I had two customers say they could not check out because of a "no carrier for address" error. All other orders were fine. I realized both customers wanted the same item, so obviously the issue was specific to that item. Scratched my head a few times and thought I would adjust the item weight, and that was the issue. If a product weight matches the carrier weight range exactly it will cause an error. In my case the item weighed .8125 or 13 ounces. My USPS First Class weight range maximum is also .8125, Presatshop didn't like it. Lowering the product weight slightly below 13 ounces fixed it and the item still ships on the cheaper First Class Mail rate. I just lowered it slightly. So if its just one product thats giving you issues and everything else ships fine, make sure the weight is not exactly at the weight range limit of the carrier. I didn't notice the issue untill those two customers chose that exact product alone, most of the time people order multiple items and it took a while for the single orders to reveal the weight problem.

Testing with 1.6.0.6 as I've been selling for months on 1.5.4. I have the "Free Shipping" issue and the "No Carrier" issue. Tried putting: (1) United States in "Countries". (2) North America in "Zones". (3) Have taxes for 1 State and added/removed taxes in the carrier. (4) Have added multiple carriers with Price and/or Weight attributes. (5) Have tried to enable free shipping without luck in the carriers for tests too. I've read that it could be with warehouses but not using warehouses. Totally lost how Prestashop works shipping on a product. Any advice?

I've just downloaded/installed PS 1.6.0.8 and am configuring my store, default-bootstrap theme (currently). Have 2 issues that I see at the moment. (I have followed the install guide and deleted all of the demo data, optimized the database and 'deactivated' the shop in Preferences>Maintenance while I'm doing all of this setup work.) 1. All my test orders come up with "Free Shipping" even though I've gone to Shipping>Preferences and set Handling Charges and the Free Shipping $ and LBS all to 0 (zero). I've even tried raising the Free Shipping to $1000 and 1000 pounds but no change. What do I do to get rid of the Free Shipping? 2. I've installed both a USPS shipping module and a UPS shipping module and configured both with their API login/link info. However, if I take a test order all the way to the shipping stage it says "no carriers available" for the order. When I go to Shipping>Carriers I have 22 now listed and I have bulk selected them and then bulk "enabled" them. What do I need to do get the carriers working? Thanks, Bob

Hi All, I am getting below error on my prestashop. "There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected" Following are the conditions that I want on my shop: I dont want to set any carrier on my shop I only want to have Cash On Delivery (COD) Payment method on my shop I want to have a Guest Checkout enabled on my shop All the above points I have set in my shop, but I am getting the carriers error while doing a checkout. Please let me know its resolution. Thanks in advance.

So I am trying to setup a shipping as follows, flat rate to canada X dollars, flat rate to USA Y dollars I created a carrier, then i created a new zone to separate canada from the states in the north america zone. then i added the two zones to the carrier. then I created a rule for cost $1-$10000 for each zone as X and Y respectively. status enabled for the carrier, apply shipping cost enabled for the carrier as outlined in the tutorial. but when i try to checkout, it says There are no carriers available that deliver to this address. this is true for 5 step checkout and one step checkout i am running PrestaShop™ 1.4.6.2 any help would be great as I have spent the last 6 hours trying to fix this.... - Saphena

So I created the carriers for different forms of shipment manually and setting them by weight adding the parameters for weights ranges and after following different attempts of saving and changing to price range and setting price ranges still get this error: There are no carriers available that deliver to this address.
