Instale el modulo de FedEx Oficial, pero al estar en el carrito de compra al elegir la forma de envío no me aparece FedEx como opción. Si me voy a Envío>Paqueterias si me aparecen las opciones de FedEx. Alguien sabe que pasa.

Hello, I am seeking for help on fedexcarrier module to work on Prestashop 1.5.6.0 I called FedEx today for my "FedEx Web Services" to be promoted to production and received an email with title "Your Production Key registration is complete" with the following info: Production Password: zxZw................7ukC FedEx Account Number : 4#######8 Production Meter Number : 1#######9 Now, when I try to configure the fedexcarrier module, it prompts for the following information: Your Fedex account: Your Fedex meter number:1#######9 Your Fedex password: Your Fedex Authentication Key: zxZw................7ukC I tried the "Fedex account/password" with my username/password that I use login to fedex.com website and getting the "Error 1000: Authentication Failed" message. I also tried the Fedex account number(4#######8) and the password that I use logging on the fedex.com website and getting the "Error 1000: Authentication Failed" message..... All of the status are checked except: 3) Webservice test connection : Error 1000 : Authentication Failed What am I doing wrong here? Thank you. Peter. -
Hello All, I'm have severe troubles trying to get the fedex module working. I'm using Prestashop version 1.4.6.2. The trouble begins with the fact that the API request page is missing. When looking into the developer resources it was giving all sorts of information about how I need to migrate because the API was going way. Is this a problem for the current version? Proceeding hopint it wasn't I tried to register for a test key, which I can't because fedex says the service is "currently unavailable." and has been for days. I instead set up a production key figuring if I can get diffferent prices based on different zip codes it would be "good enough" since I'm only using not developing the module. I had a lot of trouble getting past the "Error 1000: Authentication Failed" error. I finally am using the following: Account = FedEx Account number. Meter = FedEx Meter Number Password = the authentication key that was on the prod key creation validation page. API Key = the password that was emailed to me from fedex. This configuration has gotten me a different error, I now get the following error: Prestashop could not connect to FEDEX webservices : Error : There is no error message. I'm at my wits end, i put this off figuring it would be a snap to configure as all the other modules have been. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated. The site is supposed to go live next Saturday.

I have been trying for several days to get the Fedex Freight carrier in the Fedex Carrier module to work. I have Fedex Ground carrier installed and working properly for packages up to 150lbs. But when I try to add a large product that is over 151lbs, the shipping appears as "Free Shipping". I need the shop to calculate shipping using the Fedex Freight prices through the Fedex API. Flat rate will not be good. I enabled Fedex Freight as a carrier, set up the weight ranges, and left pricing as zero (same as the Fedex Ground). Any idea what I may be doing wrong? I have searched and searched for information, but there really is very little about Fedex Freight and Prestashop. -
Hey Guys, 1.I am using 1.6.0.14 prestashop i am planning to upgrade it to 1.6.1.1 , I want to know whether there is any module developed by prestashop team for using fedex webservices, I want to make use of print label service of fedex webservices, i have deep search google search engine but have not found any. Have you ideas of any free modules. 2. I have fedex account Can anyone suggest me how do i start using this webservices is there any prestashop module require , and which language we use to implement webservices for our prestashop ie (php, java, C#) whcih they provide on their website , or is it possible to use webservice with prestashop version which i m trying to implement. 3. If anyone has used or implemented webservices can u write down the steps which we can follow to start using its webservice . Thank You. -
The supplied USPS and UPS modules are worthless and cost way too much money to the store owners for shipping packages. I'm willing to contribute, time and effort to help straighten out the mess not only for Prestashop but the others as well. I'm very good with the USPS API. A shop owner shouldn't have to go to a third party program to ship packages, add insurance, print labels and have tracking all within the store. So right now I'm figuring out what needs to be done and trying to get insight from the Prestashop core writers themselves and see why. Is it so you can sell add-ons? Which doesn’t handle very much? And the thinking that every item should be in it's on package with its own shipping. You guys are kidding right? The bigger picture is you’re not the only shopping cart doing it which is weird. A carrier should only need to know the number and packages sizes, whether it palletized or not etc. How the can pik it up ship it and drop it off. They don’t need to set regular or larg for defining a package. All the cartonization, palletization and container information (for international shipping) just needs to be in a different set of classes. The only real info for the carrier is what type of container they are to expect, individual boxes, a pallet or container. There’s a simply lot more to it! I believe instead of seeing all of the different carriers mailing options it information should be displayed on a different tab or something. And if I do it with the Prestashop developers I won’t charge a thing. If I do it as SAS or my own modules I will but I will promise to keep all the standard US companies USPS, UPS and FEDEX in for free. I wouldn’t be anywhere near the cost of like Shipwire, Stamps.com or Endicia! I promise I’ll better handling for split shipment and additions for products that can’t be package with other product. I’ll include nesting option as well as true to the actual package(s) to be shipped. So any feedback from the Prestashop developers? I know I can write a lot more right now. I’m in the requirements planning phase and I might put up a site for suggestions etc. What do you all think!!! -
Bonjour, Je suis intégrateur de technologies client chez FedEx, et de plus en plus de clients nous contactent pour utiliser nos services à travers Prestashop. Or j'ai constaté que le module de rating FedEx intégré à Prestashop ne gère pas correctement nos business rules au départ de la France. Ce module semble plutôt être destiné aux expéditeurs américains. Par exemple, le fichier modules/fedexcarrier/fedexcarrier.php contient plusieurs problèmes: Ligne 1677: pour tester la connexion à notre Web Service, le module envoie une requête de test avec une adresse d'expédition identique à l'adresse de destination. Or, dans la grande majorité des pays d'Europe, France incluse, FedEx ne propose pas de service domestique. Le Web Service retourne donc systématiquement une erreur disant que le service France->France n'est pas disponible, ce qui empêche l'installation du module pour tout expéditeur en France, et plus généralement en Europe (hors GB, CH et UAE). Lignes 1679 et 1767: le CountryCode est hardcodé avec la valeur "US". Dans le fichier modules/fedexcarrier/sql-install.php, le script ajoute à la table "fedex_rate_service_code" des services qui ne sont pas disponibles en France : FEDEX_1_DAY_FREIGHT FEDEX_2_DAY FEDEX_2_DAY_FREIGHT FEDEX_3_DAY_FREIGHT FEDEX_EXPRESS_SAVER FEDEX_FREIGHT FEDEX_GROUND FEDEX_NATIONAL_FREIGHT FIRST_OVERNIGHT GROUND_HOME_DELIVERY INTERNATIONAL_FIRST INTERNATIONAL_GROUND PRIORITY_OVERNIGHT SMART_POST STANDARD_OVERNIGHT Pour faire fonctionner le module, il faut donc supprimer toutes ces lignes. Seuls les services suivants sont disponibles au départ de la France: EUROPE_FIRST_INTERNATIONAL_PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL_ECONOMY INTERNATIONAL_ECONOMY_FREIGHT INTERNATIONAL_PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL_PRIORITY_FREIGHT Enfin, même après avoir corrigé ces problèmes, nos clients affirment que ce module ne peut être utilisé avec plusieurs transporteurs. Cela cause apparemment des conflits, mais je n'ai pas plus de détails. Serait-il possible de discuter d'une amélioration de ce module, pour qu'il soit adapté au marché européen? Nous proposons également des Web Services de shipping (création d'étiquettes PDF ou PNG) et de tracking (suivi temps réel). Il serait intéressant de les implémenter dans Prestashop. Hi, I set Fedex module and it works properly if I order up to 3 products. But once I add one more product, The most expensive option (First Overnight) becomes the cheapest one with the price of just $2 4 products: http://i.imgur.com/SFIfqaK.gif As I keep adding more products to the cart, the most expensive options become the cheapest option: 5 products: http://i.imgur.com/ued8WLR.gif 6 products: http://i.imgur.com/fFsyPy6.gif 7 products: http://i.imgur.com/wfZfuQ2.gif 8 products: http://i.imgur.com/FrmZrbI.gif and so on.... I've configured all 3 modules to their site and such and it seems all happy. When i go to delivery methods on the front office none of them show up though. I feel like i have tried everything but i must be missing something. For the time being i just created my own carrier and named them ups and such. It would be way better if i could get these modules to work though. PLEASE HELP -
Hello everyone, I'm running Prestashop 1.5.6.2 and I'm trying to set up shipping. I've installed the Fedex Module 1.3 and USPS module 1.3.2. I've made FedEx and USPS accounts and entered the creditials asked for. I got the Fedex module to say "Connect to Fedex is configured and online" and the creditials it used was account, meter number, password and authentication key. I still need to call USPS because I'm getting an authorization failure. My main question is what are these modules supposed to do? In my shipping -> Carriers I see lots of FedEx and USPS options now. I'm thinking the module put them there but I honestly can't remember what it looked like before. In Products I entered a Width, Length, Depth, and Weight for an item. However, I was having problems with it not showing my Fedex carrier options on checkout. If I go into FedEx ground on Shipping ->Carriers. I was able to make it show up during checkout by putting a number in the range for North America. But it doesn't look like the image in the bottom of the page here: http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/edu/prestashop-15/pshop15-modules/configure-fedex-module Mine just has a general truck and doesn't say Fedex. If I disable my FedEx module, it still appears so I wonder if it isn't using the module at all? If I do need to edit each one in Carriers, how do I figure out the correct number for the range? What are the modules supposed to do? I mean what part do the modules take care of and what part do I need to setup in Prestashop? Thanks so much for all the help! -

We would like to use Fedex module and it seems that everything is setup properly. We're getting it as an option in the frontend (screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/rfE9stB.jpg) and also the connection with Fedex has been established (screenshot of settings screen: http://i.imgur.com/bbiKo5e.jpg). However, I couldn't find the option how to calculate the shipping cost depending on the distance between us and a customer. Is it possible at all? Thank you

Buenos días Ando liada con el tema del transportista. He buscado y buscado, tanto en internet como en este foro, pero no he conseguido sacar mucho en claro en referencia al módulo de Fedex para Prestashop. Funciona en España? En caso de no ser así, qué otras opciones tengo disponibles? Mi cliente usa Fedex para realizar envíos; me sorprende que sea tan rebuscado configurarlo en Prestashop... Gracias anticipadas!

Hi community, I'm actually working to update the webstore of a customer to 1.5.2 of PS. All work fine. Really happy. But I didn't see FedEX, UPS or DPD transporter in modules ? Are them missing ? Are them under upgrade ? (for sure I searched this forum and the web... nothing about the subject.) Nobody need that transporters to generate tickets for shippings? Thanks. Michael. -

Hi to all, Recently i have try to integrate my shop to fedex .i have obtain all the credential details authentication key ,meter no etc... i filling out the general settting.. i have received error from web service test connection stating that.. Prestashop could not connect to Fedex webservices : Error 691 : The PurposeOfShipmentType is null, empty or invalid. i have enabled the webservice... i can't get the error...? i have searched for fedex developers guide. any experts can guide me how to get rid of this?

Hi I believe I have gone thru all the forums regarding fedex setting issues. Yet i couldn't find any thing quite like this... Please check out the attached screenshot.. it seems all correctly setup but yet it throws the error. BUT no error description at all.. it's just totally blank... I have no idea what went wrong or what i should do with this blank error... where can i possibly check what went wrong here...? can anyone please help with this? I am using PrestaShop™ 1.4.6.2

I'm using one page checkout and FedEx shipping module 1.3 and PrestaShop 1.5.6.2 I have FedEx Ground set up for orders shipping to a business address and FedEx Home Delivery for orders shipping to a residence. So at any one time, you should only have 1 shipping option/rate available for the cart. When on the checkout page, if you change the delivery address, the delivery method updates and shows Free option for the carrier which should not be applied. Ex: cart with residential address (no company name) selected shows FedEx Ground Home Delivery with rate. If the address is changed to a non residential address (it has a company name) the delivery methods now show FedEx Ground Home Delivery with a rate of "Free" and FedEx Ground with the correct rate. In this scenario, we don't wan't the Home Delivery option to show, because it is not an actual shipping option. Please help!!

Hi there, Prestashop 1.5.2 Single page checkout FedEx Ava-Tax for sales tax One of my prestashop sites is rather suddenly showing FedEx quotes for every shipping address a customer has, at once (multiple boxes). This is instead of the single, selected shipping address. Anyone run into this before or know where I should look? It doesn't appear to be a styles issue, as the divs are using all of the same classes. Thanks for any guidance you can provide. Best regards, James -
I updated my install from 1.5.6.0 to 1.5.6.1 and I now cannot install any of these three shipping modules, USPS, UPS or FedEx.
