Hi All, Greetings of the day. The module helps to add images on all website pages a preloader, also known, as a loading page, or preloading screen is the loading animation or static image that shows on the website while the page is loading in the background. Implement a preloader to make the product or app look more professional, reinforce the branding and product positioning, make the waiting time pass more quickly, and ultimately stop users from leaving the page before it’s ready to use. A good preloader should be visually pleasing and show progress visually through simple animations or good images. A preloader can be seen while waiting for a website or application to load Preloaders are important interface elements that let visitors know that the website hasn't crashed, it's just processing data Preloaders not only look fantastic, but they also play a critical part in the functionality of your website. While lengthy loading times are inconvenient, they do not have to be a deal-breaker. By deploying preloaders where required, you may reduce the loss of revenue caused by poor connections Preloading is a relatively new resource hint that can help web developers and SEO professionals set priorities for certain resources. This can improve the user experience by enhancing page speed. Page speed not only impacts the user experience, improving user signals on the site, but it is also an SEO factor Features : - A preloader gives your product a more professional look - A preloader reinforces branding - A preloader animation can decrease the bounce rate - Use your preloader to inspire and motivate your users - SEO-friendly. - Support all browsers: Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, etc. - Lightweight. Goodmorning prestashop developers ! I'm facing an issue that is making me quite crazy I have a prestashop website that is working correctly, that i'm improving since december 2021. When i loaded the final version on the correct hosting (Keliweb) and set the website in production, the problem appeared: p.1) When i open a category DIRECTLY from the website everything works fine. p.2) There are no loading problem in the website components Problem) If i click the URL of a category from a mail/message/pasted URL, or if i search on google the specific category (like "category x *nameofthesite*") and click on the correct result, the FIRST loading of that category is always wrong --> It seems like the Css isn't loaded properly and instead of loading the products onto the grid as they are arranged correctly, it shows them full width on top of each other. Here comes the funny part: If i simply refresh the page, everything gets back to the correct shape (every product is in the grid, and elements get back to their original and correct position). As you can imagine, this is a problem for the customers who are entering the website from a google result or from an embedded URL of a category. Some specific info: Prestashop 1.7.7.8 Dedicated server Php 7.3 In private i will give more info Thank you so much for your precious help in advance !!

Hello everyone, Has anyone ever encountered this problem on Prestashop 1.7 : In french language (the main one), the loading time is ok, not perfect but ok, but when I switched to english, the second language of the site, the loading time is just... incredible! I mean... In french, it loads in 2s, in english more than 39s. The times for initContent and display are so slow (see screenshots attached)! Is this a module problem? Or a Core problem (I use Prestashop 1.7.5.1). Thanks if you have any suggestion!

Hi, I have an issue where adding additional information onto a product via a module is erroring. So my shop is highly customised using warehouse theme with iqit elementor and I also use a module that allows me to add fields for the customer to input data for personalisation of products. The problem I have is that when selecting a module in the modules tab within products and clicking the configure button it does not always load the module and just shows the green "settings updated." banner. sometimes i have to refresh the page several times before it lets me access the module. This doesnt just happen with a perticular module but from different creators. anyone else have any thoughts what it could be?

Hi Our website is really slow. We have loading time from 6 - 10 seconds or even more with much products in the category. This are our Serverdata: Serverdata Linux #1 SMP Debian 4.9.65-3+deb9u2~bpo8+1 (2017-01-05) x86_64 Server Softwar Apache PHP-Version 7.1.20 24 CPU with 64GB RAM URL: http://9b1ourmad.preview.infomaniak.website/de/ We have 55'000 Products, the most of them have 3 Variations. There are about 200 Categories. With active profiling, I tried to deactivate every module and checked if the loading speed was better, even with nearly zero active modules we have massive loading times. We did some test with pingodm tools on a testpage: https://tools.pingdom.com/#598a713119000000 (checked http://9b1ourmad.preview.infomaniak.website/test.html) We have so much wait time. Why is he waiting? And for what is he waiting? When we deactivate the .htaccess file, the laoding times are super great on our test.html page. The Problem is not on the serverside, here ist a test from the maintenance site, the loading times are okay: https://tools.pingdom.com/#598a703342800000 We are using the Page Cache Ultimate from JPresta (it's deactivated at the moment). The Loading times should even with no cachemodul not exceed more than 5 seconds. It seems prestashop is messing up something. Has anyone the same problem? Are there any solution for this problem? Thank you for the help, Fabian

Necesito ayuda.

Hello, We're almost finished building our Prestashop, now random pages in the front and back end of our Prestashop hangs. By hanging I mean that the page is loading infinitely and eventually become unresponsive. If I refresh the page it immediately loads the page, as well as the pages that are following. I did not install new thrid party plugins and there are no debug errors. We're using the latest available Prestashop version and PHP 7. I've made sure that it's not a problem on the server side of things. Is this a familliar problem with Prestashop, and is there a solution available? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I recently upgraded to the latest version of prestashop 1.6. I've noticed that when I visit my store on a cell phone, there is a page loading symbol on the main page, right underneath the image slider. I have tried disabling modules that are directly beneath the image slider, with no success. I have also tried changing the size of the images and this did not work either. What else can I do to try to fix this issue?

Well, I think PrestaShop could have a better way to translate the modules. When you have lot of modules first you need to set some configurations on your PHP like max_input_vars... Wouldn't be better to have a way to load just the translation page of the selected module? This would be perfect because it won't load all the strings of all modules! Just the necessary... Regards

Hi to everyone! i've upgraded ebay module to the last relase (1.8.1) in my prestashop 1.6.0.9 website. Now, after clicking on my Ebay User Id, the page stuck and keeps load. I've already experienced a similar problem in the past, and it turned out as a file permission problem, but now I'm afraid it's different. Any help/advice? Thanks in advance!

Hey All, New merchant on Prestashop. We released our shop over the past weekend and I'm seeing that our product pages are running very slow: http://cellularwindowshades.com/home/16-standard-double-cell-blackout-shades.html There has been a lot of customizations done, these pages use the "Attribute Wizard Pro" module. The server response time is hanging the pages up, I'm assuming that this has to do with all of the PHP. Price is derived off of height and width which makes for a lot of code. Any suggestions to help get these down to 3-4 second range? We have a big server with a lot of ram (dedicated). Any suggestions would help. Thanks, Matt

Does anybody know why javascript is not loading correctly the first time the site is loaded? It does load correctly (most of the times, but not always) the second time when the page is refreshed. It does that even if cache is cleared before. example: http://www.inktoutlet.nl/inkoutlet/faq 1st load: http://prntscr.com/48q7l7 after refresh: http://prntscr.com/48q7op
