When I go into a product and try to add features, the dropdown menu on step 2 doesn't work. Step 1 works as it should and I get all different, but when I want to choose value it can't. I have tried to create a new feature but still get the same error. Anyone who has had this problem or thinks they know a solution? ps-error.pdf -
At wit's end. PS won't allow me to save product. See lots of posts about this bug where both the save and save and stay buttons spin and spin. I'm really getting pissed off at this, and can't see that it is being addressed as the bug it is. Someone once told me to clear my images .tmp file, which I have tried without luck. I am not a coder and don't know .html. How can I add products to my shop with this bug? Is it fixed in 1.7? And, if so, is it safe to upgrade to 1.7? Or is that just for new stores. Please send help.
