  1. Hello guys and girls :-) I've been looking for a module that can provide the following functionality: I have an online store with products and a few sales representatives. My reps are supposed to go around the country and seek live stores that want to resell our products. When a rep finds a live store that wants to participate, the representative comes back to the web store and registers the live store. The live store and my rep have to be connected in some way so that later I know what commission to pay to the rep. Therefore I've reached to the conclusion that in my web store there has to be a separate registration form for the live stores - including fields like VAT, phone, email, etc. I found a module that seems to be helpful but I am not sure if I will be able to adapt it for the above needs. What I'm talking about is the Agile PrestaShop Affiliate/Referral Module. Has anyone used it before? Can you suggest me another way? Is there a ready-to-use module that is suitable for this?   2. I have an Agile Multiple Seller Prestashop store Version 1.5.6. We sell downloadable business reports for various Accounting Software programs. Resellers upload their reports, dashboards, macros, financial statements, etc and the customer purchases them and have them downloaded to their email address. Sometimes the customer won't find what they want on our site, so they will need a Reseller to make a new report for them. They send us a request through the Contact Form. We sift through the Resellers that work in that software, send them the mock-up of what the client wants, they in turn send us a quote for creating it, we contact the customer with the quote, the customer agrees/disagrees. If they agree, we have them purchase 1/2 the value of the report as a deposit. The Reseller makes the report, uploads it to the store, and the customer purchases the final report by paying the balance. This is all very complicated, and difficult to keep track of all the variables. Does someone know of any software that works with Prestashop that could do this, in an easier way?
  3. Hello! My question is that is there a way to use PS (1.5) to resales? Basically what I mean here is that Super admins can track the resellers. If resellers sell something to a client, the admins can see that this and this reseller made a deal (with the invioce and details). Is there a way to achieve that? Are there any modules for that?   4. Hello there, I'm looking for a compatible with v. 1.6.0.9 module that is about managing sales representatives (resellers). The module has to provide: - a registration form for resellers (different than the one for regular customers) coming after a "terms and conditions" agreement page - page with official registered resellers (online and physical) - show specific prices to the registered resellers All that has to come together with some kind of admin page (maybe from the back office) for managing the resellers (accepting the valid ones, declining the fakes, etc...) I found a few such modules (not exactly the way I want them but it's a start) and they are only compatible with 1.4.x - 1.5.x versions. I also thought that I can do this through the back office with the help of CMS pages, but I don't think I'll manage to connect everything with the database. Can somebody help me with this? I really need it... Have you encountered with or used such a module?
  5. I have the problem that customers shopping thru an affiliate link - eg. http://nyshop.dk?mitaffiliateid must have a different price. The affiliate part works, but I need to check if there is an affiliate currently active. I guess it is stored in a cookie, but I need to check if there IS one, so that I can give the discount. I cannot use any of the affiliate modules I have found so far, as they tie a customer to a particular affiliate (in my case an agent) - customers should be free to switch and buy from another agent that then gets the percentage. I have figures I can make the special prices thru use of a special, "secret" currency, which can only be used when one has entered the shop via an affiliate and therefore I need to know if we are currently shopping with an affiliate active. All help is welcome. Is there a freelancer out there with knowledge of the affiliate system and the price system, and needs projects, I have more!

  7. My shop is based in the United States. I activated the B2B but this gives me some Customer options that are useless to me such as: SIRET and APE. More specifically, I would like to enter my customers EIN and/or Resale No. Then If I customer has a Resale No. available, then this customer should be exempt from tax. Is this possible?

Buenos días a todos: Les explico, tengo una tienda y he buscado comerciales para promocionar los productos, pero necesito saber quien ha sido el promotor de esos productos. ¿Habría alguna forma de registrar algo como "recomendado por Pepito" o similar? o algún tipo de subdominio que se conecte a mi dominio y las ventas registradas en los subdominios figuren que son de su promotor de ventas. No se si me he explicado bien. Un saludo a todos.
  9. I have purchased many add-ons, the core ones from Agile - Multiple Shop, Multiple Seller and Presto-Changeo's AW and BDPP. I am looking to have a way to put in a Username instead of the first name. Then use the last name field as the Full Name. This username would then carry through into the Reseller. Is there an easy way to do this? Has someone run into this requirement? I'm not a programmer - perhaps if someone has or has seen an add-on that can do this? I am running Version 1.5.4 Many thanks Lise

Browsing through the Prestashop Add-ons store (I'm pretty sure) , or maybe another Prestashop Reseller, I once found an add-on that would allow you to attach various files to one Image, as in various versions of a program for example. I have spent coutless hours trying to find that add-on again, but to no avail. Does anyone run it, or know what it's called? Thank you so much! So need to find it again!
  11. Hi all, I hope someone out there can help me, im stuck in a situation to which i see no easy way out. From start to now here goes! Was told by my server hosts (i am operating a reseller account) that a prestashop or another type of opensource shop would be fine to use on my account. After installing on the server, setting up products, sorting payment modules etc i decided it would be time to install the ssl certificate. My hosts sold me one for that domain and said they would install it on my behalf. They then contacted me to say that ssl certificates for some reason will need to be installed on a different server. They assured me this domain migration would not effect the shop in any way! When it was complete i noticed i started to get errors in the back office. Modules tab - Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 13369344) (tried to allocate 19456 bytes) in /home/t/w/twinklebows/public_html/modules/twenga/lib/TwengaObj.php on line 383 Payments tab - Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 13369344) (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /home/t/w/twinklebows/public_html/modules/twenga/lib/TwengaFields.php on line 133 Same happens when i upload an image through the back office. The support of webfusion is really quite poor, fobbing me off and trying to sell me a vps! My argument is that this problem was not caused by me, it was caused by moving my site to a different server plus it was working fine before. they had not warned me that the memory allocation on the new server would be any different. If they cant change my memory allocation (apparently they have to up the memory for each and every site on the server and cant control each individual domain. Not sure if this is true?) how could i reduce the amount of resources my site would require. Hopefully if i can reduce it i may be able to access the tabs again. I have not compressed or cached anything using the options in the back office yet as i really don't see why i should need to as it was working totally fine until they changed the server. Should i compress all images and try it or leave as is in hope they can sort server side? Any suggestions would be great as im lost as to where to go from here. Thanks in advance. Kieron.
