Okay first of all, here is the link to my webshop (the page where the problem is): http://prosaks.dk/tshirts/1-faded-short-sleeve-tshirts.html#/size-s/color-orange If you look at the front page it shows the prices right. If you press a product it shows zero (0), but in my cart it shows the right price. I seen people have the same problem in here at the forum, but i cant really find out how to fix it. ___________________________________________ Another thing: The "In stock" button won't be translated. Could anyone give me the path to the file where the text is, and i will do it manually in the script? I don't know how to find the path ... I hope you can help me! Regards Nicolai

Hi, I am using the "Product Catalog (CSV, Excel) Import" Module to import some items. After the import is done, I can see that even though on the excel file the images are inserted correctly for each combination, when I preview my item and select the second combination, the image does not change. Another thing that I notice after previewing my item on the website, is that the combinations are not in the same positions as in the excel file which contains all the data. Do you know of any solution? Thanks

Hi All Recently had SSL implemented in Prestashop 1.6.0.8 since the implementation the URL is showing /index.php would appreciate suggestions how to remove, also since the implementation of SSL if i enable Friendly URLS all the images entire website are with a question mark ? if i disable the Friendly URLS than the images appear again. Could there be an issue with the .htaccess file ? Any thoughts / comments on how to resolve the issue of removing the /index.php from url would be really appreciated. hi all, I have followed the steps to create a voucher but somehow there is no box that displays an input for the voucher codes... i have modified the default theme but i never touched anything that had to do with the payment systems or ordering so it's not like i altered anything like that but i am literally out of ideas I do not know why that input box is not showing up whilst i have 2 active vouchers! prestashop version is 1.5.3.1 screen of the active vouchers is attached and website is www.monisdierenwebshop.nl it is a dutch only website meaning no english is supported on it... but it is default theme so... (only slightly modified css...) any help would be greatly appreciated since my vouchers now are not working...

Hello, i would like to ask about prestashop ganalytics, i have entered and connected the prestashop with analytics and search console, but analytics is not showing any data or info, even after day delay. I inserted the ganalytics script to the header.tpl, as 1st under <head> element, as was shown in tutorial. Bu there is so many other ways to do this, to insert it in footer, or header but under <body> element, i am getting confused which one works. Can someone please explain me where to insert the script? I also saw inserting the code with {literal} <script></script> {literal} and {literal} <script></script> {/literal} , im really confused from these all kind of tutorials around... What is correct way to import the script to prestashop? After i safe and test i get this messages: Google API Authorization granted Cannot retrieve test results Thanks

"Display discounted price" is turned on in the back office, so I suspect it might be something with our theme. Hi guys me again lol, the problem is when a customer places an order the order details show but no product details, when i come to print the invoice everything is there except the product details as well. very confused as i have not changed any of the admin files. just to let you know the order shows as valid in carts with all product details there. plz help me its driving me mad!

Hi Prestashop Community, I hope you can help me with this problem. I have searched for an answer but can't seem to find a fix for my problem. When I visit any of my categories product pages listing my products, the color attributes show up under some products and don't show up on most of the products listed. I've tried to clear the cache which does make them all appear but after surfing a few pages it reverts back to only displaying a few products with attributes underneath them. I ve tried to delete products, redo the categories with no progress etc etc. I am at a lost why this is doing this. I recently updated to 1.6.1.10 hoping the issue would be fixed by the update but its still doing it. I wonder if I have done something wrong. Please take a look at my site and have a look see. Hi Good people, Please help, Iv been stuck on this for a few weeks now and still not solved the issue. When a customer makes an order it goes through fine on there end to the point of paypal payment, then after payment goes through it takes you back to my store, but no order details show. In the BO nothing shows up, but I do get a paypal email notification for the order. Please any help would be great, I have tried to make an order with error codes set as true, but there is no error code, it seems to go through ok, but when it arrives back at my store there is no order. Hi guys, I have a weird problem. For some reason the meta title keeps showing up on the product pages. Whenever I change the number of products to display, say from 50 to 100, the meta title suddenly pops up in the header with the category description. Im not sure how long this issue has been happening because we are using all mac here but a customer recently contacted us and told us that the state field is not working on regestration or quick checkout. Hi guys, I have a slight problem, my images are not showing in back and front of prestashop for the products. I have set up a fresh install of prestashop v1.5.6. on server A and the old shop is on server B. Now the images i downloaded from img/p on server B ive uploaded to server A to img/p but when i regen the images they still dont show. the products i imported are from sever A to Server B and i forced the id's. HI, Brand new Prestashop install. 3 currencies created NZD, AUD and default is GBP. Problem is that when I select any symbol other than £ in the currency block, £ is still displayed. Hi - I have a problem with the fact that all products from the subcategories are showing when the main category is selected. In some cases this might be a good feature, but in my case it creates a complete mess. Is there any way to prevent this from happening and instead of showing all products to show only the names of the subcategories. -
Hey guys, I want to use live chat on my site, but problem is that my theme has somehow disabled the right column.. I was annoyed by this at first, but now I edited the rest of the site, so it is fine. However, when installing the iAdvize module, it places it auto under the right column section, thus not showing up.. I moved it to the left column but it is not showing up there either!!! Is there a limit on how long your left column can go down or something? Had this problem a couple of time already, it feels like some modules are right column only?? -
I have a store running on 1.4.8.2 (Can't update because several files have been modified). It used to run fine, and the translations tools worked perfectly, but now not all the installed modules are showing on the translation tools, so I can't change the language of the new strings I add to the modules. Hello everyone, After I regenerated images I have noticed that the new products block on my page is not displaying the thumbnails. All my other product thumbnails are showing normally now, after I changed the permission to 777 and regenerated images. However, the new products block is still not displaying the thumbnails correctly. I didn't have this problem before regenerating images (I needed to add a watermark). My site is live and it makes it look really unprofessional, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys in advance.

Hello, Shipping carriers on my site mysteriously stopped showing during checkout. I had set weight ranges for them and put a price for each range. They were working for a little bit but then stopped and was only showing one carrier. Then I switched the default carrier and it started showing a different carrier. As of now, only one carrier is available to choose, when I have four enabled carriers/methods showing in my back office. Also, the FedEx carrier is disabled to be free from my back office, but during checkout it shows as a free option. Anyone know how I can fix this? Thank you

Hello I have Prestashop 1.4 I installed 1-3 templates and removed them back and forth. Then I installed 3 templates again then suddenly when I go to modules nothing is showing. No modules appear. Now I removed all the themes. And when I go to theme installes module nothing comes up. I can't even acess the module page nothing is there. Need some urgent help Thanks David

Hello to everyone, I am running Prestashop 1.4.7 and suddenly all my images gone in Front Office and Back Office. Also images has a strange link such as "ID-number-IMGname" I tried to disabled/enabled legacy images, regenerate the thumbnails and .htaccess.
