Hi, i may have an odd but yet important question. I have just started a shop in witch the products have different tax rates. Prestashop can handle the tax rate on the products correctly. The problem i have is that my invoice specifies to much tax. If a product is rated 12% the shipping shall be rated 12%, i need this to be automatic, right now if the product is rated 12% the shipping is 25%, pre defined. Taxrate product 1 - 100:- 12% product 2 - 100 :- 25% Delivery (100) 50 12% 50 25% The tax on shipping allways has to be in proportion of the totals that are rated 25% or 12% Is it only in sweden we have those tax rules? Has anyone managed to fix this, is there any fix? any module? any rules to set in presta? Please if you are sitting on the answer please let me know, ive searched for weeks. I´m even prepared to pay a reasonable amount, i really need this to work out.

[Canada Post Rates Calculator 1.1 with CP Sell Online account, PS 1.5.3] Hey everyone, something strange has happened. With no module problems for ages, suddenly here in 2017 some have popped up. I've been using PS 1.5 for many years and haven't changed any shipping settings in a very long time, so I don't think it's my fault... 1.) Priority Worldwide: services no longer display in the checkout (checked carrier enabled, weight range set, tested with address where service is supposed to be available, etc.). Why would it suddenly not be displaying? Has anyone else noticed this? 2.) Tracked Packet INTL: incorrect rates display, yet rates for Tracked Packet USA display fine (checked any coupons/discounts being enabled, weight range set, discount level set at CP Sell Online, etc.). I noticed today that my shopping cart charged a UK customer $29.09, however the postage will actually cost me about $35. The cart should have displayed a rate closer to $38. Any ideas as to what's happening here, or how I might fix it? And I guess I should also ask: does anyone know if Canada Post has made any of their own backend changes recently? So frustrating... thank you in advance for your help! Elaine

Hi, Since currency is not being updated on a daily basis and only have manually update, i would like to run the update as a unix command from the server side. This way i will be able to add it to unix crontab and schedule it to run once a day. Is this possible? Any idea what should be the command? Thank you, Eyal.

Hey everyone, I am currently in the process of setting up my UPS shipping carrier information and am having some issues (Prestashop 1.4.8). I have input my correct businesses UPS shipper information (User, Password, MyUPS ID, API) and configured it to the best of my knowledge. When I click submit at the bottom of the page I keep getting this returned to me: UPS Carrier is not configured yet, please: 1) Fill the "General Settings" form and choose your rate service group. 2) Webservice test connection : Error 10001 : The XML document is not well formed 3) Select your available delivery service (you must validate your rate service group first). Along with this: Prestashop could not connect to UPS webservices : Error 10001 : The XML document is not well formed I cannot figure out what to do with this error. I have tried to debug it but without success. Can somebody please help me here? I am essentially stuck on this and cannot move forward with launching my website. I also had a question regarding the UPS module itself. Now I am familiar with the UPS shipping & tracking API's so my question is will this UPS module pull the shipping rates and apply them real time to my website similar to what the API's will do? The information regarding what the UPS module does is vague at best and I want to know if it will do the rates as well as tracking numbers provided to the customers? Thank you all in advance, JDub1337

We have several product listings that need to be imported in Prestashop 1.5.3. For our product table, we have 3 different client groups, which have different prices per product. ej. A, B and C; these groups have not common discounts, the price is always set per each product. That doesn't allow to set up a constant or percentual discount between each of the groups, because in a product we can have 15% discounted, maybe other have 5%, there's not a constant discount. For example: PRODUCT 1. ------------------- Rate A price: 70€ Rate B price: 51€ Rate C price: 45€ PRODUCT 2. ------------------- Rate A price: 70€ Rate B price: 60€ Rate C price: 51€ The problem is that, for the kind of prices we have, we can't make a rule to discount X% to group B or C. Each product must have 3 columns for specific prices. And have about 500 products, when tried to import products, the Prestashop assistant allows to import the data properly, but only prices from column A, as "Prices including TAX", which is great, it saves a lot of time, but how could I import prices for groups B and C? Looked for premium modules already, but nothing seems to match my needs. Also considering the option of insert data into MYSQL table, if any could help?

Hello everyone. My client wants to have very complicated list of delivery fees integrated, but I can't really think of any SIMPLE solution or module which would cover his needs. See the attachment and you'll see for yourselves, the main problemis, that the countries are in the different zones for different carriers, which really is not how it's supposed to work in prestashop, right? The only solution I can think of is to have as many zones as countries, each of them named as the country, and than apply all the zones to carriers. BUT this would take ages, and would be very complicated to maintain in the future, so I don't want to even go there (unfortunatelly I think I'll have to in the end ...) Can you please give me some advice how to handle this? Thank you. Tarifs COLISSIMO & CHRONOPOST 2013.pdf

I have been having a terrible time with shipping and carriers in v 1.4.8. I only want to ship from within the US to the 48 contiguous US states, plus AK, HI & PR. UPS has 10 zones that cover this area. I anticipate a weight range of 1-5 lbs per package, depending on the order. Do I have to create 50 carriers for UPS Ground alone? I'm not sure how many zones USPS has to cover the same area. Let's say they have 5. Does that require 25 carriers to make the system calculate the correct rates for Parcel Post? What purpose does API integration serve if you have to manually create multiple carriers to factor for various zone and weight possibilities? I am told by some that 1.5 is much easier to configure, but I cannot upgrade without destroying the custom theme I paid a designer/developer team to create. They don't want to upgrade to 1.5, saying it is unstable, but the developer seams to have no idea how to set up the Shipping Tab and the UPS & USPS modules with API integration. Would some honest, knowledgable individual(s) be willing to take the time to give a total stranger the information needed, so my site can be lanuched? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
