Hi Everyone! Re: Prestashop v.1.6.0.9 Connect to USPS module v.1.3.5 I have the same issue that has been posted a million times with no real solution so far. I've spent about 20 hours on this problem, researching and reading all the forums regarding this topic and I haven't been able to resolve this issue. Could someone please help SOLVE THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL?!?!? A. PROBLEM: 1. Whenever I add an item to my shopping cart, it says "Free shipping" 2. When I checkout, it says "no carriers available". B. THINGS I HAVE DONE: 1. installed "Connect to USPS" module, entered user ID and it says "Connect to USPS is configured and online!" 2. Entered settings in Shipping>Carriers>First Class, Priority, Express etc. 3. Selected carriers in Catalog>Products>Edit>Shipping 4. Enabled: North America and all the states (Localization>Zones) 5. Enabled: North America/United States (Localization>Countries) ****AT THIS POINT: tested and still received "Free Shipping" and "No Carriers Available" SO THEN I: 4. Enabled Advanced Stock Management by Preferences>Products>Enable 5. Created a Warehouse and selected all the carriers shown 6. Double Checked that there was inventory in-stock ***STILL THE SAME PROBLEM!!!: "Free Shipping" and "No Carriers Available" Please help! Thank you in advance!

I added the following to the forge ticket system but I am wondering whether other users of the multistore feature have faced the same issue and whether they were able to rectify it: I use PS 1.5.6. in multi-store mode. The server sits in the U.S. and the original store is a U.S. store. I set up multistore, added all the language and currency packs (for Switzerland in this case for store #2) and changed the default currency and units of measure for store #2. I enabled the zones and the countries for store #2 to allow shipment to addresses in Switzerland. I then set up a carrier for use in Switzerland, allowed it for all groups, Europe and Europe (out E.U.) and enabled it for store #2. Yet, if a Swiss customer wants to check out, he/she will get the "no carriers available" error. Again, I double and triple-checked the settings in Localization, Zones and Countries and made sure that the countries, zones and carrier are all enabled. I do not know whether this is causing the issue but despite setting the default currency to CHF, the shipping rate rule table in the carrier setup displays $ rather than CHF even though I set the default currency to CHF. Along the same lines, the units of measure in the carrier setup are based on the U.S. shop, i.e. not using the metric system despite having set the default in localization to the metric system for this shop #2. This is extremely frustrating since it makes store #2 completely unusable.

Hi, I today spent hours on this issue, read numerous threads and solutions online, however, none of them can help me. My issue: No carriers available during check-out. Things I have done: 1. Create a new carrier, enabled it, set the postage rules; 2. Enabled the zone in Zone's settings; 3. Selected the carrier in Product's Shipping tab. However, it doesn't matter what I did, during check out there is always "No carriers available". I really don't understand why. I am nearly mad, actually. Attached please find the screenshots. I would be very much appreciated if anyone can help me! Tony

So I am trying to setup a shipping as follows, flat rate to canada X dollars, flat rate to USA Y dollars I created a carrier, then i created a new zone to separate canada from the states in the north america zone. then i added the two zones to the carrier. then I created a rule for cost $1-$10000 for each zone as X and Y respectively. status enabled for the carrier, apply shipping cost enabled for the carrier as outlined in the tutorial. but when i try to checkout, it says There are no carriers available that deliver to this address. this is true for 5 step checkout and one step checkout i am running PrestaShop™ 1.4.6.2 any help would be great as I have spent the last 6 hours trying to fix this.... - Saphena
