    I updated my install from 1.5.6.0 to 1.5.6.1 and I now cannot install any of these three shipping modules, USPS, UPS or FedEx. When I click on the "install" button it gives me this error: http://i.imgur.com/8QOd6SD.png I looked at the site's error log and I got this: mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
