Hi everyone, I have this big issue that my add to cart just do not work. When we press add to cart, there is no response. The page gets updated, but nothing get added to the shopping cart. This happens on google chrome, Firefox, and also from mobile Safari. Can you please help me out. I am no developer. Hello, It is with desperation that I have no other choice but to ask for your help on a major issues since my upgrade from 1.5.3 to 1.5.4 .. The major issue is : the add to cart button is not working ... I mean, with the ajaxcart i can see the product going up when I click on the add to cart button but then nothing happens ... impossible to add anything to the cart despite uninstalling, reinstalling and spending HOURS on forums looking for a solution ... I asked my host provider and they gave me this answer : "I did trace the script and look at the parameters being sent. For example, when adding an item to the cart, the following Ajax request was sent: POST http://w2beauty.com/?rand=1366822772541 controller:cart add:1 ajax:true qty:1 id_product:7161 token:19a2ff1f3d6ede5ae04e283bb3fbd4cb And this is the data that was returned by PrestaShop to the browser: { "products": [ ], "discounts": [ ], "shippingCost": "$0.00", "shippingCostFloat": "0", "wrappingCost": "$0.00", "nbTotalProducts": "0", "total": "$0.00", "productTotal": "$0.00", "hasError" : false } I did this with several items, and while the request has a varying "id_product" for different items, the server response (from the PrestaShop script) is always exactly the same. This basically shows that the item is not being added to the cart, and the response confirms it (0 nbTotalProducts, $0.00 total)." I don't really understand it myself but the option he is offering me is a rollback as he cannot help me more on that issue ... HI, I have a serious issue. Prestashop latest version 1.6.0.6 Products are not added to cart. i'm not in catalogue mode i have installed uninstalled cart module i have allow order when out of stock products i've run throu all forum topics i've found to solve my problem No luck so far... HELP!!

Hello, When i am using add to cart button to add products to the cart the summary of cart page still blank. The products are not added to the cart. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance

We are using Prestashop 1.5.2. When the friendly URL was disabled all the functionality of the site was okay, but as we enable the friendly URL and added the www with in the domain name from Prestashop Admin, we found that the login and Add to Cart functionality is not working properly, that means, sometimes this is working, and sometimes this is not. For example, First I open a browser, try to login into the site we found that, login is not working, then we clear the browser Cache and Cookies, and then try to login again, that time login is working. We can not findout what the problem is, does anyone have any idea regarding this issue? Thank you.

Dear sir there is a error in my site whenever i click on add to cart a dialog box appears with the message: "technical error: unable to add the product details error thrown:[object XMLHttpRequest] Text status: parseerror" and nothing happens cart box remain 0 ho do i solve this problem
