Bonjour, Je rencontre un soucis sur ma boutique depuis deux jours. Lorsque les clients veulent choisir la contenance ou changer la qualité, j'ai l'erreur suivante sur la page de présentation du produit : An error occurred while processing your request Cependant, si je change la contenance et la quantité et que j'ajoute au panier, les paramétrages sont bien prises en compte, avec le bon prix. Si j'active le mode Débug pendant que je suis sur la page et que je change la personnalisation, ça fonctionne. Si je le désactive, ça ne fonctionne plus. Bonjour à tous, je me re-penche sur Prestashop après des années d'abandon et entreprends (après avoir perdu à peu près tout du précédent site, hélas) de créer des attributs qui seront bien sûr utilisés sur les produits. Mon problème : sur une version antérieure de Prestashop (genre 1.3 ou 1.4) je pouvais attribuer un prix à TAILLES et ne rien mettre pour COULEURS. Le calcul se faisait comme sur Etsy aujourd'hui, c'est à dire que si la TAILLE influe sur le prix, on coche que ça affecte et si pas sur COULEURS alors on ne coche rien et 'tada' Etsy me sort les deux menus "TAILLES" & "COULEURS". Résultat peu importe la couleur choisie, seulement la taille voulue modifie le prix final du produit. Et c'est le but. Je voudrais donc pouvoir faire comme sur l'ancienne version PS où quand je générais les variations je pouvais ne mettre que des differences de prix sur les tailles et ne pas m'occuper des couleurs, laisser même le champ vide. AUjourd'hui je tatonne je cherche et je crains qu'il ne faille rentrer les prix pour chaque variation précise de mon produit. Du coup 5 tailles en moyenne X 43 coloris, ça va prendre beaucoup de temps ! Ce qui prenait 20 sec prendrait désormais 5 mn ou 10 ou 20 ! Car même en copiant-collant c'est fastidieux et source d'erreur de saisie. J'ai bien vu que l'on pouvais cocher pour sélectionner au moins par exemple tous les 43 produits en S, puis ceux en M, ceux en XL etc pour leur attribuer l'impact sur le prix mais n'y at-til pas plus simple ? Je suppose que non. Ou alors quelque chose m'échappe... Merci de votre aide et à bientôt. -
I am trying to create a simple drop down list of options for my products. So far I have created 2 attribute types [product type and product format] both are set to drop down list. I have then created 3 values for each attribute [print, digital, usb]. But as you can see from the attached images there is only one option available in each of the two the drop down lists. What am I missing? TIA 🙂

Dear enthusiasts and developers, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION: a really important feature is required on backend of 1.7 (it was possibile on 1.6) On backend, when I edit product variations, I can only add a new variation with wished features, but: I CANNOT EDIT EXISTING COMBINATIONS. (if i want a kind of variation i can only add a new one, copy and paste sku and ean... lame job) I searched for modules that allow me to edit those, but anything yet. If created it stay as it is. is it possible on new versions you pay attention to this: EDIT FEATURES ON PRODUCT VARIATIONS thank you mONNa

Prestashop 1.7.2.4 Hi and happy new year ;-) Using Prestashop 1.7.2.4. When adding weight to the variations details (calculating shippment weight) it disappears after using cache. When I`m not using cache it stays and calculates the price of the shippment correct. Has anyone experiences with this issue? Thank you very much, Kilian

Recently when I try to check some image to a combination, it doesn't save that variation. If I return to any variation of combinations, the check image was not saved and all the images remains unchecked. Anyone has this issue? PS 1.5.4.1 Default theme

Hello everyone, When you enter into the frontend's product page you see all the images attached to that product. When you select your desired combination is when images get filtered and then you can only see this combination's image. I want prestashop to show by default only the images associated with the combination you have set by default in the backend and then change to others when you click on other color or choose other combination. The answer (i think) is on product.js file. Am I explaining ok? Hope you can help me guys! Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi all, I'm working on a website where some products have attributes which will vary in price. So for example, a bag of dog food at 1kg may be £10. A 2kg bag may be £18. These would be variations/attributes of one product. So as not to mislead customers, on the product list, we'd like to introduce an if statement which detects whether the product has attributes. If the item has variations and can be altered, then on the product list, we'd like it to say 'From:' next to the price. I have tried things like {if ($product.id_product_attribute == 0 )}From {/if} but that yields nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! -
Bonjour, je fais une appel à l'aide, j'ai besoin d'importer plusieurs images via CSV pour les déclinaisons malheureusement ça ne marche pas d'importer plusieurs ! pourtant avec une image ça marche. tous mes autres champs dans le CSV marche très bien. Mes liens sont en https, je ne sais pas si ça un rapport ou que je dois les uploads sur mon ftp directement en esperant que le fournisseur me fournisse un dossier photo ce qui risque de ne pas être le cas. Hello, I have a question. I was testing the new PrestaShop 1.6 and I love the design and the dashboard. However, I have a big issue switching from my current shop cms to Prestashop and this is that from the list view, if I click on "Add to cart" button on a product with variations, the product is added to the cart with a random variation without any warning. Is there any plugin, any theme, any fix or any ETA until this "bug" will be fixed ? Thank you.

Hi all, PRESTASHOP 1.6 - EBAY I can't list any items where there are variations i.e. I sell darts. I can create a listing with five different weights 21g, 22g, 23g, 24g, 25g. This listing will not work on eBay but works fine on Prestashop. Under "LIST PRODUCTS" when i click on the tab to the left of the item, it is not shown at the bottom where it shows save and list products. If i create FIVE different listings, one for each weight it works fine. Does anyone have any idea how i can list one item with the different weight variations please? Thanks Paul

Hi everybody, I recently downloaded prestashop to build a small wine-store. Up to now i found answers to all my questions. But now I have a problem I didn't find an answer to. Situation: Version: 1.5.4 ... As I already mentionned it's a wine-shop. For each wine you have different years and different bottle-sizes. The customer can choose which year and which bottle-size he wants to buy. That works fine but I'm not satisfied with the presentation. Example: You have wine XY. Years 2012, 2011, 2010 / Bottle-sizes 0.7 litre (2012, 2011, 2010), 1.50 litre (2012), 12.0 litre (2012)... So in 2 of the 3 age groups there's only one bottle size. My Problem: At the moment you have to choose bottle-size and year over two different dropdown-fields. That's not very nice because for many years there's only one bottle-size. Normally there are just 5 or 6 combinations that exist - but 9 possible combinations. That means that 3 or 4 inputs result in 'no mans land'. My Idea: The variations shouldn't be chosen over dropdown field. There should just be a List of all the possibilities... For my example that means: - year 2012 | size 0.7 litre - year 2012 | size 1.5 litre - year 2012 | size 12.0 litre - year 2011 | size 0.7 litre - year 2010 | size 0.7 litre ... it should look pretty similiar as in the backend. I'm not a very good programmer, but I can change some lines in .php and .tpl files. I hope that anyone has an idea how to solve my problem cheers. PS: My english is not that good. After parsing the net, I have not found my happiness so I put my problem here. - I wish I could display variations as a product in the list of products category.tpl page and not attribute. Ex attachment. The goal being to have the declinations of colors on the list of products ... Thank you for your help.

Hi everyone, I am new to prestashop, I started to set it up today and have hit many problems which i have so far managed to solve via searching the forum - however I havent been able to solve this one as yet - hence my post: The Issue is with product combinations: I have set up product combinations for T Shirts: Example: Red S Red M Red L Black S Black M Black L Black XL As you can see Black has the additional XL size - however in the front end when the red color picker is selected it allows for the purchase of Red XL ( whichI dont have) I have looked through the combinations and there is no Red XL listed. I tried creating a new product but am having the same issue. Any Ideas? Thanks In Advance Edit to add: I notice it takes away the add to cart button for the Red XL - However I would still like to remove the XL option for Red if possible. Ty
