Hey Guys Brand New here so don't know if i have put it in the wrong place or not Anyway I have applied to open a shop but have been placed on a waiting list I seem to have been on the waiting list forever, does anyone know how long it takes for our store to be activated Thank you

Hi everyone, I sure am impressed with the quality of sites that PrestaShop can create and wow, there sure is a lot to it with so many features and tools. Most I do not even understand. I very much would like to create a descent website and assume PrestaShop would be a perfect tool to do this, but with no experience with it I am curious in anyone's opinion how long or how hard would it be to grasp a reasonable understanding on how to create a half descent site with PrestaShop? I have lots of experience with Web Expressions, notepad html and Weebly, so not totally unfamiliar with HTML or CSS, etc, but there is things in PrestaShop I have never even heard of. I currently am using WordPress but there is not a lot that can be accomplished using it. I appreciate any input......I am basically a fast learner and have a lot of time on my hands. Nun habe ich mich also für den PrestaShop entschieden, nachdem ich verschiedene Shop-Vergleiche gelesen habe und wohl auch nach dem Motto «200'000 Anwender können sich nicht irren». Die Installation ist wirklich so einfach, wie es in der Werbung steht. So gehe ich nun Schritt für Schritt durch die englische Anleitung First Steps with PrestaShop, in der Hoffnung, dass der Shop in den nächsten Wochen online gehen kann. De-activate your Shop Kein Problem. Die Benutzer sehen jetzt die Meldung, dass der Shop nicht erreichbar ist. Erste kleine unwichtige Frage (eher für später): Wie kann ich dieses Bild ersetzen. Delete the content of your default shop Ich finde zwar die angegebene Liste Module > Module, aber nirgends ein Modul mit dem Namen Database Cleaner. Auch bei den bereits vorinstallierten 69 Modulen ist es nicht dabei. Ich suche auch unter den Addons… der Cleaner ist unbekannt. Was mache ich jetzt? Alles von Hand löschen? Besten Dank für jeden hilfreichen Hinweis.

Hi, I've just started to use prestashop but cannot get the front office to show correctly. All I see is a set of basic black and blue typography and no graphic design. I've set up a product in the back office and loaded an addon for paypal, so i an assuming that the account is activated. I've tried to add a logo to see if this kick starts the front office look.
