    Hello, I purchased the theme Children TM34036 from the official prestashop e-shop some days ago (see the template in the link http://addons.presta...en-tm34036.html). I installed it but although I have followed every single step as the manual says, my website looks like the attached file instead of like the template. I called the Customer Service of Prestashop but they say that they can not do anything because it is a template from an external developer (eventhough I bought it in the official Prestashop e-shop !!). I wrote the external developer and did not get any answer from him.. Therefore this is really frustating and annoying because I paid 140€ for it and I can not use it. Can anyone help me here? Thanks a lot in advance.
