Return Error to Customer with Low Quality Image Upload

Good Afternoon, Does anyone know of a module that will display an error about image quality when a customer uploads an image to the website? We create tiles that can use customers pictures however I would like some message to be displayed to the customer about the low quality image. Something like: "The image selected is less than 72dpi. This may affect the quality of the final product. Please us another image if available." Customers don't always have a better image to use and I do not want to prohibit them sending it but I do want to warn them before they purchase.

Hello, I am trying to install Prestashop in One.com. I have tried with versions 1.7.6.2 and 1.7.6.1. After launching the installation, in the last step I get this error message at 67%: 1: HTTP 503 - error - After looking it up on Internet without interesting results, I have contact with One.com support and they have told me to enable PHP error messages and Prestashop debugging. Then, I get this new error message at 12% of the installation: 1: Warning: set_time_limit(): Cannot set max execution time limit due to system policy They have also told me to do this: In file /classes/ConfigurationTest.php > search for the function public static function test_dir > add at the beginning of this function these lines: if ($recursive) return true; I get the same time warning message, and another advisor has told me that One.com has a limit, so I need a PrestaShop version with a maximum execution time installation of 50 seconds. Could you help me, please?

Hi, I'm trying to understand how to display a message to customers when they login or they register in PRESTASHOP 1.7.4.4. I would rather avoid to use the notification system of prestashop and intercept on tpl but I'm not finding the right variable passed for this events. Can someone help me? No me deja acceder a varias opciones del back end

Hola, a ver si alguien me puede ayudar Me salen varios errores tanto en el back end como en el frontpage, en el primero es el siguiente: (uso prestashop 1.7.4.4) Warning: SessionHandler::read(): open(/opt/remi/php56/root/var/lib/php/session/sess_prdud2fcfft80eljl0voush2l0, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /var/www/vhost/.../tienda/vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/HttpFoundation/Session/Storage/Handler/StrictSessionHandler.php on line 48 este error creo que sea lo que no me está permitiendo acceder al apartado de productos por ejemplo o a parámetros avanzados, algunos otros si que me deja acceder pero a estos no. Bonjour, Problème n°1; Je débute sur Prestashop et lorsque j'envoie des mails depuis le back end je tombe systématiquement sur cette erreur (voir image). Il ne s'agit que de warning qui ne m’empêchent pas d'envoyer des mails, mais il se pourrait qu'une véritable erreur soit à l'origine de ces warnings. Problème n°2: L'autre problème concerne le JS du front end. Quand je suis dans le catalogue des produits, les filtres, le menu déroulant pour trier, ainsi que le bouton "Suivant" (pour changer la page de produit) ne fonctionnent pas, aucune erreur n'est signalée dans la console du JS. Ce bug est autant sur Firefox que sur Chrome. Problème n°3: Le but de ce site est de vendre des tickets pour des évènements, une fois qu'un ticket à été payer, l'utilisateur peut remplir des champs supplémentaires qui varient en fonction de certains attribut de l'évènement (cette partie est gérée par un serveur externe à Prestashop). Ce formulaire est disponible sur la page Confirmation de commande. L'accès aux champs supplémentaire n'étant disponible qu'après le paiment, j'ai modifier le template de mail "payment.html" pour rajouter le lien vers la confirmation de commande. Mais il s'avère que le lien de fonctionne pas si je le met dans un élément de redirection tel que <a href="lien">, <input>, <button>. Les "&" pour séparer les paramètres (id_module, id_cart, key, etc ...) sont remplacés par des "&amp;". Alors que le lien est correcte si je le met dans un élément HTML tel que <p>lien</p> et que je le copie-colle dans la barre d'adresse, mais c'est pas très professionnel et ça rajoute des actions que l'utilisateur devra faire. Config : Prestashop : v1.7.3.0 Firefox : v60.0.1 Chrome : v66.0.3359.181 OS : Ubuntu 17.10 N'hésitez pas à demander des informations supplémentaires/screenshot/code si cela peut aider. Cela fera vibrer, lors de la gestion de vos commandes, le champs quantité de chaque produit si plus de 1 produit est commandé. Hi everyone, im struggling with this problem: I want to display a warning or an error message (whichever is easier to do) from a module. More concretely i'm trying to achieve this from a module. The goal is that a message like this is shown: whenever any user updates a product and he or she doesn't select a supplier for the product. I'm trying to trigger this from the hook "hookupdateproduct". Can anyone help me, please? Thank you in advance.

Warning for Prestashop!!!! Unless you are developer or masochist, stay a way from Prestashop. They say Prestashop works from "out of the box". Yes it does, kind off, if you are able to install it, which is a nother headache. Prestashop "works" but you can´t do anyting whit it. After hours and days with new problems i gave up! Thats right, you get what you pay for, nothing in this case!

Salut à tous, Pour ceux qui comme moi auraient acheté le module "Vente Privée avancée 1.6 et 1.5" développé par Antadis, et se seraient retrouvés face à une erreur de ce type à peine après l'avoir installé : Cela provient d'un espace tout aussi importun qu'important à supprimer, à la toute première ligne (juste avant le "<?php") du fichier home.php mentionné dans le message d'avertissement ci-dessus. En espérant cela puisse faire économiser à ces nouveaux acquéreurs quelques minutes de recherches inutiles…

Hi, while i try upgrading my eshop based on prestashop 1.5.6 with 1-click upgrade to prestashop 1.6.0.5 the instalation stuck at upgrading addons. And when I try acsess shop I get: Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 's8x6attc'@'195.210.29.44' (using password: YES) I attach print screen of stuck. Is there any posibility how to upgrate shop another way withou needing to install and copy all products seo and another content?

Hi all, I just run a test turn a guest account into customer account using my own email address When I tried to login the customer account, there is no message displayed, I was redirected to the login page after I click on the "Sign In" button. After few attempt I login to my back office, and found that the customer account was disabled (most probably I did it accidentally). In this case, how can I display some helpful message such as "Your account is disabled" instead of just redirected to the same page without any helpful message? What I need is similar to when the authentication fail Thanks. (Forgot to mention that I am using Prestashop 1.6)

Hi everyone, I'm new to prestashop and i'm helping a friend with his company web store. He asked if it was possible to add a sticker over the image when a product is back in stock (like the stickers over the image when there's a sale or new product). I've already searched in the forum and google but no luck. I'm still building the store in Mamp, so i can't really give you guys a link for it since everything is still on my local HD. Any tips.

Je suis en train de fabriquer un module mais lorque que je l'installe j'ai souvent "Warning: Cannot modify header information" Je suis obligé de recharger la page et la mon module s'installe, je n'ai pas cette erreur quand je retire le return true; mais je n'ai pas le message comme quoi le module c'est bien installé à la fin de ma function install() et pareil pour la uninstall(). J'ai pourtant fait du copier/coller des function d'autres modules qui fonctionnent voici ma function install() function install() { if (!Configuration::updateValue('MY_MODULE',123456'') OR !parent::install() OR !$this->registerHook('header')){ return false; }else { return true; } } Quelqu'un à deja rencontré ce problème ?
