Good morning, I am currently using the SimpleWatermark module, but there is no new version available. I’m encountering an issue where the watermark appears correctly with the intended opacity over the product images, but there is a noticeable darkening around the watermark itself. I would like the watermark to be seamlessly applied across the entire image, but it seems to only achieve this effect in the center of the image. I have tried using both dense images and images with pre-adjusted opacity, but the results remain the same. My concern is that the watermark might be picking up colors from the background, which is affecting its appearance. However, the watermark should be consistent over the product, and I would expect the same opacity regardless of the product’s background. I have also attempted to set the opacity directly in the code, but that did not resolve the issue either. If you need to verify any part of the code, please let me know. To better illustrate the problem, I will upload the following images: The watermark image The product image with the watermark applied Any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated! I believe that once we address the opacity issue, it will be easier to adjust the watermark's appearance in the future. Thank you!

I found this module for changing the background color of generated product images, but when I try to upload it, I get the general error: "Cannot Install module imagefill. The module is invalid and cannot be loaded." Can someone take a look at the code for this module, and get it to work with Prestashop 8.1.7? I found this module here: https://catalogo-onlinersi.net/en/modules-prestashop/255-image-color-fill-prestashop.html imagefill.zip

¡Muchas gracias!

Hello to all, We are looking for a module that allows our customers to edit an image in a simple way before adding a product to the cart. The situation is as follows: We make cases to store and transport wargaming miniatures and we offer our customers the possibility to customize the front side of them by uploading an image when buying one. The problem we have is that we often don't receive decent images and precise instructions from our clients. Often images are too small (sometimes they upload images of 200x200px for a 26x40cm front), or they are not of sufficient quality, or we don't know where they prefer to place the image, etc. This means spending a lot of time talking to our clients and ultimately editing the images. We are looking for a module that allows our clients to upload an image on a blank canvas of the size of the front side of the case in order to show where it is going to go and how it will look. The module should simply allow the image to be resized and moved around. This way the client can configure the front of the briefcase to their liking and when they save the image we should receive it ready to be printed. Is there a module with these characteristics? It would help us a lot. Thank you very much and best regards, Xabi

Hi, I wonder if someone knows if there is a way (or a module) to add custom text to a product image. I want to add some specifications of the product on the image (see example picture). I also would like this custom text to be searchable in the shop. I understand this might be difficult to find, so an alternative would be a way to add these custom properties to the product page. But I would like this fileds to be possible to specify on each product. Anyone have any suggestion?

Revoultionize online shopping by delivering highly personalized product recommendations with PrestaShop Semantic Search module. Using natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence, semantic search understands the context and intent behind search queries to provide relevant results. To know more about the module, please visit the link. Benefits for Merchants 1. Improve Search Accuracy Traditional search engines may fall short when you can’t think of precise phrase or keywords to find desired products. However, semantic search can resolve this proble. Semantic search goes beyond keyword matching and comprehends user queries in a human like manner, returning richer and more relevant results. 2. Search via Image Give online shoppers the ability to find the right products easier and faster with image based search. Simply upload an image and the module will find you similar products. Effectively boost your business revenue and increase product discovery by offering a quick and unique search experience for your customers. 3. Attributes/Price Based Search Imagine if a customer type “black tshirts under $49” in a search bar. The query includes ‘black’ which is an attribute and price. Now, semantic search attempts to identify the user’s intent or purpose behind the search query and will present the results that meet the customer’s criteria. 4. Enhance User Experience For your customers, AI powered search means faster, more accurate search, and recommendations. Better search results mean a better user experience and improved conversions. 5. MultiShop Our PrestaShop Semantic Search module is compatible with prestaShop multi-store feature.

attributes bug Images changing sizes when quantity is changed
Nightonic posted a topic in General topics
Hello, I am having a weird issue where images on the product page are changing sizes and positions when an the quantity is changed. If I inspect the product in the browser it says it is using the small_default setting but the images get smaller and move left (if there is more than 1 image) instead of staying centered when I change any attributes. I have tried regenerating all the images each time and re-uploading images but nothing changes. I have changed the image sizes but they only stay that size if no attribute is ever selected. Once it changes size that initial time, it does not revert back to the original size without refreshing the page. I have only ever edited the information in Prestashop not in the base files as I am still learning how to use Prestashop. I have changed the small_default size to 340 x 454. It does not seem to matter what size the initial image is I am uploading as this issue is happening regardless. Is there a way I can reset the image files without affecting the website? If so, which files would I need to replace? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Before changing quantity: After changing quantity: -

Hello, I have a problem importing my products. Every time I try to import a .CSV I get an "Error copying image" message, but the products are imported. If I activate the Debugg mode, I just don't care about the products and I get the error: Symfony Exception: file_get_contents_curl failed to download https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8b/Prestashop-logo-vector.png : (error code 28) Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds. I use php 7.4, and I also just updated to the latest version 1.7.8.7 in case it was an error from the previous one, but without success. Thank you very much for the help!

Hi All, Greetings of the day. The module helps to add images on all website pages a preloader, also known, as a loading page, or preloading screen is the loading animation or static image that shows on the website while the page is loading in the background. Implement a preloader to make the product or app look more professional, reinforce the branding and product positioning, make the waiting time pass more quickly, and ultimately stop users from leaving the page before it’s ready to use. A good preloader should be visually pleasing and show progress visually through simple animations or good images. A preloader can be seen while waiting for a website or application to load Preloaders are important interface elements that let visitors know that the website hasn't crashed, it's just processing data Preloaders not only look fantastic, but they also play a critical part in the functionality of your website. While lengthy loading times are inconvenient, they do not have to be a deal-breaker. By deploying preloaders where required, you may reduce the loss of revenue caused by poor connections Preloading is a relatively new resource hint that can help web developers and SEO professionals set priorities for certain resources. This can improve the user experience by enhancing page speed. Page speed not only impacts the user experience, improving user signals on the site, but it is also an SEO factor Features : - A preloader gives your product a more professional look - A preloader reinforces branding - A preloader animation can decrease the bounce rate - Use your preloader to inspire and motivate your users - SEO-friendly. - Support all browsers: Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, etc. - Lightweight. (Smaller file size which loads faster.) - Increase sales, conversion rates, and product promotions. - Maintain existing customers and attract new customers. - Lower marketing expenses, exposure to potential customers, and reach targeted audiences. - Compatible with PrestaShop 1.6.x,1.7.x,8.x.x - Multiple browsers compatibility(IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome, and Edge). - Mobile, Tablet, and all devices compatible. - Module works without doing any change in existing files on PrestaShop store versions. - 24*7 Support - Good Documentation Installation : Step 1: Upload the module zip file from the back-office Module & Services menu tab. Module Manager area using the upload button. After the successful installation module menu, the link will appear in the left menu or top menu in the back-office area. Step 2: Install the module using the install button. Step 3: Visit the module management page from the back-office "More" area (section) in the left menu in the back-office. Step 4: The module installation process is very easy, how module configuration works can be seen in the demo instance. Step 5: Please visit our demo instance for module configuration and usage demo. Step 6: Get the preloader image or gif image or animation image URL to add from the module back-office.

Return Error to Customer with Low Quality Image Upload
TilliumsTeam posted a topic in General topics
Good Afternoon, Does anyone know of a module that will display an error about image quality when a customer uploads an image to the website? We create tiles that can use customers pictures however I would like some message to be displayed to the customer about the low quality image. Something like: "The image selected is less than 72dpi. This may affect the quality of the final product. Please us another image if available." Customers don't always have a better image to use and I do not want to prohibit them sending it but I do want to warn them before they purchase. -
$this->name .

FROM '._DB_PREFIX_.'product p INNER JOIN `'._DB_PREFIX_.'product_lang` pl ON ( p.`id_product` = pl.`id_product` AND pl.`id_lang` = '.(int)$id_lang.Shop::addSqlRestrictionOnLang('pl').' ) '.Shop::addSqlAssociation('product', 'p').' INNER JOIN `'._DB_PREFIX_.'category_lang` cl ON ( product_shop.`id_category_default` = cl.`id_category` AND cl.`id_lang` = '.(int)$id_lang.Shop::addSqlRestrictionOnLang('cl').' ) WHERE p.`id_product` '.$product_pool.' ORDER BY position DESC LIMIT 10'; return $db->executeS($sql, true, false); } par cela : if ($ajax) { $sql = 'SELECT DISTINCT p.id_product, pl.name pname, cl.name cname, cl.link_rewrite crewrite, pl.link_rewrite prewrite '.$score.', pi.id_image pimg FROM '._DB_PREFIX_.'product p INNER JOIN `'._DB_PREFIX_.'product_lang` pl ON ( p.`id_product` = pl.`id_product` AND pl.`id_lang` = '.(int)$id_lang.Shop::addSqlRestrictionOnLang('pl').' ) '.Shop::addSqlAssociation('product', 'p').' INNER JOIN `'._DB_PREFIX_.'category_lang` cl ON ( product_shop.`id_category_default` = cl.`id_category` AND cl.`id_lang` = '.(int)$id_lang.Shop::addSqlRestrictionOnLang('cl').' ) INNER JOIN `'._DB_PREFIX_.'image` pi ON ( p.`id_product` = pi.`id_product` AND position = 1 ) WHERE p.`id_product` '.$product_pool.'
