Hi all, My website www.mediterraneansupermarket.com seems to only display the home page and CMS pages, When I click on any of the product categories or products it goes to a blank page. I have enable error reporting to display the issues with the website. Attached is a screen shot of the errors, I cannot access the admin area of the website either. This happened after the website was upgraded from Prestashop v.7 to v.8. Any ideas how I can solve this? Many thanks, Leilah

Hello, everyone. Myself Mahesh Palamuttath from kerala, India. I have just started to use prestashop which is installed in my Debian 9 vps. the problem is, I can not do any task on my admin panel due to frequent logout. I have even changed default session time in php.ini as well but not fixed the problem. can anybody help me on this? Thanks in advance

Guys, Pls help to reolsve the issue. Unable to open the Admin pancel from Laptop / System browser but its opening on mobile without any issue. Admin panel prompt to enter the credentials after giving credentials its just spinning for 2 mins and shows the below error. Note: no issues on mobile browser. ============ Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Добрый день ребята. У меня просто тупик, первый раз имею дело с этим движком, опыта в решении подобных вопросов просто нет. Использую версию 1.7.4.4. Версия PHP и 5.6 и 7.1 пробовал. Были небольшие траблы которые я заметил еще на моменте сборки, а именно при включении дебага отображает ошибку: (1/1) ContextErrorException User Notice: Undefined property: SmartyDev::$smarty но система продолжала работать без особых сбоев и на сайт пускало и в аминку тоже. Прошло некоторое время (пару месяцев) и мне понадобилось внести изменения в описания товара, пытаюсь войти в админку НО она принимает пароль и логин и все, дальше не пускает. Просто пингвин с пустым блоком авторизации (см.скрин). То есть нет редиректа на админпанель. Что делать не пойму, кеши чистил браузера, пытался почистить кеш сайта а там пусто, в смысле папка кеширования пуста. С других компов тоже не пускает в админку, сайт работает если не врубать дебаг режим. I’m just a dead end, I’m dealing with this engine for the first time, I simply don’t have experience in solving such issues. I am using version 1.7.4.4. I tried PHP version 5.6 and 7.1. Some time has passed (a couple of months) and I needed to make changes to the product descriptions, try to enter the admin area BUT it accepts the password and login and everything doesn’t let it go. Just a penguin with an empty authorization block (see screen). That is, there is no redirect to the admin panel. I don’t understand what to do, I cleaned the browser’s caches, tried to clear the site’s cache and it’s empty there, in the sense the cache folder is empty. From other computers also does not allow the admin panel, the site works if you do not cut the debug mode. I ask for help.

Hi, perhaps a dumb question, but could anyone please tell me how the forecast module on the admin-panel is supposed to work? I was under the impression that this was a place where you could see a forecast of your potential income based on the current sales and traffic. However nothing is showing. I can input my own numbers, which is OK for doing a budget I guess. But I thought this was supposed to be auto generated based on the current numbers. So, is my forecast not working properly or have I just misunderstood it's intended behavior? I'm using 1.6.0.6 by the way :-) Thanks :-)

Hey guys, I installed prestashop 1.5.6.1 on a subsubdomain. The installation was fine and the shop ist working but I can't login to the adminpanel. The login is reachable and when I put in the wrong password I get the errormessage. But when I put in the right password, nothing is happening. Maybe the redirect isn't working? Has anyone of you ever installed prestashop on a subsubdomain? Greetings Maluma
