I have positioned User Info Block ("Sign in and out") to DisplayTop. However, it did not turn on (as supposed to occur in the highlighted area in the screenshot attached). Anybody tells how to add "Sign In" just next to "Cart Block"? Thank you.

Hello, I would like to move the User info block right above the cart between the nav and cart. I searched, the module is installed in header of pages and top. But the "Log In/username" is on the nav bar. I looked in header.tpl and the hook top is in the right place but the User info Block is not... -
