Hello everyone! Everything was fine yesterday, but today I'm unable to login to back office on my website. I haven't done any changes in modules, or settings.. Well I haven't changed anything. When I entered my admin panel URL, prestashop signed me out. I put login credentials, but the login circle is spinning and nothing happens. Also console tab is clear. Even after waiting 10 minutes nothing happens. I tried entering dev mode but it doesn't show any errors.. Thanks :))

Hello all. I just made a new install of prestashop 1.7.3.1 My php version is 7 I am hosting on arvixe shared hosting First time after installing, the frontend login page and admin login page could not display login form , Based on previous issues reported on same case here, I modified the config/config.inc.php and set the debug to "true" . Then the login form started showing Now the login works fine on the front end but I can't login to my admin panel I found out my admin folder is automatically renamed each time I try to login Example, in my first image I have renamed the folder to admin and the URL displayed the login form correctly But when I try to login with my credentials to mywebsite/admin/ I am automatically redirected to a new admin URL like http://mywebsite/admin310cxj3bk/index.php?controller=AdminLogin&token=d6f4a1b93279da89db550b9b948c83f9&redirect=AdminDashboard On checking my file manager , I found out the admin folder has been renamed as indicated in the link above . When I rename this back to admin/ and try to login again , the process is repeated and my admin folder gets another new name I have asked my hosting provider and they said the server is working fine , I should check the script I am confused because this is my first experience with prestashop. Can someone pls explain what is wrong ? Really love the prospects of prestashop script but if this persists, don't know how I can proceed with this. I really need help on this .Thanks

Deal All, I have installed brand new prestashop in 1.5.2 (latest version as at time of writing). It was working fine at first. But few days ago, users can't login their account any more by using Firefox. Password and user name are correct, it is simply redirect the user to login page again. IE is working fine and I didn't make any change at all during this time. I have searched on the forum and found few topics are same issue of mine. Hello, So I have been running a friends Prestashop for awhile now without any problems. I decided to start my own yesterday and manage both. After installing a new one on a new hosting account with a new database, I can not login in to back office at all. I tried wrong passwords and usernames to make sure the error would come up which it did however, when I type in the right information it reloads the same page with no errors. This has happened on two different versions 1.4.8.2 the first install where the problem happened and 1.4.7.2, where the problem still persists. I am using godaddy ultimate hosting service, NEW databases where made for each new installation, and I followed directions exactly. I even cleared the Cache and history like someone suggested and tried several browsers. I should also mention the store itself works great! not a thing wrong with it. What am I doing wrong here? *EDIT* Apparently you have to wait around 2 hours before you can actually login in the first time. Everything is up and running!

Hi. I need urgent help. I am trying to run this website: http:makron.si/testing But I am facing a serious problem. My customers can't login (at least I can. And I tried multiple customer testing accounts already). Anyway ... Login page is displayed corretly. But when I enter correct informations i get blank page saying: "This page is temporary unavailble. Please try again later." (url says authorisation.php) But login page is displayed correctly. Is this a hosting service provider error? I am using x10hosting.com free hosting (do you know any better free hosting or on really good and cheap?). Anyway. If I create new account, I can keep login and logout until I close the tab (or somewhat), but than it suddenly start shoing this error again and again. You can try to log in using this infos: email: [email protected] pass: abc123 Any help is really appreciated. (this one is fresh install with only imported my sql database. But original is facing same problem. Only my localhost works correctly.)
