Prestashop 1.5.2, fresh install. Not having friendly url activated gives me the following URL to images: http://www.xxxxx.no/img/c/6-category_default.jpg Having friendly url activated gives me the following: http://www.xxxxx.no/...ential-oils.jpg This results in images with a ? showing everywhere except for the logo. As you see it is missing the /img/. How do I correct this issue in a quick way? Best regards //Anders

Hi, Ever since we upgraded from v1.6.1.18 to v1.6.1.20, the newly uploaded product images show fine in back office but not in front office. I have to regenerate all images for them to show up but even that is showing a 'Invalid Security Token' and times out. You can see this product which was recently uploaded: https://dar-us-salam.com/miscellaneous/halal-superfoods/f100-double-date-medjool-dates-32-oz.html . This image shows okay in back office: https://dar-us-salam.com/img/p/3/9/0/6/3906.jpg but this one doesn't in front office: https://dar-us-salam.com/3906-cart_default/f100-double-date-medjool-dates-32-oz.jpg . I have searched all over for a resolution and have tried many things but nothing has worked. I think something caused this issue when we upgraded Prestashop. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi all, I run a prestashop store called www.sureseller.in. I recently purchased a second domain name (for my personal use) and created an Add On domain with my existing service Provider. After I uploaded the files (some flash files and images-this is just a 5 page simple website and not an ecommerce store), my prestashop store stopped functioning. I started getting HTTP 500 error initally and after setting it right, the images of homepage were missing and also the homepage Slider as well as Mega Menu didn't work properly. I would be grateful if someone could help me set right the issue. Please note, after I got these errors, I immediately deleted the Add On domain and the files. Thanks, Yo Mir -
Hello, I recetly installed the current version of prestashop and it is not showing images on my CMS page I created. Any suggestions of why and how to fix this? Thanks p.s. it's been a while since i worked with prestashop in this way and am new to this version.

Hi all, After import from old DB into new one I have still some strange behavior with images that I would like to share. Images are showing correctly for each product in front office, even as a small thumbnails in back office. But problem is while I do edit of product itself in images, they are not showed there. Furthermore is shown in attachment. I have no clue. DB is set, images are successfully regenerated, path is also correct... I'm clueless

Hi guys i have a problem with my website. http://bathrooom.co.uk/ the images for the products have disappeared. I have tried, regenerating the pics, i have tried manually uploading new ones. They appear in the backend. I have found poeple who say the solution is to change the homefeatures.php file. but i cant find that file. Please Help

I am new to presta and i am learning .... I saw that post and it is almost what i wanted to do. http://www.prestasho...post__p__807424 The problem for me is when i navigate to deeper level categories. When i navigate at deeper levels then the menu disappears can you please help me with the tpl file to fix this ?? Any help on this last problem will be appreciated !! Thanks

I'm having trouble making the categories images appear. I have edited the images according to the theme, so they would fit. I'm using the template 1.4.5 of prestashop in version 1.4.8.2 and I've tried regenerating thumbnails, turn Force compile on and Cache off. I have tried different photos, but still... Any help would be gladly appreciated. Thanks! -Julio -
I have an issue with my products not showing images, I recently did a huge upload with store manager and everything is fine but the images, I know the images are there but I have tried to do the following: - Regenerate Thumbs - Resize Images - Force Compile and Clear Cache from browser It seems nothing is working??? The force compile and the regenerate images worked at one point but now not working, this also created a bug which shows text overlapping. Please help as I have put far too much work into this site to be reinstalling again. First there was a messaging in the image box saying " no image found" now there's just a broken link. Thanks
