Hi All, how to remove breadcrumb? please help

Hello, I'm developing an online shop with prestashop 1.7.5.1, and I want to remove "Powered by Prestashop" from New Order Email, I removed it from International/Translation, i removed it manually from translation folder, also from the module ps_emailalert... and app/translations/ folder and many othoer locations. then I cleaned the cache. And at my surprise, it's always present in the emails. Please, how to remove that ? Thanks

Hello, I want to disable "On Backorder (paid) or (unpaid)" status while ordering out of stock products. Customer order something, status is - Order ceated.. but there is one more order status and that is On Backorder.. I want to disable it. Please help Thanks

Hi everyone, When proceeding through checkout at the 3rd step, shipping and billing addresses appear, my problem is that i need billing address box aswell as some other buttons to be invisible for the customer and billing adress would alway be the same as shipping. Is it possible to do so? heres a screenshot: Things I am trying to remove are marked with red crosses. Thanks, for your help.

Hello! I have just installed Prestashop 1.7.5.1. I tried to disable/remove a module in Module Manager, however, I get the following error ("Error! Could not perform action disable for module undefined"). Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks!

Hi All, i have an issue with a CMS textblock I added to the main page. As you can see on the attachement or on there is a white margin around the picture. Any idea where and in which css file i can change that? I am using prestashop version 1.7.5.2

Hi guys, I am using prestashop 1.5 and there are 2 search bars, one is default search box and the other is Quick search box module. Quick search box module can be removed from modules section in BO but I would like to keep Quick search module and delete the other one. Is that possible and how do I do that?

Hi! I'm having some hard time to figure out how to remove the "Our Offers" category from the bottom of my frontpage. I was already able to change the CMS module "informations" and hide the "your account" category, but I can't figure out how to hide/remove "Our Offers" and have a new category in its place. Hi all, Twenga recently (maybe not so much) removed their Free Prestashop Module, I uninstalled it but my website still calls their tracking code and link on their website. I searched everywhere but cannot find where to remove these links and code. For example, this URL: https://www.vapormetal.com/accessori-kayfun/639-sxk-kayfun-prime-tank.html calls this file from their website: Link to inaccessible page This page links to the page "/st/tracker_e24e88a1daee43d615d23958071f6768.js" (using the <script src> tag). The web server returned the error code -100 (HTTP error (unexpected EOF)) when accessing the linked page. This means that search engines cannot access the linked page, either, and that they might come to the conclusion that this page is not up-to-date. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance

Hello! My problem is that firstname and lastname fields are required at the billing address validation. People who need a different address to billing usually want to add a company without any personal name. But sometimes they want to add a person instead of a company. As I see in the class I can only modify basically the required flag for the firstname and lastname fields. So I want to leave them required for shipping and not required for billing. I haven't found a solution yet. Can anyone please help me? Thank you very much!

Hi everyone, I would like to remove the header from my sitemap page. I already check the sitemap.tpl but I can't find any mention about the header. Is it possible to remove it only for this page ? I try to put a condition in the header.tpl but it doesn't work, I don't really know SMARTY language so I may made a mistake. Juste for information, I'm in prestashop 1.6 and I use the zero theme. I am trying to customise prestashop 1.7.2.4 default theme and make it relevant to my clients in my country. I am however stuck on the initial registration page. I wanted to take out the fields for VAT number, Zip/Postal Code and city as they are not necessary. When I use custom address format from international>>Location>>country the fields just indicate optional but do not disappear. Please help on how I can go about it good people

Hi all, I’m trying to find a way to hide the price for products in my RSS feed that don’t have price. Currently, my PrestaShop 1.6.0.9 site displays a price of 0,00 for such products even if I already unchecked the options such as “Available for order”, “Show price”. Such products do appear without price on the site, but not in the RSS feed. It’s the same even if I change the product type to “Virtual product” for example. So, in the case of displaying products in an RSS feed, for some reason PrestaShop thinks that a product should always have price despite the fact that the product is actually without a price. Any suggestions welcome!

Bonjour à tous, Je suis confrontée à un bug sur le site de mon client. Je m'explique, à la base le panier ajax était situé en haut du header, au dessus du formulaire de recherche. Suite à la demande de mon client, j'ai déplacé celui-ci dans la barre du menu. Le panier ajax fonctionne bien à l'ajout d'item. Cependant, lorsqu'on reste dans la page, qu'on ajoute un item, impossible de supprimer celui-ci, alors que si je reload la page, je peux supprimer ces items sans problème. J'ai remarqué que le bouton de remove changeait de place dans le DOM en fonction qu'on reste dans la page ou qu'on reload celle-ci. Quelqu'un aurait-il déjà eu le même problème ? Hello guys, i have installed after a long time using 1.5.4.1 the new 1.7.2.x and bought a theme and trying to customize. I have noticed that if i have english plus one another language, the shop always will have a url like DOMAIN/xx/pagename I would like to remove this language prefix but by keeping english as language for the back office interface. (seems you cannot have a disabled language for back office and another language for front office) Does anyone have any idea where i should go to "touch" things up? Thank you, Nikos
