help -
Hello, I really need to remove the shipping estimation in th cart block. I found some threads about it but it did not seem to work with version 1.6.14. Hi, Please kindly review the following link. http://www.offgridstore.co.uk/home/1-gtg-nano-400-60.html When changing the combination in the right hand add cart block, the combinations reset straight back to the default combination. The page URL changes for a split second and the reverts back to the URL of the default combination as if it is redirecting. This is the same for all products I add in this particular store. I have not encountered this before in any of my previous store's. I would very much appreciate any help that can be offered. Regards Andy

I am newbie to Prestashop and We have developed our multi-vendor market place using prestashop 1.6, It is working almost fine on computer, however while on mobile screen, cart block and horizontal top menu are not working fine and text is being overlapped I am attaching the screenshots. If I disable the cart block and the horizontal top menu, that the site (on mobile" appears okay, however when I enable these (or any of these) text on the screen is cluttered because of overlapping. I have tried uninstalling and installing the module (cart block), disable and enable the module on mobile even replacing complete copy of mobile folder of the theme.Theme being used is Bootstrap theme. However i had copied the same with new name and using the theme with new name in a bid to undesired changes to prevent automatic update. I am not sure whether it is the correct way. I am not sure but probably initially there were no issues, and in between i also have migrated my website from one host to another, if this is somehow related to issue, even though it shouldn't. The issue persists with different mobiles, so it is not a browser issue. I hope i have made myself clear, in case more information or clarification required, please let me know. following screenshots may help to understand the issue clearly Cart block as well as top horizontal modules are disabled on mobile: only Cart block module enabled Only top horizontal menu enabled: Thanks

Hi, when some product have text/image customize option and this product is customized and saved and added to cart than "Remove" button does not display in cart block. It is ussual behavior of system or bug? It is possible to remove such as customized product from cart? PrestaShop 1.6.0.9 -
Hello, I am new to prestashop and I am trying to figure out how to move the Seach block on top of the Cart block in the header of the page. I am running Prestashop 1.6.0.9 with the default-bootstrap theme. I found this similar thread but my files are not the same probably due to updates to the theme or modules This was the fix on that thread: The problem with my blocksearch-top.tpl file is that the file shows this: <div id="search_block_top"> instead of this: <div id="search_block_top" class="col-sm-8 clearfix"> Any suggestions? Hi everybody, i need to put 3 logos on the header section, so i decided to move the search block inside the horizontal top menu. The problem now is that the cart block has taken the place of the search block (center of the header) but i want it to stay on the right. I think i need to modify the Bootstrap column because it works changing <div class ="col-sm-4 clearfix"> with <div class ="col-sm-8 clearfix"> on the browser's web inspector, but i need that cart occupy only the 4 columns on the right and the logos the other 8 on the left. How can I do this?

Hey, sorry for all these questions. So I'm looked throughout the blockcart.css file but I can't figure out how to do these 3 things. 1) Move the items in cart up so that it is directly under the cart button. I changed the code on line 7 from padding-top: 50px; to padding-top: 0px; now the items in the cart aren't lined up. 2) How do I adjust the height of the cart block? Adding height to the shopping_cart class doesn't seem to do anything. and finally 3) How do I move the shopping cart button right, so that it is flush with the sign in button? Thanks!

Hello I uploaded a logo that has the dimensions of 1280 x 278 pixels and this is the result: I would like to move these two just right above the navigation bar so it doesn't overlap the logo. I did try to use the 'Run Live Edit' but ended up losing the slider so I had to unhook then hook the slider again. I appreciate any help from anyone. Thank you, Shai -

But I am experiencing a number of issues with my PrestaShop site of which I am currently in the process of building. I have transplanted Cart Block module into leftColumn and it is there, however, as you can see by the screenshot, it's extremely messed up. I've looked for settings, duplicate instances of the module and cannot find any. I checked with "manage hooks" and no other instances of said module are hooked anywhere else. Hey guys, im new to Prestashop and i have a problem. I modified the css to make the cart block looks like i want to but if i unhook it and transplant the module in either the left or right column the css doesnt seem to work anymore for the dropdown part of the cart block. here are 2 screenshots, the first one where the cart block is hooked onto top (where it acutally works) and the second one where its hooked to the right column (where the dropdown css somehow doesnt work?) I want to change position of CART BLOCK - I would like to put it up to USER INFO BLOCK and CONTACT BLOCK. I have transplanted CART BLOCK to displayNav, but I don't know how choose the order of the modules on the screen - I would like to put CART BLOCK first from right side and to change dimensions of CART BLOCK in line with rest modules in displayNav.

After remove Left column of home page, when i hover the mouse on the cart link, cart block displays at the wrong position instead of right align under cart link. i have an image file enclosed with this post anyone help me ?

I have repositioned my 'Cart Block' module from the top of my 'displayTop' hook to the bottom and now for some reason the drop down effect has stopped working and the cart box is permanently down. I was wondering whether anyone could suggest why happended? Any suggestions are most welcome, thanks in advance.

I wish to display the cart block in the sidebar in addition to its current position in the top bar and will appreciate any leads to documentation explaining this. I am using the default 1.5.5.0 version of prestashop. Thanks.

So I've had a few customers lately finding the shipping that is being shown very confusing. The cart block shows a default shipping when a item is added. This shipping is for US domestic. When a customer adds an item and they live out of the country, it's still showing them the US domestic shipping until they go to checkout and add their address. Is there a way to disable/remove the shipping from showing in the cart block so there is only the products, tax and total? I'm not sure if this is the best solution but it's all I can think of so other ideas are welcome. -

Hello! I'm using version 1.5.0.17 of Prestashop and after a few hours of settings i stoped seen the "cart" in the corner of the page. Already deleted the module, already installed again, tried to change the hooker (i don't know which should be right now. Please tell me one valid position). Have tried adding products to cart but it's not possible, the button is not working, maybe because the stock it's 0 (right?). How can i get my "car" back?
