Hi! I'm getting totally confused because I can't find a solution for long days for my issue already. What we have: A working PS 1.7.5 production MULTISHOP site with 2 shops, VPS (Apache/Nginx, PHP 7.2) and Transformer theme by S-T themes. The items are updated daily and we can't determine the start of this issue but it started to stop with the "error" message. I figured out that there's an Internal server error 500 by the ajax call. Even if only 2-3 columns are imported! Please see the screenshot below. Sometimes after 5 products, sometimes 15, absolutely random values. The site owner told me that sometimes he managed to finish it for 3rd-4th try, sometimes totally not. The CSV files seem to be perfect. I had a developement version of the site and I couldn't reproduce the issue. (I hardly believed the owner that the issue presists.) The biggest comedy that I cloned the site on the server to figure out what the problem was and after several tries surprisingly it started to work. They are in the same environment and I'm not able to mess it up again -> so I don't know the solution. What I tried: - To find a registry in the server error logs for the 500 error (Apache, Nginx) - PHP memory -> 512Mb - Checked input times (300-600s) - Regenerated .htaccess - Checked the product numbers inside the 2 shops (they are equal) - Turned off memcache - Turned off overrides (btw debug mode isn't working on the import page) - Turned off non-offical PS modules - Fixed all the folder and file permissions (755/644) - Tried to cut back and forth the input CSV-s - Checked for duplicated product references - Read all the forums - Tried to debug the error message with additional informations with no luck - PS service module -> DB fix and optimize - And a lot more.... Hi, For those, who could encounter Internal server error 500 during the installation of PrestaShop 1.7.0.x A small solution, that was discovered recently on some hosting providers. When you try to install your Prestashop ver.1.7 you receive the 500 internal server error. If it is not connected with php zip extension, then it is error with file permissions. Open your FTP account and locate the index.php file from your installation (after you have unpacked the downloaded archive). Change the permissions for this file: deactivate permissions from "all users" to "yourself" and activate "execution". And that's all. Your installation will start after this small change. Hope this will help for someone )

Installing without errors - all OK. Front office work fine. I don't to enter in admin panel - Internal server error. After enable debug mode - nothing to change. Internal server error.

Hola, Llevo unas horas loco intentando resolver un problema. Os pongo en situacion: Uso una version 1.7.2.5. Cuando voy a subir mis productos importandolos, en el menu: Parametros avanzados/ Importar. Selecciono el fichero ha subir y cuando le doy al boton de Siguiente paso.Adjunto foto. Me aparece Un error 500 y no me deja importar los productos. Si entro en modo debug cuando realizo el mismo procedimiento no sale el error 500 pero entra bien al menu de la importacion donde eliges los campos sin darme ningun error. Gracias por vuestro tiempo. Hello, When I try to enter some sections of the backoffice (products, modules, SEO and urls ...) I get the following error: "Oops! Hallo ich benötige dringend Hilfe. Ich habe heute morgen drei Module geupdatet. Leider weiß ich nicht mehr genau, welche da zur Verfügung standen. I am trying to load some products using a xlsx file. I get varyingly far into the import before I receive a generic error on the import screen. In Chromes Network Tools I see its a 500 error underlyingly. I have tried to import in smaller chunks but the point in which it fails continues to change. Sometimes it'll fail after just 30 items, or even during validation. Each time it provides no useful information. I have seen many similar issues in other forum posts with no solution. Only one mentioned that it wasnt actually broken and that if we checked in the console that it was still importing even though it'd thrown an error. However I have no way to validate it imported successfully since I am updating existing records (reusing and forcing IDs). Our site is hosted by GoDaddy and we recently discovered that site's folder almost reached the file usage, then we deleted LOTS of files from server but still no response with both options, store is working fine but doesn't show any payment method, I believe this issues are related but can't find any solution. I apologize upfront because I know this issue has been posted before. However, none of the existing threads have helped me. I am trying to import a large number of products into my brand new installation of Prestashop. I have tried several means of getting this import to work, to no avail. No matter what I do, I get a 500 Internal Server Error message and nothing is imported. This is what I have tried: Splitting up the csv file down to 80 product increments. Electing to ignore the image url columns so no images are imported. Added a php.ini file to increase set_time_limit, max_execution_time, and memory_limit to large numbers. None of that has worked and I am not able to get the import to work. Help, please?

Dear Prestashop Experts, I am Vivek, From India. I have been working on Prestashop for a long time now and have created stores for my clients using prestashop since 2013. I am having a strange problem and need your help. When I am creating multistore in prestashop version 1.5 (all sub versions), 1.6 ( All sub versions) and 1.7 (All sub versions), I am getting 500 Internal server error. Attacjed below is the log segment from my Local apache instance. The log is from default install of Prestashop with 1 multi store. I have a customer's site as well using Prestashop version 1.6, where I have the similar error message. I tried to set prestashop to debug mode but still goes to the 500 Internal server page without giving me any information. I turned on all the features in apache, php and mysql logging, but can't get any further information. Can any one suggest how doI go about resolving or understand what issue I have. If I comment the below line in the .htaccess the sub store shows as 404 not found.. My first guess was this HTACESS entry, but this entry is created by prestashop automatically.. Bonjour a tous, Au secour, j ai naivement cru que ce serait a ma portée de créer une seconde boutique en multi. j ai donc créé : Default fripie grandes tailles ( seconde boutique) PrestaShop fripie.com/ ( boutique principale) Pour la seconde boutique " fripie grandes taille, j ai créé une page d accueil defaut pour cette nouvelle boutique : " accueil fripie grandes tailles ". j ai créé un sous domaine chez ovh.: " rondes-et-jolies.fripie.com " . J ai supprimé le htaccess puis recupéré une ancienne sauvegarde. Maintenant je peux ouvrir la boutique principale mais quand j essaie d ouvrir une page a partir de l acceuil j ai une erreur 404. page introuvable sur l ensemble des pages . je ne trouve pas d ou vient cette erreur sur la boutique principale. si quelqu un avait une piste ? car je patauge un peu. cordialement. Bonjour, j'ai un site prestashop (v 1.4.6.2) installé sur mon hébergement mutualisé ovh. Lorsque du côté client on veut envoyer une image pour personnaliser un produit, on a le message : "Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. More information about this error may be available in the server error log." Ce message intervient lors d'envois de fichiers volumineux (sup 6 à 700ko), et à la fin du transfert de ce même fichier. En dessous de ces tailles d'image, ça passe. A savoir qu'il y a quelques jours tout fonctionnait très bien. J'ai même reçu des fichiers de plus de 2,2Mo. Pour être tranquille, la limite max que j'ai autorisée est de 5Mo. La base de données est installée sur un sql privé ovh que j'ai redémarré, le cas où ... D'où peut venir ce problème ? Sveiki, Isirašiau naujausia PS 1.6.0.9 ir būnant backofice pastoviai meta tokią klaidą. Puslapis guli serveriai.lt, gal kas esas susidūre ir kažkaip išsprendėt šitą žiauriai nervinančią problemą? Hi! I had a store that I needed to move to another host. I made sure I followed every step here shown on the forums to make it smooth. After everything, my store shows a page with Internal server error and even though when I login on the backoffice, everything shows up fine, all the products and all the settings, the store doesn't show up. I even rebooted the .htaccess file, but still nothing. I also modified the config/defines.inc.php as stated here on the forum so it could display the error, but nothing happens. All the page shows is: I'm floating here, what can be the problem?
