How do I resize the Image Slider on my site's homepage? The advertising content of some banners in the Image Slider is either blocked by the transition dials (or circles) in the Image Slider or some the text is cut off at the bottom of the banner because the size of the Image Slider. Each banner I uploaded is the same size (720 x 263) in the Image Slider module in the PS back office. I am using the PrestaCoder Gadget theme. Can anyone suggest an alternative Image Slider module for the Homepage? valuebins.com

Hi! How do I modify the Block Social module to add Pinterest, Instagram or any other social media url link? So I can show other prospective social media icons in the unordered list shown in the footer. The Block Social module in the back office doesn't have any additional boxes or fields to add the additional social media links I want to show in footer of the default theme. I have Prestashop v1.5.3.1 installed on Xampp v1.8.1 localhost Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. Thanks greatly appreciate some guidance.

How do I hook the New Products block into the Homepage content beneath the Image Slider and Featured Products? When I click Transplant a module to try to hookin the New Products module into Homepage content displayhome I get the following error This module cannot be transplanted to this hook. I tried changing the position of the New Products Block using live edit but the position change wouldn't take effect. When I selected unhook selection to remove New Products block from the Header of pages but this left things looking really messy in the right column so I restored the hook. I have Prestashop v1.5.3.1 installed on localhost Xampp v1.8.1. Windows 7 Professional 32-bit

I'm trying to create a combination for a product I'm selling in my online store base on Quantity options: 1 Piece Dozen (12 PCS) Case (72 PCS) but I get the following Alert: You can only add one combination per type of attribute when I try to add the Dozen (12 Pieces) after adding the first quantity attribute 1 Piece. How do I override this mention alert? What's an alternative work around to create the product combination I want for product I'm selling? I want customers to be able to select from the specified Quantity options mentioned above from radio button attributes then they enter the exact quantity that they want to order in the quantity box then click Add to Cart button to add the specified quantity that they entered to the cart. I'm trying to do what this following seller is doing on their site; please see attach image thumbnail. Greatly appreciate some guidance. [sOLVED] UPDATE: I figured out the issue I was having after watching Youtube tutorial by twetrain. I cannot add new combinations simultaneously in Prestashop v1.5.3.1 you have to add each new combination individually to a product and click Save and stay if you want to continue adding more combinations to same product or just click Save if you only have one new combination to add to a product. I hope my explanation helps anybody else that runs into the same problem later on.

Hi! I mistakenly created Categories in the back office which in fact should be individual Products for my online store, I want to retain the same Category IDs as Product IDs. How do I change the Parent Category to a Product retaining the same ID? Is this even possible? I'm trying to avoid deleting all the Categories I created in the back office and starting over from scratch creating new categories. I would appreciate some assistance or guidance in solving my issue. Thanks.

I brought the Gadget theme from PrestaCoder and I added some combinations to a product that I added to catalog in the back office in my online store. I've already tried switching the sorting order of the Scent and Quantity attributes; when I do the Add to cart button disappears. If I leave the Quantity and Scent attributes in their original sorting order, the drop-down attribute type for Scent is in the way and hiding the radio-button attribute type for Quantity. How do I fix the issues I've described? Which .tpl files associated with my theme do I look in and which lines of code do I change and what do I change them too? I'm trying to learn CSS and PHP; therefore I'm a bit confused and unsure of what to change.

How do I show a range of products on one product page? Is there an existing module that allows this to show product (e.g. t-shirt) and its attributes and values range on one product page to allow the any specified customers group to order multiple quantities at once based on a no minimum order quantity or a specified minimum order quantity?
