Wanneer ik als Gast, dus niet ben ingelogd, een product in de winkelwagen toevoeg. Dan staat er gratis verzending weergegeven. Wanneer ik afreken, dus ook een account aanmaak en inlog, dan worden de verzendkosten wel berekend en netjes weergegeven. Iemand bekend met dit probleem?

When I make changes in the database like change the price on a product or an attribute like online only etc the changes update in the database but don't show on the front end. I have cleared cache Turned off cache turn on force compile, but the same thing. Prestashop ver 1.5.4 -

Bonjour à vous la communauté. J'ai besoin de votre aide car je bloque, et ça fait trop longtemps que je n'avance plus à cause de cela.... Voila mon problème : j'ai 2 site prestashop en local sur mon serveur MAMP. Le 1ere site en 1.4.9 fonctionne bien en local, que ça soit Back Office ou front Office. Malheureusement pour le 2e site, j'ai que le Back office qui fonctionne, lorsque j'essaye de me connecter au site en local, j'ai ce message d'erreur qui s'affiche sur mon navigateur, sachant qu'en mode debug, je n'ai rien de +... "Safari ne parvient pas à ouvrir la page. Trop de redirections sont survenues en tentant d'ouvrir "localhoste/monsite/index.php?" Ceci peut se produire lorsque vous ouvrez une page qui est redirigé vers une autre page laquelle se redirige à son tour vers la page principale" Voila, je ne sais pas comment résoudre se souci d'url ... sachant que c'est sur la version 1.5.4 ... Par avance merci de votre aide et de votre temps passé pour m'aider

Hello, In PrestaShop 1.5.4 while importing combinations by default we can't import multiple images via CSV. It only takes one image and if we add more than one image links in the csv import file and upload it then all product images shows as blank. I've already tried the image position and that seems to be working the same way as we can define only one image position. Is there any way or anyone used any other method may be editing code by which they have been succeeded importing multiple images ? Please do share with me. Thanks in advance. -
Hi i'm new to PS and i love it so much. well i used to work with wordpress, WooCommerce etc ... and i'm missing one thing in prestashop right now, it's that i can't associate selected products to one category instead i should go to each product and associate it to a category or more. if there is any way to add this feature to PS please . Hi, I am using prestashop 1.5.4.1 and I would like to know how can I add more than one feature to a product. I am aware of attributes and value but it is not suitable for me. I have some products and I want to tag them with sex, age, celebration and etc. and enable my visitors to filter them based on these features in layered navigation block. Any idea or help is highly appreciated.

Hi, I am going to have a gift shop and my customers are mainly international and the shipping is just within one country. I want them to be able to have different billing and shipping addresses (different countries), also as they are paying with paypal and paypal has some problem with this, I want to fix it too! It means for paypal the shipping address be the same as billing address. Does anybody know how should I do this? I really need it. Your help is highly appreciated. I am using prestashop 1.5.4.1

Hi, I have recently installed New Product Module from mypresta.eu, and it is working well. But I find that it is not showing the price of the products in different currencies. Hello everyone, I have an issue with my site that I'm not sure what's causing it. When a customer makes it to the order payment page, the shipping that's displayed is wrong. I noticed that when you refresh the page, the shipping total is then correct. This is an issue because when a customer gets to the order payment page, they may see $11.24 shipping. When the checkout and pay, all of the sudden they were charged $23.45 for shipping... This works vice-versa too. So some customers get a pleasant surprise and their shipping is less, but others get higher shipping and become angry. I have attached a screenshot to show what's happening. Anyone have any ideas, or have you experienced this in the past? The shipping totals are coming from the UPS module.

Hi, i'm trying to upgrade an prestashop from version 1.2.4 to 1.5.4 The shop on the old version works problemless, than i upload the new files and acces upgrade.php I get a xml error: <action result="fail" error="28"/> You can access it on http://hoheka.eu/mayo/install/upgrade/upgrade.php I have read on internet, that this error appears if the shop is allready on the new version. Maybe someone before me tryed to update this shop, but the shop is still on the old version. How do i bypass the error, i need to update the shop? Thanks

Hi As you can see on the images at the moment my home featured block has some column grid problems. Basically I changed the default of PrestaShop 1.5.4's home layout and deleted right column on footer.tpl so I have only left and main column. And I changed the number 4 to 5 on homefeatured.tpl 's product number per row number. And also in admin panel homefeatured module's configuration I made the picture width size to 141px. And total pic amount to 15 at home featured page. So I guessed I made all the changes to have 5 pic on each row, and width nice width size and gaps between them. But it seems I missed out something, and I cant find out what I missed out. Please help. I want my page looks like this "HomeFeatured_GOOD.jpg" each pic width 141px and gap between them 12px And the last item shouldnt be like that as seen here "HomeFeatured_WRONG.jpg" Please see attachments. Hola a todos: Tengo un problemas con los descuentos que aplico a los productos que tengo con combinaciones (PrestaShop 1.5.4). Tengo una serie de productos que he generado combinaciones en función del color. Cuando les aplico un descuento en la descripción del producto me aparece el precio 0€ para todas las combinaciones posibles. En cambio cuando le doy a comprar, en la descripción del carro me aparece el precio correcto con el descuento aplicado. En los productos que no tengo combinaciones no me sucede este problema. Tanto en la descripción como en el precio que aparece en el resumen del carro es correcto. ¿Como puedo solucionarlo? ¿alguna idea? Cualquier cosa que se os ocurra os lo agradeceré mucho. actually i have customize my shop login with phone number and i have added one field in my ps_customer database table as well as i have done changes in customer.php file and done some changes in AuthController.php file my login with phone number working fine but when go through the forgot password link and check it with enter email i am getting a successful message but i am not getting any email in my email id or if i have change the of prestashop customer.php file so my forgot password working fine. can anyone help me out . -
Buenos días a todos; Desde que trabajo con prestashop 1.5 me encuentro con un grave problema, y es que en la 1.4 no me habia pasado nunca. Resulta que ahora en analytics, no me contabiliza las conversiones , "venta confirmada" del embudo de conversión por lo que no puedo sacar muchas de las estadisticas que necesito para mejorar las ventas. Adjunto pantallazo de mi configuración en analytics de los objetivos para el embudo, la clásica que siempre habia funcionado. Los pasos los registra bien, pero nunca llega al último paso "venta confirmada" en pago desaparece el seguimiento. Imagino que es por el callback de los modulos de pago, o que se yo.. porque no acabo de conseguir que me funcione. OOBJETIVOS EMBUDOS Si alguien se ha encontrado con esto, porfavor a ver si puede explicar como hacerlo. Muchisimas gracias como siempre. Javier.

Buenas, recurro a ustedes porque tengo un pequeño problema con el modulo de paypal. Cuando hago el pago lo aplica y de hecho le cobra a la persona que realiza la compra, pero al momento de regresar a la página de la tienda, para que aparezca la confirmación del pedido "confirmation-order.php" resulta que aparentemente no encuentra la página, ¿Alguien tiene una idea de que puede estar sucediendo? No soy mucho de estar colocando dudas, pero esta vez realmente no se que pueda estar pasando y no he encontrado nada en los foros con problemas similares. Gracias de antemano.

Buenos días me pongo en contacto con ustedes para ver si pueden ayudarme, tengo prestashop 1.5.4 y en la parte de preferencias> correo electronico tengo marcado la opción php, le doy a correo de prueba y pone enviado pero no me llega nada, lo configuro con los datos SMTP del modulo mailjet donde tengo cuenta, con los de Gmail y aún así me da error: Error: por favor, compruebe su configuración The SMTP connection failed to start [tls://in.mailjet.com:465]: fsockopen returned Error Number 110 and Error String 'Connection timed out' Tengo una correo propio con mi dominio y esta enlazada con gmail sin problemas puedo enviar y recibir correos (mi hosting es 000webhost por lo que no creo que eso afecte ya que cree un documento mail.php lo subi a mi servidor y me salto el mensaje de enviado aunque no recibi nada para poder comprobarlo). He probado a modificar los archivos SWIft.php y Message.php sin resultados. También e intentado instalar el modulo de mailjet y al poner las claves API y aceptar la recepción de correos por este modulo (Enviar email por Mailjet) la página me da un error de la base de datos de campos nulos o algo así. En una de las lineas que trata de la base de datos termina así: ..WHERE `name` = 'MAILJET_AJAX_TOKEN' AND id_shop_group IS NULL AND id_shop IS NULL LIMIT 1. He probado a reinstalar e incluso cambiar el modulo por otro descargado y sigue con los mismos errores. Solo recibo correos al panel de prestashop en cuanto a pedidos, formulario web y demás pero necesito que también llegen a Gmail. Probe con Alertas por correo pero tampoco me funciona, incluso cambie el nombre de la carpeta de En a Es y su respectiva reinstalación.. Ni que decir tiene que la opción de recuperar contraseña de los clientes tampoco funciona.. No se si afectará pero tengo desactivado el carro de ajax por que me daba problemas con los pagos. Alguna ayuda o solución no se que más probar... Gracias de antemano.

Hi, I am working on my first site on presta and have a problem with the background. I have made the background image fixed and it works perfectly on computer monitors but when i use a ipad or a smartphone the background fixes on top center and is minimized... I have made the page wider using a guide on youtube - My settings are: body{ font:bold 11px/14px Arial, Verdana, sans-serif; color:#666; background-image: url(../img/back.jpg); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-position: top center; background-attachment: fixed; } I have attached images to show how it looks on a Ipad... Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Hola amigos, os dejo estos pantallazos de cómo se ve la tienda en explorer9 o inferior y cómo se ve en el resto de los navegadores. De todo lo que he leido parece que una solución puede ser incluir un reset en la hoja css para que explorer no considere sus estilos por defecto o algo así, pero no sé como hacerlo en mi tienda, ¿tendría que hacerlo en todas las css??? supongo que no, por eso mi consulta. El soporte de templatemoster me propuso una configuración del apartado de rendimiento: "In order to correct the issue you should go to your admin panel > Advanced Parameters > Performance and set the following settings: 1. cache - ON 2. Smart cache for CSS - Use CCC for CSS. 3. Smart cache for JavaScript - Use CCC for JavaScript. 4. Minify HTML - Keep HTML as original 5. Compress inline JavaScript in HTML - Keep inline JavaScript in HTML as original" la tienda es: www.greengrocer-company.com/tienda alguien tiene idea de como arreglar este desastre. Muchas gracias!!

Hola, soy nueva desarrollando en prestashop. Descarge la ultima version (1.5.4) y estoy aprendiendo pero me encuentro con varios problemas. Uno de ellos es que me aparece el peso en libras y no se en que parte se pone en kilos. Disculpen si es algo tonto pero he seguido varios tutoriales y manuales y no logro conseguirlo. Gracias anticipadas por su ayuda.
