Hello guys I have a problem with print orders from BO. When I click on Print Order in PS 1.6.1.2, the layout appears all moved to the right losing some word, and the image of what is being bought is missing. How can i do to view the image by clicking print order? Unfortunately I need the printed version because when I give the order to who prepares it, he might be wrong to recognize the right product for shipping, plus I need to file it in the files of the products sold. I see view.tpl in /themes/default/template/controllers/orders/helpers/view yet, but isn't anything related to image there, and after a test, i see that it modify the order page in BO but no the printed page. Version 1.5.2 was printing the pictures and everything to perfection, do not understand why in this version, release 3 pages of useless content without images. please give me a hand! thanks!

Hello everybody. I'm trying to fix this issue, I'm creating pack items for this oulet ecommerce. When I try to select products I can't see images in search box, really difficult to recognize a product only the the name with over 2000itemes. When I selected one of this, the medium image is missing. The missing images are missing files in /-home_default. Every images are ok, I tried to set 777 permission on root IMG folder ann regenerate all the images. Nothing, same bug. Please, can you help me? Thank you in advance.

I moved the PrestaShop installation from one directory to another on the same server. The product images themselves moved without problem. But all the images inserted within the body of Product Info have the old image paths. I know I can update the path one image at a time. But I am only testing the move with a few products. The actual site will have more than a 100 products, making updating image paths one by one a long process. Is there a way for PrestaShop to auto update these image paths? Thanks, Jason

Hi, I'm having trouble displaying the "on sale" image, on our website it is showing as a question mark. I have tried to regenerate thumb images in the BO / Preferences / Images but it still has not appeared. When I goto the path of the image in a web browser, the image is display as a question mark, however when I log into the web server and goto the path via FTP and download the image, it is the correct on sale image. Can anyone please advise how I can fix this problem. Many thanks Nick

Good morning PrestaShoppers, I installed a fresh download of PrestaShop, added our theme and added a couple products. Within the product we added all the required information including images but when viewing the product from the frontend (store view) the image displays a question mark instead of the actual product image. Our site is displaying a strange, unknown image for products that do not have images: This appears to be a rhinoceros icon from a free set of animal icons available online (see here: rhino-icon.png). The site we're working on is in English, only - no secondary languages at this time. The image at /img/p/en.jpg is the standard "No image available" image. I've also checked the de, fr, es and it images, and they're all correct. I'm at a loss as to where this rhinocerous icon came from. 1. Has anyone else seen this icon show up in place of the standard "No image available" image in their shop? 2. Does anyone know how to fix this? 3. Can someone point me to the code that handles image-generation and sets the "No image available" image for products that do not have images in PrestaShop? Thanks, Kurt

Need help, I am using version 1.5.4.1 When I activate URL friendly, I have the following problem. 1. all product image missing (I have tried regenarade thumnail in image in Backoffice, not working) 2. all the page i click give "page not found". 3. my .htaccess is blank, it is not generating anything although i have tried ON OFF the Url friendly, and ON OFF the URL Canonical This is really confusing, I have tried anything I can.
