Hi, I am new to Prestashop. I feel like i traveled all the web for an answer but couldn't find it so i thought i'd come here. I'd like to know how to add an affiliate type module where i could reward sponsors (customers that brought other customers) with something else than discounts on orders or money but instead Coupons coming from other websites/businesses. If it is impossible, could i instead make rewards as "points" so that when i see a user having say like 10 points i'll send him manually a coupon by mail. I'd much more prefer the first solution. Thanks a lot !

Bonjour, Je voulais savoir si qqn connaissait un module qui permet de créer une catégorie de produit "cadeaux" achetable uniquement avec des points fidélités. Ces points seraient aussi gérés par le module en fonction du montant d'achat (10€ = 1 points par exemple). J'ai trouvé ce module qui pourrait correspondre à mes besoins mais le fait qu'il ne soit pas compatible 1.7 me pose problème en terme d'évolution de mon site http://puzzle-ecommerce.com/fr/marketing/48-cadeaux-en-fonction-des-points-de-fidelite-module-prestashop.html En vous remerciant.

Hi! The default loyalty module has a filter of categories which are allowed to use with the loyalty points coupons. But my problem it's all the products give points. I'm looking for a module which allows me to set some categories should give ZERO loyalty points or a custom value. I saw one module which allows to set the points per article but it should be more time expensive to set up. Regards, -
Hi there, I'd like to have a credits sell in my prestashop. Price of the products will be in credits and you can buy let's say 100 credits for 10$. Does any addon like that exist at all? The best price would be free of charge :o). Thanks ldon

Hi everyone! The eShop that I am managing has different customer groups and I was wondering if there is any kind soul that could point me to the correct tool, configuration, paid or free module to allow accumulation of points for a certain customer group only. For Example: John is a member while Peter is a Privilege Member. When John purchase an item, he will not be able to accumulate points. However if Peter purchase an item, he will be able to accumulate points. My Prestashop Version: 1.5.4.1. Many thanks in advance!!

En medio de mi poco conocimiento, he tratado de dar lo mejor de mi para ayudar a los que he podido, pero no entiendo por que el moderador llamado nadie me ha colocado un Warning Point! y lo peor es que sin exponer ninguna razón! Jamás, y lo digo con franqueza, he usado el foro para impulsar, apoyar o promover a fabricantes de modulos pagos ni nada por el estilo! tan solo lo he usado para aprender de Prestashop porque no soy programador, solo soy un simple mortal con una página que desea, algún dia, pueda convertirse en un sitio de comercio de los productos que fabrico y nada mas. Bonjour, un petit souci lors des réductions sur les achats multiple du même produit, je m'explique, je mets par exemple : 1 produit acheté à 100 Euro, 2 produits achetés à 90 Euro chacun par exemple mais lors des achats, le clients se retrouve avec une facture de 200 et pas 180 Euro ! y a t il un moyen svp pour résoudre ça ? Bonjour, Besoin urgent : Pour une boutique privée d'achat de vêtements, j'aimerais que les utilisateurs puissent effectuer leurs achats en utilisant leurs points comme moyen de paiement. Chacun aura un crédit pré-affecté dédié et pourra acheter des vêtements à sa guise dans la limite de ses crédits disponibles. L'utilisateur doit connaître son solde disponible à tout moment (affiché à côté de son nom dans le header) et verra celui-ci actualisé au fur et à mesure du remplissage de son panier. Hola, a ver si pueden darme una mano. Estamos trabajando con una tienda www.fitsfeet.com, en el cual tengo el modulo de loyalty points activo y configurado para: Activar puntos en: Pago aceptado Quitar puntos en: Devuelto emitido vale. Ahora, cuando alguien devuelve una mercaderia, tenemos puntos negativos. Es decir, si yo compro un producto y me dan 1 punto de fidelidad, cuando lo devuelvo, me quita 3 puntos, por ende, quedo con un balance de -2 puntos de fidelidad. He revisado toda la web y veo que hay algunos problemas al respecto, pero nadie lo puede solucionar. en el issue traking tambien vi avisos de este tema, pero nada. Alguno tiene alguna idea de por donde buscar? a que se puede deber este error? Version presta: 1.4.7.3 Version modulo loyalty 1.8 Gracias! -
In the current configuration of 'Loyalty Points' conversion, For example, (as of now) at any time, at any amount of points, customer can convert entire points to the voucher at once. Does anyone know how to change the settings as in the customer can convert the points in 30usd unit. For example, (to be) the customer has 36points (which is equivalent to 36USD), customer can only convert 30USD out of 36USD and 6dollars remain in the account waiting for another 24dollars to hit 30points. if the customer happens to keep the 70points, then customer can convert 2 vouchers of 30usd, and 10dollars remain in the account. (70 - (30+30)) =10 if the points is less than 30, customer would need to wait till collecting 30points to convert. By doing this, customer will not be able to clear all points to the voucher, and it will attract them to come back for the points. I was looking at 'loyalty-program.php' but... not sure how to get this done... please help!!! Thank you. -

I want to offer points in exchange for referrals vs. giving them a voucher. I want the points to show up in with the "my loyalty points" section of "my account". Under Order I want it to read "Referral" I haven't found anything on this yet and honestly have no clue how hard it is to do. Does anyone know how to make this work or know of a module with this feature? Any plans for this in the future of prestashop?

Hello! Does anyone know in which file are loyalty points calculated ? which function and sentece id responsible for that? I need to change how they are calculated by adding a fixed amount of point for every product, so it cannot be done in the Back office by using ratio. thank you
