I have enabled the option in the mailalerts module configuration (Customer notifications > Product Availability), but nothing appears on the product page that is out of stock, no option to add email etc. Prestashop version is 1.5.4.1 with the default theme example: http://www.duratex.co.uk/rubber-matting/41-coin-grip-rubber-matting-roll-6mm.html Any ideas where it could be? -
Hello, I got strange problem. After upgrade to 1.6.1.20 button "alert me when the product is available" appears on all product pages. When quantity is 0 and when quantity is > 0. I looked at product.tpl in my theme folder and everything looks fine: <!-- Out of stock hook --> <p id="oosHook"{if $product->quantity > 0} style="display: none;"{/if}> {$HOOK_PRODUCT_OOS} </p> How can I fix it? Hello, In prestashop 1.6x, is there a way we can highlight those products on the homepage, that are just back in stock? Or if thats a tedious coding task, can i make it reappear as a new product on the homepage? Essentially, the product needs to flashed again on the homepage letting the customers know its available for purchase. Thanks for your help. Abhey www.carledindia.com -
Hoi, Als een product niet op voorraad is en klanten vullen hun e-mailadres in bij "Houd mij op de hoogte van beschikbaarheid", dan krijgen ze dagelijks mails. Ook als ze het product al besteld hebben. Wat ik al geprobeerd heb: -klant uit klantenbestand verwijderd..hielp niet. Nu verwijder ik de producten waar klachten over komen. Ik krijg dagelijks klachten over deze veelheid aan berichten. Ik heb ontdekt dat elke keer als het product besteld wordt er een mail wordt verzonden naar iedereen die op de hoogte gehouden wil worden van beschikbaarheid. Hoe kan ik dit oplossen? Hi everyone, I'm new to prestashop and i'm helping a friend with his company web store. He asked if it was possible to add a sticker over the image when a product is back in stock (like the stickers over the image when there's a sale or new product). I've already searched in the forum and google but no luck. I'm still building the store in Mamp, so i can't really give you guys a link for it since everything is still on my local HD. Any tips.

How do I disable the email a customer gets telling them an item is back in stock? I'm using PrestaShop 1.4.3 with the Mail Alert 2.2 module. One of my customers keeps receiving an email from us notifying her that an item is back in stock. Apparently she utilized the Product Availability tool to be notified when an item was back in stock. She purchased the item from us after it came back in stock, but is still getting the emails that it's back in stock. I've looked everywhere in the Back End and can't find anyplace to turn off the notification. Any idea where it is in the database? I don't want to turn off the entire Product Availability module, just remove fix the one for one product and one customer. Any help would be much appreciated. -
Hi all, I am looking for a way to customise my product-list.tpl so that it can pick up item that was "restocked" and display status that it was "restocked". I saw "restocking" in the combination page when you want to increase the stock however I couldn't find the variable where this option is store. Anyone knows where is it located ? Anyway to access this variable from product-list.tpl. Appreciate help.
