Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists." avete idea di quale possa essere il problema e magari anche la soluzione? il sito funziona perfettamente e non capiamo quale possa essere la causa di queste pagine fastidiose

I'm really confused what I have to do now, because the hosting server is having the following settings without possibility to change these: proxy limit is 60 seconds Max_execution_time 90 seconds Their feedback have recommended to call the script by a Cron, but I'm not even a newbie in this, I have actually never heard what Cron is or what is it supposed to do. Here is the script that takes so long time to execute, so it is cut in the middle of its execution & this is doing really mess in the administration module. It's just crazy nonstop script that has never enough data! :-D What am I supposed to do? Really thanks for your response. I know something about jQuery to have dynamic pages & also javascript too. - to be clear - I don't really understand what is the script shown above really doing. Hola Prestashopers, Estoy configurando mi nueva tienda en local haciendo las importaciones de csv, tocando algun css, configurando módulos, etc etc... pero me encuentro que una vez tengo importados los productos, no puedo cargar ninguna imágen. Hace el proceso pero no la veo, no la visualizo. ¿Alguién ha tenido éste mismo problema? Saludos,

Hola a todos, tengo un problema con mi tienda el directorio raíz estaba en /tienda y como quería pasar la tienda a la raíz del servidor equivocadamente moví los archivos desde el file manager de la carpeta /tienda a la raíz, y me salió un 500 internal server error, ahora después de navegar por los foros logré que la tienda reviva en el back office pero en el front office aparece una pantalla en blanco, analizando cuando escribo la dirección ya el navegador no le agrega el /index.php automáticamente a la dirección, si se lo agrego la tienda se ve perfecto, pero quisiera saber qué archivo tengo que modificar o reemplazar para que los navegadores pongan nuevamente el index.php automáticamente. Espero me puedan ayudar gracias

Ahoj, mám problém při importu produktů a kategorií pomocí CSV. První import byl zkušební s jedním produktem. Vše šlo v pořádku. Potom jsem soubor aktualizoval a provedl import. Po kliknutí na "Další krok" se však stále ukazuje ten samý náhled, tj. jeden produkt z prvního importu, to platí i pro import kategorií, v náhledu je pořád jen jeden produkt. Problém by asi mohl být jen v nějakém refreshi, ale bohužel si nevím moc rady. Mám prestashop 1.5.6.0 Díky moc za pomoc

Have tried simply moving it, and it did not work. Have tried changing the directory in back office before I move but it won't let me. The following error is coming up. Before being able to use this tool, you need to: - Create a blank .htaccess in your root directory. - Give it write permissions (CHMOD 666 on Unix system) I have created a blank htaccess in the root directory and added a blank robots file, with the correct permissions but its still not working. Could it be somehting to do with the version of Prestashop I am using? 1.5.6.0? Any help appreciated.

Hi I am new to prestashop and am having some teething problems. I have a template, which I purchased from template monster! I want to display my products with a pre-sale and sale price. With the pre-sale price crossed out and the sale price the main price being displayed. My back office has all my products priced with a base price and a final price. I imported these from zen cart using cart 2 cart. Some of my products are showing up with a crossed out price but it is the same price for both (on the featured products on main page module). My template demo shows this working, at least of the featured products page. Does anybody have an ideas on this. Hola tengo un casi grave problema, hice la actualización de Prestashop de la versión 1.4.5.1 a la versión 1.5.6.0 utilizando el modulo 1-click upgrade pero aunque no hubo problema durante la actualización, terminó bien hasta el final, ahora cuando entro a la administración de mi sitio me salen las cosas una encima de la otra, les envio una imagen para que vean a que me refiero y lo otro es que no me deja entrar a la parte de los Modulos. la actualizacion la hice desde localhost.

Pessoal estou tendo problemas para atualizar o meu Prestashop da versão 1.5.5 para a recém lançada versão 1.5.6, sendo que estou usando a última versão da ferramenta Click UpGrade 1.2.0.1 e me aparece a seguinte mensagem: Analyzing the situation ...Shop deactivated. [Ajax / Server Error for action download] textStatus: "error " errorThrown:" " jqXHR: " " Sou novo no Prestashop mas no meu entendimento o servidor está fora do ar ou com problemas técnicos, gostaria de saber se ocorre isto com mais algum usuário? Obs.: todos os requisitos para o upgrade foram configurados corretamente, ver anexo.

Hola amigos, espero que me podaís ayudar con el problema que tengo. Tenia instalada la versión 1.5.5.0 y tenia algunos problemas para importar a traves de CSV, he pensado que seria problema de los propios ficheros algún tema de incompatibilidad, como no se solucionaba hoy e instalado la versión 1.5.6.0 pero me da que hay algún problema aún mas serio pues cuando subes el fichero y pasas a la siguiente pantalla, han desaparecido todas las opciones que te permitian seleccionar los campos de tu elección. He hecho la instalación dos veces para descartar algún error de instalación, pero no se ha solucionado nada. Os adjunto una captura de esa pantalla que os hablo.
