Hi! I have changed the size of small_default product images from 98 px to 125 px. Have regenerated them. I also changed my P-list to use that image type. Yet it still shows up as native 98 px, I cleared cache and all.... The P folder is showing the images in the new size though. Any advice? Bonjour, J'aimerais pouvoir ajouter un champ supplémentaire ( obligatoire ) dans le récapitulatif du panier ( en dessous du champ "code promo" ). En gros, remplir un champ supplémentaire pour pouvoir appliquer le code promo. Existe t-il un plugin capable de faire ça? Est-ce possible nativement dans Prestashop ou faut-il que je modifie le code directement? Merci d'avance pour votre aide, j'ai fait un prototype de ce que j'ai en tête.

Hello there, version 1.7.3.4 here. I need to change the behavior of the CategoryController so it changes the template on certain categories. It's working as long as I override it but I'm reading that overrides are not recommended in the long term. I'm trying to make a module in order to do that but I have no clue of where to start. I just need to change the initContent function. Can you help me guys?

Hi! I'm quite new to both prestashop and symfony. I got the task to create a module that effectively adds a form into the order views (i'd use the "displayAdminOrderMain" hook), but i didn't really understand how to render the forms with a hook. I followed the official symfony documentation, but i didn't see anything about calling the function that generates the form, nor how to place my form where i want it to be with http routing. I tried understanding the way of creating symfony forms, but after 2 days of trying i figured i might as well ask here.

Hello, I was wondering if it is required to update prestashop each time a new version comes out, for security reasons. Or is it OK to stay with my current version, which works just fine for me. My shop is very small, and I only got a few products, but still rather not risk losing any data by stumbling through un unneeded update. If there ever is a need for an update, will there be a big bold message in my prestashop backoffice window maybe? Thanks!

By this button client can send email to seller (example ask about specific details of product). Could You know if is avaible some module which can help me fix this problem? Hey guys, I own an ecommerce shop and I've been looking for ways to improve business. For the last week or so I've been hunting for info about payment gateways. What I'm interested in is cryptocurrencies, as they seem to be the buzzword these days. My criteria are simple: to accept cryptocurrencies and receive good ole fiat into my bank account. Here's what I've gathered so far: The variety is bigger than I'd expected. I was able to find like five payment gateways, and my search was by no means exhaustive. The fees range from 0.5% to, I believe, 1.5%. Some companies have the same fees for all the coins, while others differentiate. So quite a bit lower than Paypal or traditional payment providers. In addition, none of them really have monthly fees and seem to be making money on transactions. Another one of the selling points seems to be fast transactions and real-time exchange. They're supposed to protect from price fluctuations and put money into your hands quickly. Though I'm not sure how it'd work in real life. Integration options also differ, but most of them work with PrestaShop, which is good. Companies try to find ways to differentiate themselves. For instance, CoinPayments accepts a cartload of tokens; Paybear doesn't charge anything during the beta (??), and Monetha advertises a trust and reputation system to boot. I'm personally enticed by the prospect of reaching a new market. From what I've heard, it's in a bit of a rut right now. But it nevertheless amounts to $200B, give or take–nothing to scoff at. All in all, there's a lot of choice and it's kind of confusing. But separate providers aside, what do you guys think about the concept as a whole? Is it worth to start accepting crypto payments, would they bring enough value? What's your opinion about it? Thanks!

Hi at all! I'm new to PrestaShop. I need a very very quick thing. I have the Product ID. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I have colours and sizes for that product. I need to get the product availability (quantity) for each color, for each size. And I need the TOTAL availability (all colors and sizes). How can I do this? I tried with getAttributesGroups , but I'm not able to distinguish colours (it gives me the product quantity for sizes, but I have nothing to say "this is color black", "this is color white", etc...). Even though I'm filtering by id_attribute_group !! Can someone more experienced than me give me this advice? This is a very quick thing and I need it. I have no need to learn PrestaShop. I have the need for this thing: I need to get the product availability (quantity) for each color, for each size. Thanks in advance!!

Bonjour à tous, Je suis sur la création d'un thème en prestashop 1.7 pour des clients (ici rien de bien spécial), mais j'aurais besoin de récupérer une infos qui (à priori) n'est pas récupérer par défaut. J'aurais voulu savoir comment il était possible de récupérer l'ID de la catégorie depuis laquelle j'ai cliquer lorsque je suis sur mon produits. Par exemple : Catégorie Chemise (id 3) | Catégorie Haut de Femme (id 2) Mon vêtement serais disponible dans les deux catégories, et aurais en catégorie principal (par défaut) haut de femme par exemple. Si je suis sur le listing de Chemise et que je clique sur mon produit, évidemment lorsque je suis sur mon produit je ne peux pas savoir d'où je viens (vu que le liens de Prestashop seras celui créer avec la catégorie par défaut). Je souhaiterais avoir cette ID (ici 3) lorsque je clique sur le produit. Je m'explique je dois afficher des images et des liens en fonctions de là ou je viens de cliquer (donc des liens pour des chemises si j'ai cliqué depuis chemise et des liens vers des haut de femme si j'ai cliqué depuis haut de femme). Il faudrait que j'aille modifier vers quel fichier (un controller je suppose), mais surtout est-il possible de modifier ce genre de fichier de manière "définitive" ou bien c'est écraser obligatoirement à chaque mise à jours de Prestashop. Bonjour à tous, Ma banque (B populaire) me propose un module de paiement à 195€ pour la souscription ensuite 20€/mois et en plus un taux d'intérêt par transaction (équivalent à celui d'un TPE classique aux dires du banquier). Il y a 3d secure compris dedans mais visiblement le taux d'abandons des paniers a fortement augmenté avec cette solution. Est-ce une bonne affaire ou existe-t-il de meilleures solutions?
