Bonjour, Nous disposons du module "LPS Compte Professionnel" qui divise les clients en 2 catégories : les clients particuliers et les professionnels. Nous sommes intéressés par la possibilité de développer plus en profondeur le module professionnel car nous avons 3 catégories différentes et nous voulons mieux les gérer dans le back-office. Pour cela, nous avons besoin de boutons d'enregistrement supplémentaires, chacun avec des champs spécifiques, comme ci-dessous : 1. Compte Particulier 2. Compte Administration 3. Compte Professionnel 4. Compte Revendeur Explications supplémentaires : Compte particulier : - Le champ “joindre un fichier" : (justificatif forces de l'ordre) ce champ doit être mieux expliqué au client car il n'est pas obligatoire, " Seuls les comptes avec des documents valides et vérifiés bénéficieront de la remise supplémentaire ". Bonjour à tous, Grosse galère dont je ne trouve pas la solution malgré mes recherches... Voilà, j'ai un site de vente en ligne et je suis situé en Belgique. J'ai un problème, lorsqu'un client (belge) s'enregistre et qu'il inscrit son numéro de TVA. Les prix HT s'affiche mais sous la forme de prix TTC (je ne sais pas si je suis clair) Ex: un article de 379€ ttc devient 313€ ttc (alors que 313 est le prix HT) En gros, PS décompte la tva comme si je vendais dans un pays étranger alors qu'elle devrait être compter et que mon client la déduise après. Hi folks, I found a strange behaviour for the statistics on our shop. The visitor counter counts visits on our page, but the statistics remains on the visited pages remains on zero / 0 counts. Sold products are counted (->appear in best product list), but even these have zero counts on their product page / category page. I had a look into the sql table: ps_page_viewed , which seems to get updated correcty after visiting a product page. In the backoffice I enabled modules "best product", "best categories" etc. Module "Data mining for statistics v1.5.0" is installed, and here - Save page views for each customer : no - Save global page views: yes - Plugins detection : no are selected (I combined all variations on this, without effect. Btw. , what is "plugins detection?"). Since the table ps_page_viewed is not empty I guess the page visit data are not transported correctly to the backend view (missing module, configuration wrong?) Has somebody an idea, how to get correct statistic / page view counter to the backend? Thank you dirk

Hi, I am trying to move a Prestashop 1.6 system to another server. Everything works fine except Megamenu Pro. I copied the database to the new server and did the usual URL changes etc.I kept the original keys in the settings file and I have copied the database records in ps_megamenu to the new server and whilst the top level menu items work fine, the submenus are not there. In the back office I can edit the menus but the drop down parts are missing and adding a level does nothing. Anyone have any ideas to help me? Thanks, Chris

Bonjour, Je rencontre actuellement des difficultés sur l'affichage d'un module colisssimo dans le block my account. Pourtant dans mon back office le module colissimo est bien greffé au block my account mais je ne sais pour quelles raisons celui-ci ne s'affiche pas! Pourtant, j'ai essayé de le faire apparaître sur un site test avec le theme par default de prestashop et il s'affiche bien. Le problème doit venir du nouveau thème mais je ne sais pas ce qui cache le module! J'ai essayé de comparer les fichiers du blockmyaccount.tpl mais rien n'a été changé. Est-ce-que vous avez des idées d'où cela pourrait venir? Merci

Hello, i'm facing this problem: Since when i started using paypal pro solution in an iframe embedded in the payment page i always had the same problem: most of the payments done in the iframe are not tracked by adwords. I'm assuming after many tests that customers after the confirmation inside the iframe are not redirected on the standard prestashop redirect page, and they just go on another page or close the browser. This is a huge issue because most of the payments are credit card and so i lose track of most of the data i need. Is there anyone who has faced the same problem and came up with a solution? I thought about using the return url, for the confirmation inside paypal settings. Is it possible? Any advice on how to set this in a multilanguage environment ? Thanks in Advance

Bonjour à tous, Mon problème est le suivant : Sur mon site j'aimerai définir deux types d'autorisation pour mes produits : • Si le client est un professionnel (compte pro) : il peut consulter le produit, l'ajouter au panier, voir son prix et voir son stock. • Si le client est un particulier (compte particulier) : il peut consulter le produit ( uniquement vendu en magasin ), voir son stock, pas de prix produit et pas d'ajout au panier. Après avoir tester plusieurs choses avec les autorisations sur les groupes et les articles il s'avère que rien ne répond à ma demande. Bonjour, Nous rencontrons beaucoup de problème avec le passage de certains clients dans un groupe. Nous avons créer un groupe "PRO" qui bénéficie de remise sur certaines marques via une règle de catalogue. Lorsque nous passons un client visiteur en groupe "PRO", lors du passage d'une commande, une adresse est systématiquement demandées et impossible pour lui (ou pour nous connecté à sa session) de renseigner cette adresse. Un message d'erreur de remplissage des champs est systématiquement affiché alors que ces champs sont parfaitement remplis. Nous devons alors créer un nouveau compte client (avec un adresse email différente malgré la suppression du compte précédent) qui n'est finalement que du bricolage. Avez-vous déjà eu ce type de problème ? Quelqu'un aurait-il la solution ? Merci d'avance Prestashop 1.5.6

Hej Nogen der har forstand på opsætning af PayPal Pro til Prestashop? En kunde jeg arbejder med, vil gerne have sin PayPal Pro Business konto integreret med deres Prestashop. Synes dog ikke helt jeg kan finde ud af, hvad dette kræver, og hvad en Pro Account kan i forhold til en almindelig PayPal konto? OPDATERING 16-06-2014 10:50 Løsning fundet. I checkout modulet på webshoppen skulle jeg blot sætte "Payment Methods" til at være skjulte, samt sætte "Payment Methods" til ikke at blive vist med radio buttons.

I pay the extra monthly fee to be able to seamlessly integrate paypal into any website without customers being redirected to the paypal website, how do I activate that feature? I Purchased the Paypal Pro Module for $219 USD, After that I installed the module and adding the API setting using Paypal Pro Account. After filling out my credit card information in the checkout page I get the following error: Error, please verify the card information When I checked the Error Logs inside prestashop admin ( Advanced Parameter > Logs) i found the following error [PayPalPro] PayPalPro returned errors: Array\n(\n [0] => Array\n (\n [L_ERRORCODE] => 10713\n [L_SHORTMESSAGE] => Invalid Data\n [L_LONGMESSAGE] => There's an error with this transaction. Ok, I have paid for this module and I have a major annoying issue that should not be occurring when I spent over $100 for this one mod. Details: Prestashop version: 1.5.6.2 PayPalPRO (Paid Version 1.2.3) Location: USA Website: https://www.swcoins.com I have an SSL & dedicated IP address. Problem: I am getting orders via the PayPalPRO paid module. The orders are being creating in the backend without apparent issue. The money is being sent to PayPal without apparent issue. The issue is: The name and total paid is being logged in PayPal, however, the buyers address is NOT being logged in PayPal thus I have no link in PayPal to click in order to create a shipping label. Is there any fix for this? This is very annoying to have to cut and paste from the back end into paypal and the risk of a data entry error is always there. Thanks, Josh

Il tutto naturalmente va con l'opzione standard, ma mi interesserebbe passare a questa modalità, dato che il mio cliente paga per un account Pro.
