Hi everyone, if someone could please help that would be fantastic. I am using prestashop 1.8, PHP 8.0, theme Electron Mega Electronic Super Store, my domain is www.gr8-kitchenware.co.uk My theme's image slider is set to automatically move every 3000ms, however, it does not move at all unless you manually click it. If anyone could give me some advice fixing this please that would be wonderful. Thank you! :)

I have weird problem with module ps_image_slider it was working perfectly and then the next day it stopped displaying the files. The files are on the server simply the URL doesn't load the img even if the file is there and has 664 privileges Any ideas where to look for the error? The mirror site on the same server works perfectly.

Hi There, This may be a simple question. I'm using Image Slider (v 3.0) on PS 1.7.6.4. Just found that there is a weird situation. I have description on slide. Text can be displayed when showing on computer (as follow, highlighted in arrow) When I open it mobile device, the text cannot display. (as follow, highlighted in arrow) Or access the site https://cop9gun.com/prshopupd/tw/ in live. However, slide's title (second and third slides) can be displayed on BOTH computer and mobile. Are there separate formatting for mobile !? thanks David

Hallo, In unserem Image slider lässt sich nicht mehr die Reihenfolge der Bilder verschieben.In der Vorschau geht das noch,die Bilder zeigen die neue Anordnung.Doch nach dem Registrieren bleibt die alte Reihenfolge bestehen.Kann man das irgendwie festlegen ? Vorher ging das immer.Vielleicht habe ich irgendwo im shop etwas verstellt. Hat jemand hier eine Lösung für uns.Vielen Dank im Vorraus.

Hello, I'm trying to setup the image slider. The pause on hover option will not pause. I have searched all over and tried to use other solutions found related to previous versions of prestashop but it is not working. I can find the pause on hover setting in multiple places from files to the database but I'm not just going to edit something if it will always require me to edit that file. I want it to function as it should and be able to use the actual BO configuration settings. New install Version: 1.7.3.0 Theme: Classic theme (copied for modification) Any suggestions? I am currently in maintenance mode but the URL is personaliz3dtouch.com

Hi, hopefully someone can help me. I am trying to re order the slide order in PS Image Slider with the position arrows however it keeps reverting back to default position. I am using 1.7 and have tried it on a couple of my stores and get the same error on all of them. The error log is giving me this. SoftException in Application.cpp:261: File "/home/boscomon/public_html/modules/ps_imageslider/ajax_ps_imageslider.php" is writeable by group, referer: https://boscomonline.net.au/admin123/index.php?controller=AdminModules&configure=ps_imageslider&token=6200a88c01b60e75176212c12e785794&changeStatus&id_slide=5 It appears to be a bug any advice would be appreciated.

Bonjour, Je viens d'installer prestshop a la place d'un site existant. Comme cela risque de prendre du temps, j'ai remis le vieux site en ligne mais je voudrais faire l'installation de prestashop sur un autre domaine puis le bouger dans le nouveau quand il est pret. De plus, le vieux domaine tourne sur un php de 5.2.... et prestashop veut entre 5.4 et 7.... donc c'est pour cela que je dois mettre dans un autre domaine. De plus sur l'image slider (carrousel) , les photos que je veux mettre des banners ne sont pas les meme que celle en demo. Est-ce que je je peux regler quelque part la taille de cet image slider? The "Image slider for Home page" by Prestashop disappears overnight. No updates, clearing cash or any other changes have been made. The Slider status in back office shows "Enabled". The Hook is attached to "displayTopColumn" Oddly enough, it is displayed correctly in the same Home page (index page) for the registered customers. This happens once in a while unexpectedly. Clearing cash restores the appearance of the slider, though. But this is quite annoying. The PS version is 1.6.1.5 Any ideas why this is happening? Thank you.

Hi, We are encountering an issue and need assistance. Our image slider works on the front end, but we are unable to change the order of the slides. Even when we change the order in the CMS, the slides are still appearing old to new. Would appreciate help on this.

How do I resize the Image Slider on my site's homepage? The advertising content of some banners in the Image Slider is either blocked by the transition dials (or circles) in the Image Slider or some the text is cut off at the bottom of the banner because the size of the Image Slider. Each banner I uploaded is the same size (720 x 263) in the Image Slider module in the PS back office. I am using the PrestaCoder Gadget theme. Hi, I run a boutique on presta v 1.6.0.8. Yesterday I upgrade homeslider to v.1.4.5 and it worked, but later on the day, i notice there is no more slider on my homepage. There is a blank soace instead of it. I was not modifying anything related to that in the back office. --> I did'nt changed hook -->When I run live edit, I see the presence of the hook for the slider, but the slidder is no appearing -->The slider is enable and parameters are set correctly I uninstalled the module and replace it with a old version from a backup. The slider is not coming back. So I understand the problem does not come from the module update. Cleared cache from navigator and shop. I also run a test boutique on local host, and the slider dissappered too this morning, as I was installing a social share button. Anyone knows what could be causing that?

Im just trying to set up my first site (prestashop 1.6) When i tell the image slider to add an image , it says URL not set . the demo slider has the URL pointing externally. How do i establish what URL is for an uploaded image ? thanks

Module version 1.4.3 Dans le premier fichier joint d les données d'origine Le deuxième diapo les données modifiée + sauvegarder La troisième retour initial cela ne sauvegarde pas mes changements ? I have the 'image slider for your homepage' module version 1.2.2. The pager shows up fine, but it does not allow me to manually switch slides - it will always revert back to the first slide whatever link I click. Hey guys I'm new here, this is my first post hope I'm posting in the right place. Ok, so here's my problem. I'm using the "Image slider for your homepage v1.4.2 - by PrestaShop" module and I added 3 slides so far but it isn't changing. I set the delay to 5000 milliseconds but nothing is happening, it just displays the first slide and that's as far as it goes. It was working at first but I think it stopped after I updated the module. Has anyone ever had this problem before or know what it might be? Thanks in advance. I'm using Prestashop 16.0.9 if that matters. I would add my stores link but I will only make it live once its complete.
