My shop is based in Cyprus (EU) and my base currency is the €. The module accepts all coutries in the Eurozone but as soon as I try to expand the list of countries by adding the USA, UK, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, etc., I get a pop up that says ''Your products could not be synchronised with Google at the moment. Please try later''. Did anyone else have this problem? Are the different currencies causing it? Thank you.

Buenos días, Tengo un problema en mi tienda que no actualiza automáticamente los productos de Google Merchant center desde el módulo oficial de prestashop desde hace mas de 1 semana. Trato de actualizar configurando el feed de nuevo para forzarlo pero no actualiza nada, he borrado módulo, reinstalado, reinicializado, versión anterior y nada. Creo que todo viene a raíz del fallo del módulo ps_accounts que no dejaba acceder a la web y daba error 500. Si no recuerdo mal, restaure Backup del día anterior de Plesk Obsidian Trato volver a un estado anterior al fallo, pero actualiza automáticamente ps_account y ps_eventbus (que también trato de reiniciar porque alguna vez me a solucionado algún problema, aunque quizás es placebo) por lo que tampoco hace nada. Ya no sé si el fallo es de mi instalación, algún módulo o el propio Merchant Center. Mis versiones son: Prestashop 1.7.8.9 PHP 7.4.33 Marketing with Google 1.52.0 ps_account 5.4.5 ps_eventbus 2.0.3 Ojalá poder solucionarlo, ya que no puedo mostrar productos nuevos en Shopping. Hola Sabeis de algun modulo para prestashop 1.7.6.1 que muestre en las SERP correctamente los Rich Snippets de los productos y categorias correctamente y funcione independientemente a los rich snippets que traiga integrados el theme de nuestra tienda? Estaba mirando este: https://addons.prestashop.com/es/seo-posicionamiento-buscadores/8321-ultimate-google-rich-snippets.html pero el desarrollador no responde a ninguno de mis mensajes (he enviado varios en casu un mes) y esto no me da confianza a la hora de adquirir el modulo! Hi, i want to know how to add conversion codes in some pages of prestashop 1.7, i have a paid theme and in some pages (maybe all) there is no <head> </head> tags to embed the codes. The only place i could embed the code was in the head.tpl file for the Global Site Tag. der Betreiber eines PrestaShop, den ich technisch betreue, lässt sich etwa quartalsweise auf Anrufe von Google-Mitarbeitern ein. Diese sind in indischen CallCentern zu verorten und folgen der Google-Doktrin (Analytics, AdWords etc.). Der neueste Streich verursacht einiges Stirnrunzeln: Die Juristerei gehört eindeutig nicht zu meinen Aufgaben, die Umsetzung der Google-Empfehlungen verursacht jedoch heftige Bauchschmerzen bei mir. Hat Jemand eine Idee ?

Ich habe erst kürzlich von 1.6 auf 1.7.4.3 geupdated. Was dabei alles schief gelaufen ist, kann man hier nachlesen, samt Lösungen aller aufgetretenen Probleme: https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/912694-upgrade-16118-1743-richtiges-prozedere/?do=findComment&comment=2998080 Nun aber ein weiteres Problem. Heute habe ich nach einem Index-Update einen kleinen Schreck bekommen, da mir die Google Konsole plötzlich sagt, dass alle meine Seiten nicht mehr mobilfreundlich sind, was sie aber mit 1.6 schon waren. Das classic Theme 1.7 sieht ja eigentlich chic aus, also zumindest besser und mobilfreundlicher als das alte aus 1.6. Das Problem ist Folgendes... per Standard blockt PrestaShop wichtige Ressourcen in der robots.txt mit den Zeilen Disallow: */cache/ Disallow: */css/ Disallow: */js/ Unglücklicherweise schließt das auch '/themes/classic/assets/cache/' mit ein, also die Ressourcen, auf die Google Zugriff haben muss, um das Layout zu beurteilen. Ansonsten wird die Seite nur teilweise geladen. Wenn die CSS und JS Dateien, ggf. Bilder nicht geladen werden können, wird das reine HTML ohne Stile bewertet. Klickbare Elemente liegen plötzlich zu nahe beieinander, da zu klein, und ggf. ist der Inhalt breiter als der Bildschirm. Schon ist die Seite im Index als nicht mobilfreundlich markiert, obwohl sie es eigentlich ist. Das könnte nun im Mobile-First-Index langfristig fatale folgen haben und sollte behoben werden. Ein Hinzufügen von Allow: */themes/*/cache/*.css Allow: */themes/*/cache/*.js Allow: */themes/*/css/*.svg Allow: */themes/*/css/*.ttf Allow: */themes/*/css/*.woff Allow: */themes/*/css/*.woff2 Allow: */themes/*/js/*.js in der robots.txt erlaubt wieder den Zugriff auf diese Dateien (Theme-Stile, -Scripte, -Icons und -Schriftarten) und kann Schlimmeres verhindern. Bei mir hat es den Ursprungszustand wiederhergestellt: Seite ist mobilfreundlich. Ob ihr betroffen seid, prüft ihr am besten mit dem Google-Tool selbst: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly

Ciao a tutti, Ho acquistato il modulo Google Merchant Center che esporta in Google Shopping le categorie di prodotto selezionate. Sto riscontrando problemi a far accettare a Google Shopping i prodotti inseiriti nel mio ecommerce. Di seguito il problema: Identificatori prodotto insufficienti: mancano due attributi su tre (gtin, marca, mpn); Problemi di contorno, so che Google Shopping non accetta siti che non sono protetti da SSL, il sito è protetto da SSL ed è attivo su registrazione e carrello. Il campo Gtin in Prestashop è compilato, in quanto ho inserito gli EAN dei vari prodotti; il campo Brand dovrebbe rappresentare il produttore, il quale l'ho associato a ciascun prodotto. Il campo MPN non so a quale campo corrisponde in Prestashop. Sono corrette le associazioni Gtin --> campo EAN di Prestashop Brand --> Produttore MPN --> ?? Compilando quei 3 campi Google Shopping dovrebbe automaticamente accettare i miei prodotti? Ciao e Grazie in anticipo a chi riuscirà a darmi qualche delucidazione in merito

Da un bel pò di tempo, da quando google immagini ha inserito i loghi dei siti, mi sono reso conto che molti dei miei articoli non sono più visibili come prodotti con l'icona del cartellino e la scritta verde disponibile. Exemple : un produit vendu 330 €TTC en boutique est affiché par Google à 275 € TTC ( ce qui correspond au HT) Avez vous déjà connu ce probleme ? Quelqu'un l'a -t-il résolu ? Salut à tous, Voila quelques mois que le site d'un de mes clients, n'a cessé de disparaitre petit a petit sur google.... Malgré les tentatives de relancer le référencement, rien n'y fait.... baisse de positionnement, baisse de Traffic et surtout, baisse de commandes... Aujourd'hui c'est une catastrophe.... Hi everyone! I've been struggling with a problem and wanted to see if anybody around here knows how to help me... My shop is currently using a module (Price Hide Pro) to show prices to selected users/groups. Everything is working properly with the module! The thing is, when I search a product in google, the price shows up for everyone to see 😕 I tried removing the meta tags with the property product:price:amount but it is still showing up. This also happens with Pinterest.. Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance!
