Hej! En intressant sak inträffade när jag idag jobbade lite med varor som väger rätt mycket och som därmed skall ha en extra fraktkostnad : De läggs inte till om man har satt ett fraktfritt-kostnadstak som är lägre än produktvärdet. Som exempel : Fraktfritt från min butik är 1500,- i varor Varan jag önskar lägga en extra fraktkostnad på väger 9 kilo och kommer kosta slutkund 1795,- Kund når då fraktfritt per standardavtalet, men till detta vill jag (på grund av skrymmande storlek och vikt) få på en avgift så jag inte mer eller mindre går back på att sälja något. Har någon en lösning till det här? Och för intresse : Prestashop 1.6.1.19

I have been trying for several days to get the Fedex Freight carrier in the Fedex Carrier module to work. I have Fedex Ground carrier installed and working properly for packages up to 150lbs. But when I try to add a large product that is over 151lbs, the shipping appears as "Free Shipping". I need the shop to calculate shipping using the Fedex Freight prices through the Fedex API. Flat rate will not be good. I enabled Fedex Freight as a carrier, set up the weight ranges, and left pricing as zero (same as the Fedex Ground). Any idea what I may be doing wrong? I have searched and searched for information, but there really is very little about Fedex Freight and Prestashop.

I have a problem with all of the Freight services that come with the Fedex Carrier module distributed with version 1.2.6 of the module on a 1.4.9 prestashop install. If I enter a single item, the Fedex Freight calculates fine. If I add an additional item of the same product, all of the freight rates drop to $2.00. If I add two products, one item eac, the freight rates show up as $2.00. All of my zones are set for 10,000 pounds and 10,000 dollars, neither product comes anywhere near this value. After a long journey with shipping issues, I have but one issue in need of a fix.... I had to create a carrier for my freight items (items over 150 lbs that carriers like UPS ground/air services doesn't handle). Since I cannot live quote those rates on the site, those orders will be authorized only until freight can be quoted to the customer. So the issue is, since I cannot get a live quote, and am not using a flat rate price in the options, when this carrier is shown, it shows "Free" as the price for that carrier option. I need to be able to remove the word "Free" for that specific carrier only. Thanks in advance, Draygon

I have what I believe to be a complex configuration. I need some advice on configuration and understanding. My store will offer free shipping on orders over $5K US. Shipping carrier will be determined by us depending on item(s) purchased for those orders over $5K. We use UPS for the majority of items unless a single item(s) exceeds the 150 lb weight limit as determined by UPS (unless it is their freight service of course). I want to make certain of the following: Customers will be able to opt out of free shipping if they choose to get their items via an expedited method. Total cart weight over 150 lbs can still be shipped via UPS on multi-item orders (given that many items can/will be packaged separately) Hybrid shipping cart. Shipping rates are calculated in a single order for those multi-cart shoppers who purchase items that must ship via two separate methods i.e. cart contains items that are over 150 lbs and items under 150 lbs. I have the following set: Separate free shipping carrier set to become available for item/cart orders over $5K US. UPS set to max weight of 150 lbs. Anything I'm missing? One final thought, Free shipping becomes available on all carriers (UPS) instead of just the one we've set up and does not show any options for more expedient shipping as previously mentioned.

Is there anyone developing a module for the Temando freight system? In Australia we seem to be lagging behind the rest of the world in terms of a solid freight integration. I've looked long and hard and can't seem to find anything that fits the bill. Agreed, Tomer's Aust Post module is great but if your goods weigh over 20KG you're screwed. I have clients that sell much larger and heavier goods than can be transported by Aust Post so need to get a solution. I've only been able to find one freight supplier (temando) that fits the bill, but if you guys have some other suggestions, please bring 'em!! I'm really interested in getting Temando to do something for Prestashop like they've done for other ecom platforms but after having conversations with them they're needing a bit of a push. Can anyone help? I've put a few links here so you get what I'm on about, along with links to assets and development that other people have done. Perhaps one of you code wizards can put the pieces together for me? Hi I'm running prestashop 1.5 on our webshop www.billigenergi.eu, Have added weight freight for our products, and have setup carrier, freight price etc. but on all products except generator, it will state free shipping in basket. Also it's not possible to select the carrier in basket, for other products then generator. Have selected carrier option for each products. Can anyone help me with the major issue? Thanks

Gday, I am currently nearly finished with the building of my new site however i am stuck on the freight part of it. We currently use Australia Post, TNT and DHL for our shipping needs as many of our products are over the size limit of Aus post. Is there a module or something for use with any of the above companies that would assist me in the freight side of things. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Hi i would like to change what freight zone is used by default in my prestashop. Right now i have two different zones and the one that is the most expensive and furthest away from me is the one that is set as default, this changes when customers log in but i think that sometimes it can scare customers away so that they never register at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if you do not know how to change the default setting i would like some info on how to perhaps hide the freight cost until the customer has logged in.
