    Hi, I need to reset the entire Prestashop Database using the Cleaner module provided with version 1.5.4.x When i use the Cleaner Module all Database is reset correctly but the Category ID continue from the last category i've entered before the Cleaning. I need the Category ID is reset to its original value of "3". Is it possible ? ( Tested also in a fresh new installation ) Thanks

    Module Prestashop Cleaner does not work neither in version 1.5.4.1. Module display error [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module DBPD:Call to a member function rowCount () on a non-object. I can not find a solution anywhere. I use a version of PrestaShop 1.5.4.1, default theme. Is there any solution? Thanks Jaro...

    Hi I just installed prestashop 1.6.x and it came with a lot of example data. Okay, so I searched the forums and found the Prestashop Cleaner that will remove the sample products and sample customers. So far so good. However some of the data still remains! In the Dashboard page, the graphs still show sales numbers from the previous example data. How can I reset the sales data that the Dashboard is reading from? Thanks

    Hi, I've made a fresh new installation of Prestashop and i want to clear all the example data such as : Orders, Customers, etc. So i started using PrestaShop Cleaner ( that works well in the previous version ) in PS v1.5.6.1 but when i click on : Delete Catalog or Delete orders & customers , PS display a PopUp where i need to read a disclaymer and click "yes" but there are not disclaimer. If i click "OK " button the module don't clear any database. Thank you four your help

    Salve a tutti sono nel panico più totale. Stamattina ho usato Prestashop Cleaner in maniera incauta. Ho praticamente solo usato il comando controlla e correggi vincoli integrità funzionali e il risultato è che mi ha azzerato le quantità ed è scomparso il tasto per acquistare. Dopo aver rimesso le quantità, ricompare il tasto ma il carrello è sempre vuoto. Ho chiesto all'hosting se avevano un backup del mio vps ma non c'è. Vi prego aiutatemi.

    Hello everyone I'm in a total panic. This morning I used Prestashop Cleaner in reckless manner. I just used the "correct and control functional integrity constraints" command and the result is that it delete off product quantity and the cart button disappeared . After replacing the quantity, but when I click on cart button, the cart is always empty. I asked hosting for backup my vps but there is not. Please help me.

    Vorsicht Leute wenn ihr das Modul Prestashop Cleaner Modul verwendet werden alle Lagerbestände zurück gesetzt. Testergebnis basiert aus einer frischen Installation, habe Shop konfiguriert, Prestashop cleaner drüber laufen lassen (check&fix), Alles in Ordung, nach dem ich dann ein par Produkte eingepflegt hatte wollte ich nochmal checkfixen und danach waren alle Lagerbestände auf 0. Wenn jemand das verhalten bestätigen kann ist es ein Bug. IMMER BACKUPS machen!!!
